Typeform conversations

Hi, I have a multiple choice question. When the user chooses A he should be directed to “3” When he chooses B he should be directed to “4” When the user chooses C he should be directed to “5” and so on. Right now, when a user chooses A he is directed to “3” and then he is directed “4” instead of just continuing the flow, to the next question. Don’t know how to fix it.

I’ve been waiting for the responses to refresh on my personality quiz and now that it has, I went to check on my quiz on my account and it’s missing, I literally can’t find it. It was actually a very important quiz and I needed it for a project, maybe im just missing it but i genuinely cannot find it. 

I would like the respondents upload videos/photos while answering some questions. Anyone can share the report format that I generated at the end? i would like to see if it is suit for my end use. Thank you

 Please take a look at the screenshot I attached above. I set the logic to if options A & B is chosen in Q5 then it should go to Q6 and if any other options are chosen then it goes to Q7. However for some reason it keeps going to Q6 regardless of the choice selected. Please help

I need to populate one of my dropdown with store names across the country can i do this with the help of an api? i know i can build the complete form using an api but can we make a call mid question into the dropdown

Hi everyone, We recently switched to Typeform for our quotation requests and really like the look and feel. We just found out there is an issue with the loading of the form. We have a very limited CMS and decided to 'Standard’ load the form after a click on our own button's (So we are not working with the typeform pop-up buttons since they look weird).Here is the issue: Whenever someone clicks on the button and the form loads a few seconds after the page is loaded the form gets stuck in a loading loop, it starts loading, reboots, and repeats this process infinitely. It's still in this loop even after closing the form and restarting it. The fix is to wait a few seconds after the page loads en then click the button and load the form, since this is something we cannot ask from our visitors, I would like to fix this ASAP. I hope to receive some help with this issue :)

I included a matrix question in my Typeform questionnaire. (The respondents should indicate how good they are at each of 5 skills (rows) (4 criteria as columns).This question is not displayed on my Typeform - Hubspot connection, i.e. I cannot integrate the answers into Hubspot. Is there a solution for this?

I am launching a survey with ~100 questions; respondents will follow a logic structure such that any one will only answer ~30 questions. These are mostly picklists or numeric. I hope for 1000 replies. Will I encounter any issues with data storage and retrieval as a CSV for analysis? Thank you

I would like to create 3 blocks of forms with 11 questions each. Then, I would like to calculate the scores for each block. I tried to use the logic to do this, however after I add the ending is not possible to continue to add more forms.Thank you in advance

Hi all, I’ve made a rather complex Typeform which uses Branching and calculations to move the user through the form. I tried setting it up as an Outcome quiz initially, but there were simply too many possible end results and pathways to reach them that I couldn’t figure out how to make it work. (I’m also new to Typeform!) So I’ve set it up as a form that only used Branching, thinking that would work for me. However, because of this I am now unable to view what results my respondents chose: This is my current view on the Responses page. I need to be able to see which ending my respondents reach at the end of the Typeform. I’ve tried exporting the file to Google Sheets but the information is also missing from there. Is there any way to view this without changing the Typeform to include Outcomes logic? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey there! I already read through the community, really helpful, so I hope you have 1 or 2 ideas for me on the drop off: I am looking to find the first users for my platform the AI job hunter, so I use typeform to ask them a couple of questions about their job preferences and to share the CV. people are first on the website upstarter.site and if they go on the CTA“get my spot“ they are redirected to the typeform. The idea is that this works like a bit of a sign up. But I loose almost 50% of the people at the first questions. Is that because they are leaving the website or what could I do differently, maybe not ask for the name to start with and jump straight to job preferences?  thanks in advance!

I am trying to understand why having paid to upgrade my account i still cannot publish a form that redirects to a url. Instead of having a helpdesk, you give me this community stuff. Can you explain why I should be paying for a service with no helpdesk that doesnt work? There is no indication as to how long it takes membes of your ’community’ to respond to questions. Isnt this a joke?

I currently use a Typeform for collecting information from existing clients, with the intention of updating their details at the company level in HubSpot. The matching process relies on the individual's email address, and a subsequent check is performed on the company domain to avoid creating a new account in HubSpot as one already exists.However, there are instances where individuals might use a different domain than the one registered in HubSpot. This results in the creation of a new company in HubSpot, causing issues with certain automation processes.Is it possible to match only the email address from the contact and have the provided information on the company level directly update the associated primary company without creating a new one?If not, would adding multiple domains to the company in HubSpot, separated by commas, allow Typeform to identify the one aligned with the one provided in the form and prevent the creation of a duplicate?
