Hi.I have built a survey which is asking repsondents about 5 different areas of a town. I want to ask them the same questions about each different area.The survey starts with a multiple choice (single option only allowed), of which area they want to respond on and the logic directs them to one of 5 question groups. These have the same questions but with each of the 5 area names substituted in.When they reach the end of their first choice of area I want to offer the opportunity to return and complete the survey for a different area.I’ve tried doing this two ways:the logic loops back to the original multiple choice where they can choose a different area and are then directed along a different question group branch; each question group ends with a repeat of the multiple choice where they can choose a different area and are then directed to the beginning of the relevant question group.Neither of these builds works:the responses input for previous branches is overwritten and the only data c

Hi! We’re setting up a Google ad campaign. To track sales we need to give the URL that the user sees when he completed the payment. However, it seems to be the same URL on the end screen and before payment. How can we solve this problem? Thanks!

We typically label our multiple choice “Other” option “Optional Self-description” for demographics questions, like race or gender, because the term “other” can be hurtful for users. Is there a way to customize the “Other” label so it says something else?   

Hello,I want to publish a form via API. Any suggestions ?If I create a form via API , I see in the response the _link.display and the published_at fields are set, so I have a feeling, that on-create, the form is published automatically. However in the UI editor for the form, the “Publish” button is enabled :).If I do various changes via API (PUT) like updating some variables, when I get via API the form details, the publish_at still has the old value. Thanks,Adrian 

Is it possible to submit a form using ‘Enter’ rather than ‘Ctrl’ + ‘Enter’ on the keyboard? We are trying to pass information from one form to another without the user being aware that they are being pushed to a second form (https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029576111-Pass-information-from-one-typeform-to-another-Classic-builder-)

Beginning this month, all the open text field responses captured by Typeform are adding superfluous quotation marks (“ “ ) to each answer. As you might imagine, this is seriously messing with out patient data collection. Apparently this is a known issue (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/excel-online-integration-troubleshooting-limitations-and-other-fa-qs-13618045462292/#h_01HHYAR02T842R2F4BD2C20B2A)However, we never saw this problem before, and we’ve collected over 4,000 responses!When I had other issues with Typeform -->Excel, I was advised to create a new sheet. BUT… we have custom pivot tables to analyze the data from the “primary” worksheet. And separate tabs for each therapist. Re-recreating that will take 8-12 hours. Seriously.Help me, Obi-wan, you’re my only hope. 

Hi, I wondered if someone could shed some light please. I did look on the forum first and although similar post but not elaborated by the support staff. Personnalisation of the sender in self notification | Community (typeform.com) My Question is this:I am on Pro Legacy Plan and pay yearly. This allows me to remove branding on the forms itself so there are no appearances of the word “typeform”. However I still get branding in the emails to staff and customers(Typeform sent you this email on behalf of a typeform creator. We aren't responsible for its content. Or would I have to upgrade from a Pro Legacy to a Plus package? From my understanding to that link above is that attaching domains are only available for enterprise customers. Hello!Is there anyway of of adding the logo in 2 variants: black and white? The thing is, that we are adding pictures to the questions and on some of them the black logo can’t be seen, on other white is not working. The option of customising the logo to each slide would be useful.. We would add logos on the picture itself in Canva, but then the questions without pictures are without logo, as it’s either places everywhere either nowhere.Logo function is very useful but has a lot of problems as is not possible to move, edit, customize or delete etc..Thank you in advance,

 Hello! I have linked two typeforms so that when a user completes the first one (registration data), I collect their information and instead of ending on a final screen, I redirect them to a URL that is another typeform where they can select an option. I have programmed both typeforms to automatically download the responses to a Google Sheets. My question is: is there a way for the response to the second typeform to be linked to the first one so that I can identify which user has selected each option? Thank you very much!

HI! I need more information about seats. If we have for example 5 seats, do people from different seats see ALL typeforms? Or every different seat has their own safety space with typeforms that can bee seen only from exact e-mail ane seat?For example marketing team see only their typeforms in their workspace, internal team their, financial theirs

Hey everyone, I’m having a problem that’s driving me bonkers. I recently just finished creating a video that I would like to use as a way to spice up my welcome screen on type form. But I am not able to find the video nor be able to upload it because of the video I created in Canva. Every time I click the ad video or photo button. It takes me to what I need but I cannot find the video because the stupid gallery doesn’t have a Photos tab where I can find my video. 

I am trying to connect my typeform with zapier to collect leads and have them automatically added into a funnel in my CRM (systemeio). I’ve been advised by Zapier to ‘I’d recommend creating a new sample data in Typeform and ensure that the email address is valid.’ I’m not sure what that means because I’ve created an email field for collection in typeform and it still isn’t working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Why I see your advertising on mu form if I paid my subscription 

I have 2 separate input fields “First Name” & “Last Name” but the type form imports into a CRM that needs “Full name” is there a way of creating a calculated field of “First Name” + “ “ + “Last Name” as a hidden field to then use on the export to the CRM. Thanks

Hi all,I am running an employee satisfaction survey for a company with roughly 70 employees. I see 45 starts since a couple of days but only 9 submission came through. The last question is mandatory and therefore everybody has to close the survey with submission.Anybody an idea what might cause submissions not getting through? What triggered the participants not to finish the questionnaire with pushing the send button? 

I have been trying to contact Typeform for days and there is absolutely no “LiveChat” option that I can see, as they claim, no way to “contact them” as the page freezes.  I got no notice about my account being renewed which I have not used in a year and need to discuss this and there is zero way to reach anyone that works at this company.  Anyone know how to reach them?

Hello,We payed the Business Yearly Plan a while ago but the Plan wasn’t upgraded and all my forms are now private! It’s very critical for me since my clients can’t submit the reponses.Submitted several support tickets but still didn’t get any answer. Is there a phone number to contact you regarding the payments?

how come the calendal url is not valid? I integrated and set up calendly. in one form, calendly works, in another form, type form sais ‘calendly url not valid’

For some reason, when I submit a GET command for a survey, I receive all metadata back, but the answer array is empty. When I lookup the survey results in the gui, there are pleny, and I can get a filled CSV export without issues. I’ve checked the API permissions, it can do everything (read/write, responses etc.) The survey I try to GET has multiple responses, all show an empty Answers array, only showing “       “.
