Typeform conversations

It seems that the function to go to branching is broken for all my forms.And on top of that I can not create any tickets !!!Any idea on how to get support ?

Our Typeform links appear to be inaccessible from the Philippines. What we’re seeing: All forms are affected, not just one form. It happens across all devices we tested. It worked previously and only started a few days ago. The same forms are still accessible from Vietnam and South Africa. Please investigate whether this could be a regional routing, ISP, or access issue affecting the Philippines.

I am having trouble embedding a new form on a webpage. On my desktop it is showing the mobile view not the desktop view. You can see there is another older form above that views fine. I don’t know what to do to fix this.

Hello, I would like to make an inquiry about a problem that we have. Here’s an overview of our current situation:We funnel our audience from ads on Meta and Tiktok to a typeform where they answer a few multiple-choice questions to help us qualify them. The leads then go into our Hubspot CRM where they are segmented into two groups:Qualified leads, the people who chose the right answers. And general, the people who are not eligible to receive our services. Here’s the problem, TikTok and Meta ads manager are not reporting the correct amount of leads, we get hundreds and thousands while our ads manager shows us that we get a few tens of leads. We would like to see if there’s a way for us to communicate our real number of leads, especially the number of our qualified leads to Facebook and Tiktok so that they get a good idea of who actually becomes a lead. Some sort of tracking software, a conversion API, or an excel template that is easy to export so that we can send it back to those platf

When developing a survey its cool to see which questions are marked as ‘required’ through the use of *. But when the survey goes live people are asking me ‘why is there an asterisk on this question?’. Is it possible to hide the asterisk for a survey when it goes live?

The asterisk placement from required questions acts a bit weird and this is especially noticable on mobile. We even removed the required mark from a question just to improve the styling.The problem is that only the asterisk gets placed on the next line, like so:In a crowded question on mobile it severely hurts the styling

Hi, I have a typeform running since yesterday and i have now around 15 conversions but none are counted in my Google Ads Campaign.The typeform is integrated in a wordpress website, before that i was using a form extension (Gravity Form) and the conversions tracking worked (all tags are correclty set with GTM) so i don’t understand why it’s not working now with typeform. I redirect on my confirmation page when the typefrom is completed like my previous form. After researches I connected my GTM with Typeform but is there something else i need to do ?  Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english.

Hi all, In order to fix the 14.5 attribution issues I’ve tried setting up my Typeform account with Zapier to send all submission data to my Facebook pixel.The issue is, when I click the test button on Zapier it says a test was successfully sent but in my Pixel’s Test Events tab nothing pops up. I’ve tried this about 5 or 6 times now to no avail and I’ve waited about an hour.What’s more is when I do this with Calendly for example, it pops up as it should in about a second or two.Is this just not possible with Typeform? There’s nothing I’ve done differently between the two Zaps and I’ve seen some others online having the same issues with other software they use:  Now what may be important to note is the fact that I’m trying to send lead events as I’m collecting a first name and a number (that’s it). With Calendly I collect a name, a number (“location”) and an email. I’m also on the free plan at the moment. Please tell me this is all my fault and there’s an easy fix. If you need any other

The point is that I would like to know what are the leads I receive specifically from these campaigns. I don't mean the tracking through Google Analytics, what I need is to check the quality of the leads received from the paid campaigns, so I need that information.Is it there a solution I can implement to get this information in every lead received?Thank you in advance

Hi everyone,I'm using Typeform to collect information from users who need help with Android FRP (Factory Reset Protection) issues. The form includes several conditional logic paths based on Android version, device brand, and whether the user has already attempted an FRP bypass. Recently, I've noticed that some respondents report reaching the final screen successfully, but their submissions never appear in the Results section.The issue is inconsistent and seems to happen more often on mobile browsers. Sometimes users say that after selecting their Android version and continuing through the FRP-related questions, the form briefly loads, shows the Thank You screen, but no response is saved. Other users complete the exact same flow without any problems.I have already checked that all required fields are configured correctly, removed unnecessary logic branches, and tested the form in different browsers and devices.
