If I go to https://www.typeform.com/signup/ I can’t Sign Up using the option ‘Sign up with e-mail’. Is there an issue at the moment?

I have had 2 forms filled out and did not receive any notification. I am not seeing where in my account settings to fix this. I did a search for notifications@typeform.com in my inbox. There is nothing.

Our organization has a Plus subscription with three members: two admins and one owner. It seems the owner can only view forms but not edit them. Specifically, they cannot see the pane on the righthand side of the editor that normally has the Question, Design and Logic tabs. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

I want to unsubscribe and this looks like it is going to take hours, even days. Just like getting help from Microsoft, google, firefox, brave, and every browser except Tor.

Hello. A few days I started noticing the Typeform header in our account is duplicated: And now we can’t scroll down the page to see all our forms, we can only see 20 forms max. Same thing happens in Mosaic view. We can only scroll down the sidebar. The forms not showing can be found using the search bar, so they’re not missing. We just can’t see them. How can we solve this?

Hello, I work at Kommo as a developer and I am working on integrating our product with Typeform. Several clients have reported bugs and I need to fix them by testing the integration, but 10 responses per month is too little for me. Can you increase the response limit or remove it? Or maybe there is a way to create a special account for developers?

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. But I mistook to pay for an entire YEAR of Typeform. Please help me to refund it. I just wanted monthly payment but now my bank is almost empty. I'm poor university student so I don't have a capacity to pay it. Hi, I just got an email today saying my credit card has just been charged for an annual subscription - I had no idea it was due for renewal and was planning on cancelling soon as I am switching to an all-inclusive platform. I cannot afford to pay this and do not have the money budgeted for it. With zero communication from Typeform that our susbcription will be due for renewal soon of course I forgot and had no reminder, which is a disappointment in customer service from Typeform. Please can someone advise me on how I can get a refund?

Trying to access Typeform account but no longer have access to the associated email address. The help site says I need to log in to be able to contact help services, but I cannot log in as I don’t have access to the email address or the password reset.
