Typeform conversations

Hi,I’m looking to import a Google Form from Drive and have gone through the process; however, I’ve reached the dropdown menu section to select the form to import and it’s only giving me one option (in this case the last form I created). I’ve typed in the form name under the search section, to no avail. I’ve cleared my cache and tried under different browsers (Chrome & Brave).Is this a paid function? If not, any ideas on how to fix?Cheers.David

Hallo How can I check if I have send the Typeform I have received from some one else?In my browser historie I can see I was on your site, by clicking on te link that was send. How can I check if I have realy send the form?

Hi, I use the typeform-js-library to retrieve all the forms and responses. But I’m encountering some issues where the list just doesn’t seem to work like this.     typeformClient            .forms            .list(page=2) If I change the page, the result stay the same. Can someone tell me how to pass the query parameters properly if I’m doing it wrong? Or is this the wrong way? 

I have watched the training videos on Outcome logic so at the end of my quiz it can make recommendations.  When I click the outcome quiz link under the Logic tab, I see the multiple end answers (A, B, C, D) and it says choose an answer but there are no answers in the pulldown menu.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I just want to ask if it is possible to skip relevant questions if they already said no in the first place? Like if they ask if they’re married in question number 3 and I already set up a logic here but they ask again a relevant question in number 25. How would I skip this?

One of the things that I am seeing in here are folks struggling with “how to figure out which of X-number of categories has the highest score” so that they can route them to the proper ending or tag them for CRM usage. I have done a number of client-facing Typeforms to determine the highest scoring result and direct the user to the correct ending page in Typeform, with all the details available to be routed to downstream integrations. I have done 12-, 10-, 8-, and 5-category solution versions of this evaluation set up. I have also included ‘tie-breaker’ logic for the 12-category version so that if multiple ‘high scores’ are tied, they are routed to a tie-breaker question to determine the final routing. I have provided a link a little further down this post to a typeform ‘template’ for a 5-category, highest score. This version has a bunch of running commentary from the 7 other voices in my head and shows the subcategory variable values as they are calculated. I have use

Is it possible to select and delete multiple steps in the build mode?  I can’t seem to figure out and have to go in to each one, delete, then confirm and repeat.

Hi, I have two forms on the same account and would like to send the responses to different Slack channels. As far as I can tell, you must select a single channel when connecting Slack and it doesn’t seem changeable without deleting the entire integration. I can use Zapier to connect to Slack to accomplish what I need but am wondering if this is a supported use case natively with Typeform’s Slack integration. Thanks!

Hi, I’d like to send/view the summary report of a typeform in Excel so that I’m seeing the total answers for each question displayed in columns and rows. I understand I can download “All responses” but this doesn’t calculate the percentage of people who answered a certain way for each question. Any ideas on how to do this? I basically want to see Q1 - 3 people clicked “not interested”, 10 people clicked “interest” etc etc.

Hello, I made a form in which I collected email. The last question of the form is to make an appointment with Calendly. I’d like to receive the mail from the people that filled up the form even if they don’t make an appointment with calendly. How can I do please ?  

Is anyone else still experiencing 500 bad server request errors on their Typeform platform? The platform status says everything is back up from yesterday's downtime, but I am still having issues.  

Hi, I’m wanting to change the order of questions in a few of my forms. Does anyone know if changing the order of questions will affect my integration mapping with Pipedrive? (the mapped questions will still be the same but their order is different in the form)

Hello!Our company loves Typeform, but when we need to print to PDF, the page breaks don’t align with the information on the form. So, once exported, information is missing (hidden by the margins & page breaks).Is there a way to avoid this? Thanks!!

How can i receive the hidden value in the webhook? "hidden": { "customer_id": "hidden_value", "email": "hidden_value" },why I am receiving hidden_value instead of the real value?

When I place a link to my form in  a Linked In post it doesn’t go to the form, it goes to the typeform login pages.I’d like to know what’s going on here and if there’s a workaround or have I bumped into a limitation of the program, or something out of my control. Thanks

Hello, I was wondering if it’s possible to change the font size of the question numbers?Circled in the screenshot below…We have created our own template but can’t see anywhere that I can make this number font bigger.  

if I create the NPS question on different forms, can I see the overall NPS result or do I only see the separate NPS result for each form?
