Typeform conversations

Looking for some support on how to troubleshoot why the custom receipts we created in 3 typeforms on our site no longer work. They worked from Jan 2022- Dec 2023 and now they do not work. Not sure where to begin to fix this and we would appreciate any clues as to why it’s no longer working.   I will pass that info to the programmer that we hired who I hope will be able to fix it. Maybe it’s a new feature that might conflict with the code that was written.  The programmer we hired modeled his solution around what this guy did: https://medium.com/typeforms-engineering-blog/send-a-receipt-after-accepting-payment-on-a-typeform-175e5261404d   When I asked Typeform about custom receipts two years ago, I received this response:I'm afraid that, for the moment, it is not possible to send the receipts directly from the payment field integration. Hey, I have a Videoask which contains multiple questions, so I want to send these responses to the GHl via Make.com. Now the problem is that in the action of lead connector it shows only answer of one question, is it possible that we get all the answers in the action of lead connector. Thanks 

 Is it possible to measure the response time for each question? I know that it is possible to measure the total time of the test, but I need that more sensitive measurement.

Hi everyone, I’d like to create a live leaderboard of the top 5 participants who achieved the highest scores. The leaderboard is going to be displayed on a monitor so I’d like the “table” be embedded, something like an iframe. Has anyone created something similar to that or can recommend the best process to get this done? Thank you!

Hello thereContext: We use Typeform as our main lead generator in our website, from Ebook Downloads to more Complex Calculators for Automated Quote for Clients. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager is installed correctly in all Typeforms. Problem: We can't track conversions correctly on GA4, because TagManager associate a different Client_ID to the form, so our conversion path in our traffic report is full of "Direct" traffic. Therefore it counts twice the same user on our page when Typeform loads on our homepage, one from the correct Source/Medium and other from "Direct". When a user submit a form, we get the event "TypeformSubmit" on TagManager Preview mode, but not on DebugView on GA4, which means that this event/conversion is not being tracked as the same user on GA4.This is screwing our AdWords campaign because there is never a conversion coming from those forms and Google AdWords doesn't know what to optimize for. Details:We are struggling badly with Typeform embedded

I have a typeform in a website.I have to track this form submissions in Google analytics we need to integrate typeform with GA.The current Typeform integration is not possible for GA4. It's possible only in GA3 (Universal Analytics)hence we are planning by implementing DLs to track these events in GA4, Event 1. on every submit of your typeforms Event 2. Each time your respondent answers a question.So,It is possible to Implement data layer in GA4 to track events? If YES then how can i achieve this? 

Error msg: "This typeform isn’t live yet. Go to the "Create" tab and publish your typeform before creating follow-ups" -It’s just not true. Mine is published.Any ideas?

I’’ve created a short activity.Q1 is a multiple selection where the user has to select 3 answers.I’ve set Q2 to show the user’s 3 answers.Is it possible to make their 3 answers into options where they have to place them in order of importance?

So I would love to know if there is a way to add some automations to my applications. For example: When an applicant checks “yes” to the questions “May we contact this employer?”...I would like for it to send my reference questionnaire to that employer’s email automatically. Can this be done?

Ranking questionABCIf the quiz taker wants that order typeform will not accept it. you have to move it, then back to the original to what you want. Any solution to this?Thanks

Is there a way to allow the customer to reply with their voice instead of having to type it out? Do I have to use vidoeask and then integrate with type form or can I just do it on type form? 

I have integrated Typeform with Salesforce and I can’t see the forms in Salesforce. Currently the type form is user is my colleague and Salesforce user is me (Admin user), please advise on whether is this the reason I can’t see the forms.Regards Mohan

I’m not sure how to search for what I would like to see so I’m trying to explain it here;We have a quiz with 5 questions, each good answer is 1 point. You only get to an ending once you have answered all 5 questions (max. 5 points to earn).Ending A: 0-2 points Ending B: 3-4 points Ending C: 5 points. I’m able to assign points to each answer, I understand how to connect and how to add conditions/logic. But I can’t seem to find how I have to set things as described above?

I just want to do a survey to my magister dessartation and it looks i spend almost 100e\ on crating a survey but the site doesn’t help with promoting it. wow, then its something you can have completely free on google forms. i know it might be helpful when you have your site or so, but i think ive just lost money. yes, there is no question from me, just sadness.oh, maybe you want to take a part in a survey 

I’m building a website for a new product. We have some kind of early access for people who register for it. Registration is done using TypeForm, including a couple of more questions related to how they would use the application. Along with that we ask the person to input their email so we can contact them when the application is available to use.On our website, we do not use any cookies, because we do not use any kind of tracking of personal information. I would like it to stay that way to avoid cookie consent popup.If I need to have a Call to Action on my website that redirects the user to the mentioned TypeForm, is any kind of cookie consent needed? If so, is it enough to have TypeForm’s built in cookie consent of the form.And what about if I want to embed the TypeForm as a popup in my website?

How do I turn off the setting that sends responses to me every time? 

Hi -I am creating a quiz with multiple outcomes. Its a standard ‘what type of person are you’.. I ask 10 questions and depending on your answer it will say you are personality a,b,c,d,e etc. The logic method that will work for me is when the answers are counted towards an outcome rather than a score based approach.All good so far.However, some of the questions are so directly related to the outcome they need to have more impact on the final tally. Im wandering if its possible to weight certain questions so that they are effectively tallied twice versus a standard question. All answers to the given question would need to weighted the same. Some questions would have answers that are all 1x and some would have answers weighted 2x .  Does this sound possible?

Hi all,Is there a way to change the color of the hint text?As you can see below, no one would be able to read that. 

I have a simple 5 question quiz I am making.  With each answer, if they say yes, they go to the next question, but if they say no, then I need them to leave the quiz and go to a results page or URL...WITHOUT finishing the rest of the quiz.The same will happen on Question 2, but they would need to go to a DIFFERENT results page or URL.This technology is 20 years old so I KNOW THERE MUST BE A WAY TO DO THIS!Any ideas?

I have more than one thread of questions that go to recap pages, so a line appears on the recap page from the thread that wasn't used by the customer. Can I remove the line? 

I have a Typeform embed in my mobile app, I want user to resume their progress when they close the form and reopen.Can I do that with ref from `onQuestionChanged` callback? How do I open the form back to the question where they left?

I want to a assign text to a variable based on the answer to a multiple choice question. for example, If [Answer chosen]=A then replace @variable with “Text for A”If [Answer chosen]=B then replace @variable with “Text for B”…. but there are 13 options. Typeform only lets me do 7 or 8… I understand I can’t easily assign an answer to a variable in any other way?
