I have a registration form for a sports class. Within the form, using a Multiple Choice question, I ask parents how many students they would like to register, with possible answers ranging from one to five. I require an answer and allow only a single choice. I then have five question groups created -- one for each of the possible answers to my Multiple Choice question concerning the number of students to be registered. Within each question group I present the appropriate quantity of name and birthdate fields, along with a concluding Agreement field. I have created logic for the Multiple Choice question, so that depending upon the answer, the user is then directed to the appropriate question group.The logic works as follows:IF “How many students would you like to register” is “One” THEN go to “Register One Student Only.”I repeat this for each of the five possible answers.The problem I am having is this:Suppose the user selects “One” for the number of students he wishes to register. We are using our form as a Creative Brief or intake form.  So we need a view of the individual forms in their entirety, not the individual answers to the questions and aggregation of those answers in a spreadsheet.Is there a way for each new submission to create a Google doc or anything like that where it would have the Q’s and A’s in it or even just the A’s to all of the questions? Having multiple submissions in one doc or spreadsheet is really cumbersome for us to sort through.  How would you recommend doing this or setting it up?  Thanks so much for your help!

Hi, I’m looking to create a graph following an individuals form submission. This will be sent to their manager who can then see the bar chart. In my typeform I have a set of questions that lead to a certain outcome (bit like a personality quiz). Its the outcomes that I want to see in the bar chart For example; Section one - they answered 2/5Section two - they answered 3/5Section 3 - they answered 1/5Section 4 - they answered 5/5  therefore their preferred outcome if section 4 so this would be the highest bar on the graph… section 3 would be the lowest bar on the graph How do I do this for each individual submission and then make it visible for their manager?   

Hello,I´m having an annoying issue with the Messages setting in the Field Keyboard instruction to go to next question. Even if I clean this field and save it, on the preview mode it´s empty and that´s the goal, but after save it and publish it, on the publish view it shows ENTER Ctrl + Enter ↵   message.I already used different browsers and cleaned the cookies/cache several times, and it´s allways the same.So, I guess this is not working propperly? Can you check it please? Is there any solution?

Hi there, I was searching for any option to analyze our surveys’ performance, but it seems there is nothing available?We’d like to know about the ‘starting/opening’ amount, the conversion rate from question to question until it’s submitted. Is there any tool that helps with this really crucial insight?On the other hand, is it possible to A/B test surveys?So for example I have Survey A with 8 questions, and Survey B with 3 questions. With the necessity to see each performance too.Hope someone can help, as these are basics for any kind of tool today.Thank you :)

Why the link is not working?

I woke up this morning to find out that I could not login to my Typeform account and as a paying customer this is extremely frustrating, I am losing business by the minute. I no longer have access to any of the data on my site and this is the message I keep getting when I try to click old links:  What’s even more disappointing is that this particular Typeform is currently live on my website although my account access has disappeared.I also connected it with Trello and can see that inquiries are coming in yet am unable to access the Typeform account. I signed up using Google yet the email I used no longer shows that an account is associated, and I’ve tried logging in with other Gmail accounts that I own to see if I was mistaken, that didn’t work either.I am begging that someone contacts me asap to recover my account as all of these signs point to a DATA BREACH and I will have to leave Typeform immediately if this cannot be resolved in the next 24hrs.Appreciate any assistance.

Hey Guys,I am using the Typeform web SDK in my react project. we use smartlook for session recordings and analysing our onboarding. We believe that the information we gather in the Typeform part of the journey and should be captured in the session. However, the Typeform part of the onboarding journey is greyed out. According to the documentation here, it isn’t possible as Typeform web sdk is embedded inside an iframe (cross-origin)However, this community post suggests that it’s possible. Any help is appreciated.  

Hi all, I’m new to Typeform, is there a way to show the result based on the variable score? Eg: There are 3 questions group, each group has 3 questions using the opinion scale (scale from 1-5).I was able to show the score with variable on result page such as:Results:Type 1: @type_1Type 2: @type_2Type 3: @type_3 But I would like to add another logic, if the Type 2 score higher than 1 & 3. I want to copy all the questions and answers from an initial typeform into a second typeform. So the customer will complete the first typeform on their own, then the second typeform we will add more information (with all their responses from the initial form) while on a call together. 

I’ve been with Typeform at least a few years. It appears I was on the “pro” plan at $420 a year. Is that now the one that’s $600 a year?

Hi, I am new to Typeform and not very literate with coding - so this is probably an obvious answer (i’m just not sure if it’s obviously yes, or obviously no!).We have a workplace intranet that is powered by sharepoint, in as much as the web address is www.mycompany.sharepoint.com and we need to login with a Microsoft accountWithin that I have a team site with buttons as links to other pages (still within sharepoint.com).Can one of those buttons be a typeform link? And can it be both an external link and an embed link, so that the user remains within sharepoint?The idea I have for Typeform is to use it internally as a decision tree. According to the setup guide (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/hub-spot-integration-installation-and-setup-360029578071/), once “Connect” is clicked, it should start the HubSpot Authenticate process. But clicking on it once does nothing for me. Clicking on it another time, goes to a full HubSpot integration page, and I can click “Connect” there. However, it then immediately returns to previous page with an error about a form not being published.The error is a red herring for sure. HubSpot was never authenticated, so it can’t do anything.I have no ad blocker running on my browser.

I am using Custom Variables to break sets of questions into subgroups and provide scores for each subgroup based on answers. I would like to use a Webhook upon submission to send the Custom Variables to Airtable through Make.com. When I connect Typeform to Airtable via make using the webhook, I do not see the Custom Variables available. I see each answer and several other attributes of the submission, but no these Custom variables. Are they available somewhere that I am missing? 

Hi, has anyone found a concrete way to integrate Typeform responses to a template word document that populates in either OneDrive or Microsoft 365?  The Zapier integration makes this very easy for Google Docs & for OneDrive it is easy to populate a new document based on TF responses from plain text entered into Zapier. I cannot seem to figure out though how one would go about integrating a form response with a formatted template Word doc.  Please let me know if anyone has a solution. Additionally, I can get template word docs to fill into Documentero, but from there, cannot get them to dump into OneDrive/365.  Help please!

Imagine they rate it a 2, indicating it's not very effective. The next question would probe the importance of social media for the company's success in their industry. I’m struggling really hard to find the logic option for my quiz (I’m not even sure if it’s possible with Typeform but I’m hoping).The quiz is on what culture fits best for each person so with each question, the person will get a few various countries. For ex. option A is: USA, UK, Ireland, Germany option B: India, Nigeria, Japan etc.Those countries don’t stay in the same packs - they change for each question.The goal at the end is to have the country or countries that got selected most and let the person know which cultural fit is the best. However, I’m getting really lost -- all I can see are number options. Does anyone have any idea? Would be super appreciated. Whoever helps out will get access to this quiz for free once it’s out :) It’s a highly researched quiz so the answers will be very interesting!
