Typeform conversations

Hello,I use tags on my form, basically it is set up and is very simpleIf someone replies B or C to different questions then tag “insulin-resistance” I do submit the form (till the end) and it’s not taggedI checked if everything was alright about a 100 times I can’t find what’s not workingI’m going crazy. I cleared my cache, the cookies, everything. Any idea ? 

Hey, I have issue with display my form on mobile. The welcome screen displays ok, but first question is… well I don’t know what it is :) there is no move. On desktop everything is fine. I choose the “standard” way of embed form in a web page. How can I fix it?

I am trying to modify the contents of email notifications from Typeform when a submission is received. When I go to: Workflow > Messages (Send an email to myself/the team) > Edit content, I get an error code “Verify your account. To edit email content, please verify your account. For more information and help, contact support.”I don’t see any option to verify my account.How do I verify my account in order to be able to edit the email content?

Why is there no Arabic language here?

Let’s say I have multiple choice question which I enabled the multiple selection and involves 4 different question like;A- SeaB- SunC- BeachD- None of the aboveNormally, respondents can choose multiple answers, but I want to disable this feature if the respondent chose D. Is this possible? If so, how can I do that?

Hi there. I use Typeform every day to do the exact same thing (build a quiz and send it out). I’ve done everything I always do, and have been doing it for months and months (so I’ve not changed anything I do).The preview when building the form shows as it always does, however when I go to ‘Share’ the preview is showing the image at the bottom and not at the top on mobile (as it always does).I’m assuming it might have something to do with developers changing something, without knowing they did. Can someone please let me know if something changed that I should change, or is it on your end?Thank you as always. Hello,I need to set up an auto trigger so that people who have started filling out the forms and have not submitted get a email reminder. The first question is to capture the email. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partially completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed).

I want to embed a Typeform on my website, Interiors Land, but I’m unsure of the best way to do it so that it displays correctly on both desktop and mobile. I’ve seen different embed options like iframe and popup, but I’m not sure which is recommended for smooth user experience. Can anyone share best practices for embedding Typeform on a website?

Alternatively, if it's an iframe, why would the scaling look different on the live URL compared to the preview window?"

The imagery we have used for our typeform background is mainly focued around the top right hand corner. It looks great on desktop, however on mobile once typeform has cropped the image, nothing can be seen as the imagery in the corner has been cropped out. Is there any way to have a different mobile sized image for mobile viewers?

I am reusing a typeform from last year and I cannot see the X in the right hand corner so my Patrons can exit the screen. I have tried changing my background color but without success. The X was visible when I used this form originally. What has changed? 

If there is only one ending and it contains only @variables, do I still need to set up or select outcomes ? I’ve tried it and it functions, but I’d like to get confirmation.”

I’m currently on the free plan and am an individual planning to relaunch a startup that is preparing for launch.I would like to use a Typeform quiz as part of my email marketing campaign with MailerLite, and for that I need a shareable public URL for the form. I understand that generating a URL may require upgrading to a paid plan.At this stage, I would prefer not to incur any extra monthly cost if possible. Before considering an upgrade, I wanted to clarify:Before upgrading, I wanted to confirm: If I upgrade to a monthly paid plan, will I be able to generate and use the public URL for my form in MailerLite? If I cancel the subscription after one month, will the form or its URL be affected? What happens to a form that uses paid features once the account is downgraded back to the free plan? Hello,I have created a survey in Typeform that is intended to be a customer satisfaction survey about our company.I now want to share this survey with our customers, but I am unable to do so in a functional way.My goal is to: Upload an Excel file with customer information (name, email, etc.) Send the survey automatically to all listed customers in bulk Be able to identify which customer submitted which response (i.e. see who said what) I have tried different options, including email-related settings and sharing methods, but nothing seems to work. Hi community,we set up a multi-question poll, which is finished now. Unfortunately out of 139 answers only 39 are showing in the results and CSV-export. This only applies for our first question. During the poll, these missing answers were showing.Could there have been a bug in Typeform around early to mid November 2025? I noticed once, that I couldn’t login to my account around that time.Thank you for any help on that!Yours, Fabian

Hey team, I'm wondering if it'll be possible to do like an Internet speed test like native within the form within a survey and then create variables after that or even just like a survey question after that, but I don't want them to leave the page. Is that possible?

My name is Soumitra Das and I’m an Oxford UK based entrepreneur, and together with my friend, Ria Dutta (Tech Author) — we run a IT start-up.I want to track which email campaign a user came from. How do I properly set up Hidden Fields so that when a user clicks a link in my HubSpot/Mailchimp email, their CustomerID is automatically captured in the Typeform results without them having to type it in?
