I decided to share our Typeform API use case at Nicolas Grenie’s suggestion, in the hope others might find it useful. BackgroundInterlay’s goal is to allow Bitcoin users to invest, earn and pay with BTC on any blockchain. I have completed all the steps of the typeform → airtable integration, but when I try to save the integration I get the below error saying “We couldn’t save your integration. Please try saving again.” I have tried clicking ‘Retry’ multiple times and even started over and rebuilt the mappings, but I end up with the same error. How do I troubleshoot this?  

Hi, I have a Typeform <> Google Sheets integration that was temporarily turned off. We received a new form submission while the integration was paused. Now that I’ve turned the integration back on, the form response that was submitted is not populating the Google Sheet. Any advice here? Thanks!

I’m trying to create a survey form where we ask the user to select the different kinds of software they use, and then the next question takes those answers and lets the user rank them in order of which they use most. Is that workflow possible in type form? So the workflow is:Q1: What kinds of software do you use? (5 choices)→ user selects 3Q2: Which of these softwares do you use the most?→ user ranks 3 selected items from most to least used

Hi Community,We are using TF as Landing pages for our CRM tool.Is there any way we can hide/encrypt data that is being passed into the URL’s. Like I have a Form(https://8kw8tv0a2kv.typeform.com/to/dgI1bsRw#email=xxxxx&phone=xxxxx)I replace these XXXX with the fields I want to use.But when this form link is clicked , we can see data in the URL(email and phone).Is there any way we can get rid of this or encrypt this data. thanks.

Hi, I had a free plan but I received many emails because I collected to many responses. So, I upgrade my plan, but the results didn’t appear in my account, is it normal ? Can I find it somewhere.  Please help me 

I am looking to make multiple quizzes for multiple courses on my learning platform. These quizzes would be for certifications, so comprehension and mastery are important. Ideally, I would want to require the quiz questions to all be answered correctly and if there are any missed questions the “quiz taker” would have to retake the quiz, or would automatically be sent back to the first question.I can’t be the only person who wants to build this type of quiz, so if anyone has this same setup for their quizzes, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone!We are having participants from a panel complete a survey, when they get to the typeform they are given a UID in their URL link, as seen here: https://0s14j2ylin.typeform.com/to/UYbvBO7P?UID=24761When they finish the survey, they are redirected using a redirect link provided by the panel, which is:https://zampcomplete.zamplia.com/?UID=xxxxxThe UID from the first link should theoretically carry over into the redirect link to track if a survey has completed; however, the number is not being placed into the xxxxx so we cannot track the number of completions.Any solutions as to how to ensure each UID carries over into the redirect link?  Thanks!

Hi, I’m creating contact, company and deal records via Typeform native Hubspot integration. Everything is working flawlessly except that the form creates two company records with the same domain name.I feel it creates the first company record from the user’s email and another record when submitting the company information.

Our team has noticed a significant problem with Typeform’s otherwise awesome Calendly integration.The submission of a calendar event causes many of our users to THINK they have completed their Typeform when they in fact haven't, and have only finished scheduling their appointment (the last step in our Typeform in question, which asks other important questions). This has plummeted our Typeform completion rate, despite people successfully scheduling a Calendly appointment.As a simple and elegant fix, Is there any way to submit a Typeform scheduling question automatically once the user confirms their Calendly appointment? It seems reduntant to have them schedule via Calendly, then click Submit again outside the Calendly box to advance that given question.Thanks very much!

Hi, I’m having very hard time analyzing the results of ranking questions. All is fine and well if I can use the summary visuals, but when I need to split the data, by country for example, it becomes virtually impossible. Solution seems fairly simple: instead of providing a string in the responses table, provide rank for each of the options. I guess you’re using such table to produce summary visuals too. I’ve seen an answer to a similar questions that suggested using Google Sheet and hooking it up to Data Studio. But this seems like over-engineering the whole thing. If I had ranks for each of the options, I could simply run a pivot table and slice and dice the data how I want. Do you have such an upgrade in your backlog?

I would like to replace a full name selected from a drop down list with a nickname to be used in Recall for later questions. Q2 Who are you reviewing today? Drop down options: Michael Q. Adams; Elizabeth May; Jane DoeSomewhere I’d like to associate those answers with more personal alternatives for Recall. Recall would replace Michael Q. Adams with Mike; Elizabeth May with Beth; or Jane Doe with Jane. For example:Q3 How many times have you worked with Beth over the last year?Anyone have luck making something like this work?   

We require our clients to pay a deposit on certain services (usually 50%) up front in order to ensure clients are committed to their projects. Obviously, this number varies from project to project.I’m creating an onboarding form and wondering if it’s possible to set the value of @price in a Payment question via a Hidden Field.So far, it seems like Hidden Fields are strings by default. Is there a way to change that? Based on this thread, it seems there once was on option to evaluate Hidden Fields as numbers, but I don’t have that option (see screenshot). I was hoping I could pass along something via url likehttps://example.typeform.com/to/nzthWI#deposit=1000Then use logic to add the value of @deposit to @price to dynamically update the client’s total.Is this possible with Typeform? ***on mobile***when I get to the question / page where my calendly is embedded, the calendly booking system shows for a brief second then disappears from view before I have chance to book a call. How do I stop this from happening?

We run multiple identical surveys with repeat questions (email, gender, age, etc.) going to the same people for things like product feedback (which often has multiple rounds).Can TypeForm remember those answers and auto fill those questions for people who have already given us that information? I guess a better question would be- can we make questions that are able to be used across multiple surveys/forms?

This is probably simple but I can’t seem to figure out how to create a multiple choice question which allows multiple selections. Can someone guide me to the answer? thanks

is it possible to integrate a google sheet with logic or lookup for quotes as i have multiple outcomes for each product, so for example i have brandmodel of brandissue of brandand then the result = what each issue of that model of that brand will cost and it’s all different  

Typeform experts: I want to interview people about specific problems they face in their jobs and ask, from 1-5, a) how severe are these problems and b) how frequently they happen.Any ideas on how to put those two variants inside a question so people can rate those 2 aspects for the same problem?Example: “I spend a lot of money to drive traffic to website through marketing”. I have attached our typeform. You can see that there is wasted space between the header on our website and the question in the typeform. Is there a way of reducing this space in the embed code or other setting?  

1. The page cannot be interacted with through the UI2. Can my page be inserted into Google's visual data report?3. I hope that after the customer completes the test, according to the customer's data, Google will collect the data and automatically generate a report, which will be displayed on the page.
