Hi everyone.So I am doing a website for a client who is running a telehealth operation for weight loss. They are asking me to have a form created, as a quiz kinda setup to see if they would qualify for a weight loss prescription program, and this is where they collect credentials of potential patients height, weight, age, gender, medical conditions, etc. I am grateful that Typeform has the capability to do some pretty decent Conditional Logic options, and I saw another thread from before where someone did a BMI Calculator formula.But here is where I’m stuck.I need to find a way where, when I collect a person’s height and weight, a BMI number will be calculated in the background, and then that BMI number will determine eligiblity based on further questions they are asked, where certain BMI numbers will not qualify for their program.I see that someone was able to make a BMI fomula work successfully, but it creates the end point of saying “Your BMI number is ____” and I need it to go furt

My typeform is embedded on stormfiber.com/get-stormfiber When I scroll down, it moves to the next response. Can this be avoided by any chance?

Is there a way to add a unique name/identifier to a quiz in the Typeform dashboard that isn’t visible to the outside world? For example, I want to duplicate one of our quizzes and make some small changes to the results page to tailor it to a different audience. i.e. “Quiz (version A)” and “Quiz (version B)”. But I don’t want someone who sees or takes the quiz to see the “(version A)” or “(version B)” after “Quiz”, which they do if I actually name them like that in Typeform. 

Hi all! I copied a survey and created a new survey: https://blockdrop.typeform.com/to/lOsgbK76When I text the link, it shows the old survey in the preview (trade clerk), instead of the updated image (Get Fit Daddy). Any idea how I can get it to update?

Hello. I sent an email marketing yesterday to 127 people. I wanted to ask them a few questions so I used typeform. I made a lot of trial before sending the e-mail to be sure that the URL of typeform works on my email marketing. But unfortunately, people who received the email  marketing can’t answer to the typeform because it’s written that the form is closed. I don’t undestrand why. Please help me! 

Is it possible to have an anonymous survey, e.g. for benchmarking, which makes the results of that survey accessible to whoever took part in the survey?

WHY IS IT that when you move the logic map around it doesn’t save? My stuff is allllllll over the place. For exampleI have a question with five optionsEach option has logic that takes them to a new question based on their answerThat question has two optionseach option is independent and sends them to one of two places. And i have to do this for each of the original five options. If I go in and clean up the logic map, move it around so it’s clear and easy to read, when i go back in, it’s a mess again?Thoughts?  

I am trying to launch 2 surveys, one for exit intent and the other post-book. I currently have them both showing on the confirmation page and I need help with excluding the exit intent from the confirmation page. Does anyone know how I can configure this? 

I would like have my leads go to one of two calendars based on the answers to the questions in the typeform.  For example, if a potential client answers certain questions or gets over a certain number of points when scoring the answers, I would either like them to go to my personal calendar or a round robin calendar to others on my team.I’m using Calendly and have it integrated.  I just need to figure out the logic to send them to certain calendars.Thanks!!!

I have a simple ten question, multiple choice quiz we’re going to use on iPads at a trade show. I have it set up to score each individuals responses on the End page of the quiz (“8/10” for example). Is there a way to also feature a screen that shows the running tally of the outcomes to all the quizzes completed? Possibly a percentage (or chart?) showing how many correct answers for each question? thank youStvy

Hello,I created a survey form in free-plan (which was limited with 10 questions). Then I switched to basic-plan today.1. When I re-publish my survey form, it is still limited with 10 questions, and still displays “powered by Typeform” label, why?2. Maybe basic-plan is not activated yet. After it is activated, will my Qr-code of the survey change? I have to print it now. Best regards

I have created a ten question, multiple choice quiz. Each Q has two statements associated, using logic to create a “correct” statement answer and an “incorrect” statement answer if the correct answer is not selected. Using “Scoring,” I attributed one point to the correct answer for each question. However, the End screen is showing an incorrect total for the score (example: if I miss one Q, it’s showing that I receive a score of 7 out of 10, indicating I missed three questions). What am I doing incorrectly? Thanks in advance ~ Stvy

Hi everyone,I noticed that Typeform strips diacritic characters from Hubspot’s “First name” and “Last name” personalization tokens.This is a received Hubspot mail. This is the first question in Typeform  After survey completion, the contact’s Last Name token was updated in Hubspot without the diacritic characterIt happened for all contacts that had diacritic character (č,ć,š,ž,đ) in their First name or Last name. Any tips or suggestions on how to resolve this?Thanks.

Hi,This is what I’m looking to do. Wondering if it’s possible:We need to create a form that will be filled out by our event facilitators. This form will need to capture data about the event. (Event name, venue, date, etc) After submitting the form, an email should be sent to the facilitator containing the information from the form as well as a QR code. At the event, the facilitator will ask the event participants to scan the QR code, which will take them to some sort of landing page containing another form to capture the email address of the participants. Once the participants submit the form, en email should be sent to each participants containing a link. The link will take them to a booking form with possible integration with Calendly. Once this is done, we need to then periodically (monthly) send reports (Google Sheets) to the facilitators containing all the data collected from steps 1-4.Any suggestions on how this can be done? HelloWe will have the same Typeform in multiple languages. (DE,FR,IT)Our answers are mostly (good, balanced and bad)We’ve gonna import the exported .csv File into another analytics software, so the same answer would be great.Right now answers on the exported files mean the same, but shows in an other language.Is ist possible to customize the answers for the export? Like: good =1, Balanced=2, Bad=3Or is it really like: exact this answer you’re setting up = the exported answer. 

Hi, I was just wondering if it was possible to give users access to their entry history? I’m wanting to set up a journal where users can go back and review their previous entries. Is this possible?

Hey- newish to TF. I have a huge process flow chart in Lucid that I need to turn into a logic typeform. Is there a way to get that flow chart into typeform w/o manual input? It does have some minor logic like “if yes” or “if no”. Just wondering if this is going to have to be done all manually or if there is a workaround.  Thanks! 

We have linked 2 typeforms and have created a google integration with our results. This works well on our end however we have found then when some of the respondents go to the redirected second form they stop the process.  Is our only solution to send out 2 shorter typeforms? Can we send the survey out the way it is and turn on and off questions for the group that answered the 1st typeform vs. the group that answers the second typeform while still keeping the typeform and google integration?

Hello, I am looking to see if there’s a way that I can create a form that once complete (and depending on conditional logic), emails a unique RMA to the customer. This RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be used by the customer to affix to their package, so that when we get it back at our office, we can cross reference the code with the customer filled content form.I feel like there MIGHT be a way here but I have not spent enough time looking. Currently, I can get JotForm to do this but, it’s ugly and doesn’t really function well on my site.Thanks a bunch.
