Typeform conversations

Hello,  I am trying to limit the number of characters in a number field. So far, I have only been able to select a minimum/maximum range for the number, however the range is irrelevant. Any suggestions?

I am interested in adding a 1 question survey to my website post-purchase. I want to pass email’s via hidden field. Does anyone know if this is a breach of any security laws? I want to map responses to emails but I know there are GDPR restrictions on collecting data.

How do you decorate the typeform header… right now in normal font i see the name of my type form, but how can i add my flyer to the beginning of it so people will know they are on the right page ? 

Hi, I’m new to Typeform, but not to survey scripting. I’m looking for features that I’m used to, but don’t seem to be there from what I’ve seen so far. My apologies if these are somewhere in the knowledge base, but perhaps I’ve been using the wrong terminology to find them. They are:Exclusive responses. I have a multi-answer question, but if they hit None of These, it should remove all other responses. Reduced lists. For example, Q1 is Which of these have you ever bought? Q2 is then Which have you bought most often? and should only show those that were selected at Q1. There is also the converse option of showing only those that have NOT been selected at Q1. Logic off multi-response questions. Only show a subsequent question if the answer to the previous question contains a defined response or set of responses, eg if Q1 includes Car as one of the responses, show Q3a Which model of car? If Q1 includes TV, show Q3b Which model of TV. They can be shown both, one, or neither of the question

Is it possible to sent an unique link to a client because our questionnaire is only for that client on that moment. Otherwise the questionnaire will be accessible to people for which is not intendedHope to hear from you

I have a question about the language a user speaks. For instance Dutch, English, Turkish.I have setup a connection with my CRM system. The problem is they use digit values for the languages. So Dutch is ‘1’, English ‘4’ and Turkish ‘3’.So can i change my form/multiple choice field to output ‘1’ when someone selects Dutch instead of ‘Dutch’?

Hello fellow gurus!I have an issue with how my typeform appears on my desktop vs mobile device.The page in question is - https://townly.com/project/apartments/balwyn-park-7-cherry-road-balwyn-victoria-3103Looking at the image below, I want my picture options to appear on two rows of three.This image is taken on desktop with the Supersize option. Width 100% height 750px. However, when Supersize is checked, the mobile version looks too big for what I want. See image below.  However, when Supersize is turned off, the mobile looks great. See below.  But with Supersize turned off, the desktop looks like this. Aesthetically, I’d prefer two rows of three options.Any solutions available?Are we able to lock the Supersize option according to screensize?Are we able to specify how many rows or columns we want on each screensize? My ideal scenario is for desktop to have two rows of three options and for mobile to have three rows of two options.Thanks in advance!

We initially had a post with stars being the responses, which was then changed to a multiple choice question. Following the conversion we have lost all the data from past survey and the column for responses of answers with stars has empty string in them. How can I retrieve that data?

Hi everyone,I am a product operations manager and one of the admins for Typeform at my company. We have just switched to Typeform recently and I am noticing some things that I need and I can’t seem to find how to do it (not in the help either).How do I see the owner/creator of a survey?How can I (easily) see if it is still live?Ideally I want to be able to see both of these things on the main overview page for a workspace. We have a limited number of seats (15) so I will need to move people in and out of the tool.Has anyone figured out a good way to do/see either of these things?Thanks!

I can think of several work arounds using the block refs when the form-screen-changed event is fired to determine what form the page is currently on, or I could look at the url that the form redirect is targeting and parse that out and convert the alias to the formID. But I think it would be helpful if this was something the SDK could surface, and as far as I can tell that feature doesn’t exist.Has anyone found a good solution to this problem?

If someone where to help you keep a accident site upkeep for a charge on how often or what type of upkeep you want would you be offended or great full of it service.

We are testing a Typeform embedded on our Wordpress site. The first screen included the Button and “Press Enter” to continue. But Pressing Enter doesn’t do anything. On the next steps, enter key works. Just not on the first screen. Has anyone come across this? Thanks

I have followed the instructions set out on a couple of youtube sites with much success. I have used the gear icon on my quiz page and shut off the icons and branding but they still appear on on the last page of my quiz.I have also purged my Chrome browser history and  cookies. Need assistance.

If I have "select as many as you want" multiple choice question but want people who only select only one response (no matter which one they choose) to go to question 2 and those who select more than one response to go to question 3?Example:1. Which pets do you have?DogCatFishBirdOther[IF ONE SELECTION GO TO Q2; IF MORE THAN ONE SELECTION THEN SKIP Q2 AND GO TO Q3]Do I have to go through the list of options and create rules that would apply to every imaginable combination? For the actual survey, I’m working a list of 9 responses, so that seems daunting.  

HI!I am having trouble connecting my ZOHO CRM to my Typeform Survey. I keep getting an error as below. Can anyone help me? 

Every time I add a new multiple choice question on Typeform, for every single letter that I add to one of the answers, it pulls up a “Edit Answer Choices”… so if I’m typing a whole sentence, each letter this pops up, I need to click on “Yes, change it” and then I add another letter, it does the same, for each and every letter, no matter how long I do this for…Why does this happen? How can I stop it… it’s really annoying… and it significantly increases the amount of time it takes me to build a form. Like, wtf? Why would it ask on every single letter? Every single letter I type in, this pops up. 

I used to be able to fade out my background picture to make the writing more prominent - is this no longer an option?  

I currently access Typeform through a Google account. I would like to transfer that to another Google account. How do I do that? Typeform Help shows me how to do this if I access using an email id and a password, not if I use a Google account.

Hi,I have created a Typeform with hidden fields so Name and e-mail address is already known.Can I create a question regarding email address and the hidden field is default populated as an answer or how do you suggest I do it? My plan was that for example they can make modification to their name if it was not right populated from the CRM./TJ

Did something change since mid-november in the Hubspot/Typeform integration?Since then, I cannot (re)connect some of my question’s answers to the properties I created for them in Hubspot. Their name is simply not showing up in the options to connect.  e.g. the question is “Share the link to your website”, the property I created (and which was getting populated before mid-november) is “website-survey-1” for instance. But in the “Connect” setting, while granting access to Hubspot and wanting to connect the answers to the question to the property, the property is not showing up as an option… Why? Any clue? 

When I the request your data process described below I’m missing most of the fields in my surveys. It almost seems like the fields that a colleague has added are not included?https://developer.typeform.com/get-started/data-portability/#typeform-admin-panel-method The same seems to happen when I use the API.I’ve double checked that the `form_id` I’m retrieving through the API is the same as what’s in the url when I look at the form.
