Hello,I would like people to enter their country, but I would like them not to make mistakes:for example Francia is ok, but France is not good (language)or USA is ok and Usa is not good (caps or not)Is it possible with the test "contains" or "doesn't contain" to put a list of words (for example Francia, francia, USA) ?Thank you for your help

Is it possible to add a hyperlink to an image? It would be great if customers could click on the image in our end screen to get taken to our website, for example. I know you can add a button, and text hyperlinks, but it’d be great if the images were also clickable. 

I’m looking to use Typeform to sell gift certificates.  In the help video it has pre-defined amounts, but is it possible for the user to enter the amount as well?

I want to have a question in my survey in which respondents answer a time question. Why is there a “date” format in question type, but no “time” question type? Am I missing something? I want people to be able to easily answer a the question “what time you take this medicine” and have that be a question type. The system would only accept their answer if it was appropriately formatted, designated with A.M. vs P.M., etc. Thank you!  

Hi, Is it possible for participants who complete the questionnaire to download their own answers in a file (preferably PDF file)?We only know that participants can send the answers to their email but these answers are not saved in a document.  Thanks in advance!     

The “https://api.typeform.com/insights/{form_id}/summary” endpoint retrives data from all time.Is there any query parameter to retrieve data from a date range?

Hi all! Hopefully I can make this idea work.We are setting up a raffle where our customers receive lottery-tickets with random numbers (XX-12345 for example). I would like to use Typeform (TF) as a means to check wether one of your numbers is lucky enough to be awarded with a prize.  If i only had a few prizes, it would be simple. Is your input(number) equal to (winning lottery number), then go this prize page. Great succes. If your number is not equal to ... - unfortunately, try again next time.But we are working with a minimal of 1.000 prizes. I don’t know if it is even possible to have a thousand logic steps (equal to), but the amount of work makes it impossible.  Is there a better way? Can I, one way or another, input a lot of random numbers as winners? From a .csv or? Thanks for all the help in advance. Kind regards,Eliam 

Does anyone know which plugins for Typeform can be used to purchase a set number of responses?Zoho ensures you get a set number of responses and I'm trying to do that with email signups so we can focus on large contracts instead of additional onboarding. Thanks in advance.

I’m curious if Typeform has a capability to make a reservation form to meet the requirements?Each guest pick a day and a time slot (i.e., November 11th, 5pm-6pm) And if a time slot fills up 70 people, show on the option “FULL” and unable to select the option. OR remove the option so no more guest can pick the time slot.I’m sure I’m not the only person who wants this function… any Typeform users solved this? Please help me, thank you!

Hi all, I have a Plus subscription to Typeform through my company, we set up automated emails for each new submission on our Typeform  through Zapier, and I just got a notice that my free trial of Zapier was ending soon. Does Typeform plus not include that Zapier subscription? Will we have to pay Zapier separately for the automated emails? Thank you.

Hi,Could anyone give me some guidance with the following situation please?I am trying to integrate a simple Typeform to Mailchimp, but not all Mailchimp field options show when linking to the Typeform questions. Also, it’s not letting me link phone number, and I’ve tried changing it’s value on Mailchimp from number, to phone number, to text.  Please help :) ThanksMaria

I’m attempting to create a form that will validate credit card details without charging the users credit card.  I configured Stripe and created a payment field with an item value of $0.00. However, the submission screen presents me with the captured error.  Does anyone know if Stripe/TypeForm allows a $0.00 transaction, and if it does not - is there a method to confirm credit card details without accepting a payment. Thanks! 

I am struggling to create a skills assesment and could use some help. Basically, the skills assesment that I have asks a series of questions and the person answers on a scale of 1-10 (not likely to extremely likely). Each question corresponds to a particular outcome and in the end the outcome that got the highest score is the skill that gets highlighted. I also want to include the second highest skill scored in the end.However, I cant find how to design the quiz this way. Any help highly appreciated!

Hi,Due to budget cutbacks we’re going to need to cancel our Typeform subscription and return to a free account. We had a survey that had people upload files for one of our questions. I know that file upload questions require basic tier or higher to implement. We downloaded the survey responses so we have access to the pdf links through Typeform. My question is, will we still be able to access these responses through the links we have or will those responses be lost in the change? These files are pretty important to our company so I need to know what the best course of action is. Thanks!– Eric

I hit publish and shared on FB and within a couple of minutes, had my 10 responses for the month of which none of them were valid. It was the same person filling it out 10 times.I don’t mind paying for typeform and upping my monthly allotment of services but now i’m concerned someone else may come along and fill ‘er up. I get it...the link is public but wondering if there’s anything I can do to help try to prevent this?Thank you! 

Hello, This is my first time using typeform and I am wondering a few things. The response limits, is it per acc or per form limit? Besides that, I had read an article on downgrading/cancelling a subscription plan, which will take effect on the next billing. But, what if I suddenly realized that the subscription I originally chose is insufficient and I urgently need to upgrade the response limits. If I were to upgrade it, will the upgrade be applicable right away, or only on the next billing? In such cases, what would be advised? 

I have designed a 10 question assessment related to trauma that generates 1 of 3 different TRAUMA TREATMENT PLAN reports based on participants’ answers. The reports are all 15 page PDFs. I am wondering what the best way is to build this using Typeform? Thanks!
