Typeform conversations

Hi,Could anyone give me some guidance with the following situation please?I am trying to integrate a simple Typeform to Mailchimp, but not all Mailchimp field options show when linking to the Typeform questions. Also, it’s not letting me link phone number, and I’ve tried changing it’s value on Mailchimp from number, to phone number, to text.  Please help :) ThanksMaria

I’m attempting to create a form that will validate credit card details without charging the users credit card.  I configured Stripe and created a payment field with an item value of $0.00. However, the submission screen presents me with the captured error.  Does anyone know if Stripe/TypeForm allows a $0.00 transaction, and if it does not - is there a method to confirm credit card details without accepting a payment. Thanks! 

I am struggling to create a skills assesment and could use some help. Basically, the skills assesment that I have asks a series of questions and the person answers on a scale of 1-10 (not likely to extremely likely). Each question corresponds to a particular outcome and in the end the outcome that got the highest score is the skill that gets highlighted. I also want to include the second highest skill scored in the end.However, I cant find how to design the quiz this way. Any help highly appreciated!

Hi,Due to budget cutbacks we’re going to need to cancel our Typeform subscription and return to a free account. We had a survey that had people upload files for one of our questions. I know that file upload questions require basic tier or higher to implement. We downloaded the survey responses so we have access to the pdf links through Typeform. My question is, will we still be able to access these responses through the links we have or will those responses be lost in the change? These files are pretty important to our company so I need to know what the best course of action is. Thanks!– Eric

I hit publish and shared on FB and within a couple of minutes, had my 10 responses for the month of which none of them were valid. It was the same person filling it out 10 times.I don’t mind paying for typeform and upping my monthly allotment of services but now i’m concerned someone else may come along and fill ‘er up. I get it...the link is public but wondering if there’s anything I can do to help try to prevent this?Thank you! 

Hello, This is my first time using typeform and I am wondering a few things. The response limits, is it per acc or per form limit? Besides that, I had read an article on downgrading/cancelling a subscription plan, which will take effect on the next billing. But, what if I suddenly realized that the subscription I originally chose is insufficient and I urgently need to upgrade the response limits. If I were to upgrade it, will the upgrade be applicable right away, or only on the next billing? In such cases, what would be advised? 

I have designed a 10 question assessment related to trauma that generates 1 of 3 different TRAUMA TREATMENT PLAN reports based on participants’ answers. The reports are all 15 page PDFs. I am wondering what the best way is to build this using Typeform? Thanks!

I’ve been trying to swap the scheduling page we use in Typeform for one from Hubspot. We were previously using Calendly and it worked fine. However, we’ve recently started using HS and we would like everything to be centralized there. Is there a way to put the Hubspot scheduling page at the end of my form?

I edited my existing lead gen typeform to use the new contact info feature where in one question you can get the persons name, phone, and email and deleted my old questions where i individually asked name, phone number and email, but that deleted all contact info data from old typeforms respondents :( I need that data for lead gen for my business and now I have no way of knowing the name, phone, or email of prior applicants that filled it out. Anyway to get those back?

Hi. I need help with my logic. I have added four questions and based on the answers of those four questions they will receive a statement. I've added all the logic and when I go into my logic map and select “branching”, I can see that my logic is all correct and how I want it. But when I go to preview, the statement for all the options I select is the same.  I don't know what I’m doing wrong. I don't know if my below screenshot helps.  

Hi All, Ive just singed up to typeform and I am enjoying creating the forms for our needs however I am getting frustrated with the loading which over the last few days is every time I try to do anything. Ive cleared cache several times, gone into incognito mode etc but continues to struggle loading. Particular issues when logging in and publishing a form and the link working. Kind RegardsRick

Field type: NumberI have tried to set Min number to 1000000000. When I click outside the Min number box, the number is automatically changed to 999999999. It seems that the field is limited to nine digits. Is there such a limit?Is it possible to set up a Number field with Min number  1000000000 and Max number 99999999999. If so: How?  

I am capturing utm values as hidden fields in the Typeform submission. My Typeform is integrated with Asana to create tasks for submissions. How to I get the hidden utm values to populate in the Asana tasks?

As I collect information on TypeForm, I want to transfer that data to InfusionSoft which is an available integration. However, it seems the only option to transfer the data is to a “text” field whereas the data collected inside TypeForm will be populated in a text field inside InfusionSoft. The problem is that many questions inside TypeForm may be Yes/No or multiple choice and it would be ideal if we could map the data to InfusionSoft in a similar way so we can better segment, filter and create different automated action sequences based upon that data. Having all the data just dropped into text fields inside Infusionsoft limits the ability on the automated segmenting and follow up sequences. Does anybody know a workaround to get the data into a CRM in a manner that makes is easier to segment with “If / then” actions. For example, “If the person select choice B on a TypeForm, then...” but unfortunately as I see it now the answer for choice B will only appear as text in a text field insi

Hi,This error occured about a form that was working well before. It seems Salesforce can’t update an existing contact but I can’t find why since it was working until now.“Exception: Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 003AX000002ILBpYAO; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, Utiliser l'un de ces enregistrements ?: []”Fyi, the mapping is configured to check existing contacts with email.Any ideas ?Many thanks in advance.

After you’ve established a connection for data mapping (in my case, InfusionSoft), if you want to update or edit it this is not possible. You must DELETE the connection altogether and start over from scratch. It seems there should be an EDIT function instead of delete and start over. I have TypeForms with 20 questions and I have to manually re-map them to the correct fields any time I add a new question. This seems like an oversight. It’s quite a pain to have to delete and redo everytime you add a question. 

Hello, thanks in advance for any help - I don’t know if this is a glitch or how to ask typeform directly for technical assistance. I purchased this to use in groups simultaneously as Typeform says is possible, all doing the quiz at the same time. It’s set to auto-send results to the email input at beginning of quiz. It works when I’ve trialled it alone, and I received the correct email with results. But on first test with two people - neither received the email.This is a big issue for me, and needs resolution before I can use this important feature for giving quiz talks for my work!! (Due to start immediately, but for this issue.)Thanks for help, appreciate it! Rae 

I have a simple form in which a user selects from a range of square footage options, each answer with its own score. Next they select a cleaning type with 3 possible answers. I need to multiply the score by either 1, 1.25, or 1.5, depending upon the cleaning type they select.However, in trying to create the formula, one of the two select drop downs is greyed out. See below.What step(s) am I missing?  

Hi, what permissions are needed for a non-system admin to see the Typeform Admin page in Salesforce? I installed the package for the relevant profile but the admin page is just loading when a user in that profile navigates to the tab. The profile has access to all Apex classes and Visualforce pages prefixed with typeform.
