Billed for yearly plan by accident

HI, I accidentally paid for the yearly plan while trying to pay for a monthly plan with an increased response limit as my card had already been selected. I would like to change my plan to a monthly plan and receive a refund for the remaining amount please. I am unable to contact billing, is there an email address or phone number I can reach?

Stuck because I opened my Typeform account using Google

Hi,I opened a basic account using my Google account. Then I learned I can’t change the email. So I opened a second basic account using our organization’s email, believing I’d be able to transfer my surveys over to the new account. Then I learned I have to upgrade to a Plus account in order to avoid having to recreate my surveys. If I upgrade the original basic Google account to Plus, will I be able to move my surveys to the second Basic account I created? Or does the account you’re moving to have to also be a Plus account?Thanks in advance,Holly

Being billed for an account I did not sign up for

I have been trying desperately to contact Typeform support to file a complaint about being billed for an account I do not have. I keep getting charged and am receiving email for the account but I never signed up and when I try to log in with the account that I receive email from, it shows as a brand new account with no subscription attached to it. I have written to customer support 3 times now and nothing is happening. I cannot seem to get through and this is incredibly frustrating.

Refund Request

I have been charged for a full year subscription, to which I never received prior notification. I was under the impression that my subscription was already cancelled, and to my surprise my credit card gets billed over $400, I made a request to get a refund. Does anyone know if the refund will be issued? Today is January 15, 2024, the same day that my subscription renews, I have not used typeform for the entire year, and I do not plan to use it, nor do I expect any responses. It would only make sense that I get a refund, otherwise it would feel like stealing. someone help if they know the answer. Thank you

Get the Typeform invoice attached to an email or via the API

Hello,is there any way to get the Typeform invoice attached to an email? Or if not, is it possible to get it through the API?I would really like to give my bookkeeper the possibility to download the Typeform invoice by herself. Currently only I am able to do that, which is really annoying. I know I can add her as a member, but this would give her access to other things as well. She should only be able to download invoices..So is there any way to get the invoice, other then login in as an admin? Thank you!Kind regards,Philipp

I need to speak with the sales team

We recently launched a health-tech startup and we are using Typeform for our medical intake forms. We need to access an enterprise account for HIPAA compliance urgently. Despite multiple attempts over the past few weeks to reach the sales team (filled out the online form numerous times and messaged via Instagram numerous times), no one is responding to me. Unable to cancel subscription

Hello!We wanted to cancel our subscription and it was still possible when I logged in. I checked the FAQs and returned to the Billings & Payment section, maybe 10 minutes later maximum, but then I could not cancel anymore. The credit card on the account is expired so we haven’t been charged. How to resolve this?Why we cancelled: We did one survey all year. We liked your form, the issue is that we aren’t ready to integrate surveys into our customer outreach yet.Thanks for your help,Patricia @ASKA

Members permissions, results only

Hello!Is it possible to only give members access to results and to deny them possibility of editing the workspace?Want to use type form as a registration tool. Teams on site will need to access the results, and downloading the results beforehand isn’t an option as someone may register on the spot. Want to avoid teams editing the questionnaire either by accident or otherwise…!Thanks!
