Hi everyone, I'm trying to recreate this typeform from "Der Zeit". It's about book tips. If you play through the form, you can click on "add to reading list" or "I'm not interested in this". At the end, a list should appear with all the book tips that have been added to the reading list. I need help here. Hi, a coworker developed an infographic as a lottie file and she wants it to be one page of a Typeform survey. Is this possible to embed the lottie JSON file as a standalone page (like the statement question type)?Put slightly differently, can I modify the HTML of the statement question type so that I could simply do an iframe that renders the lottie file that we host on our own website?

I am trying to delete a test response that was submitted to my form before I generate a report for the results. I have seen in help articles that there is supposed to be a trash can icon next to the download icon so that I can delete the response, but I am not seeing that on my screen. I’ve included a screenshot of what I can see. Can anyone advise? Am I missing something? 

I would like to receive an email each time a person fills out a form.Is this possible in Typeform?If possible, how should I proceed to activate this function?

Hi, in the workspace overview of all the forms, in list view, there is a column “Questions”In 1 form it shows 15, where there are also 15 questions.but in several other forms it show 1 or 2 but there are many more questions. So what indicates the workspace column “ Questions” in the listview.  Kind regards, Hein

Dear all,I would like to translate the responses of my survey, is there a way to do that with Typeform?If not, I have a few suggestionsProvide a way to export the report into PDF/Word. Currently, only CSV and XML are possible - that’s very limited! Provide integration with DeepL or Google Translate  I have printed the report as PDF, but I must say that this is far from ideal. The look and feel is quite bad.As I have DeepL pro, I tried to translate this PDF using DeepL - unfortunately I got an error. It was not possible to translate the file.I am sure the issue is with the file format (the printed PDF from Typeform). I am sure the issue is NOT with DeepL Pro - this tool is GREAT!Best regards

Dear Typeform, may I ask you because I’ve got 7 submission and 1 responses?

In our account all the typeforms have disappeared and we can’t see them, although they work on the website where we integrated them. Could you please tell why this happened and how to solve this problem? 

Hi everyone. I’ve connected Typeform with Asana. \In my typeform I have question group, underwhich I have 5 questions allowing the user to upload 5 images or videos. As far as I can see, I can only get the Asana integration to put though one of these files uploads. Does anyone know a work around for this?I have the slack integration and this works fine. 

Hi everyone, I’m trying to make a personality assessment quiz with 5 variable (dimension) with 20 questions on each variable. I have succeeded in getting the total score of each variable on the individual results section. But I was wondering is it possible to automatically categorize the scores I get on each variable? For example, score 20 - 40 categorized as low, 40 - 60 categorized as middle, 60 - 80 categorized as high.Is it also possible to have the individual results shown in bar graphic or any type of graphic that will show whether each variable is categorized as low, middle, or high?I am not hoping for the score to be shown to the participant at the end of the quiz. So, it should only be accessible through my account as the editor. Also, I was wondering whether the “opinion scale” can be changed into a 4-point scale instead of a 5-point scale? Thanks in advance!Ghea

I have been charged £948 by Typeform for a renewal of a yearly subscription on a business account. There were a few attempts to take the money from my account and it was successful on the fifth attempt. This was not wanted and as a result I have gone into my overdraft and am in a financially difficult situation. Messaged customer service ASAPA after receiving notification, not received a reply in the past 24 hours since then and I’m panicking now. I have not used Typeform or any similar systems for several months now. I was the owner of the account, the bill was £790 split 5-ways with other business owners last year. This year, we are no longer collaborating and as such the financial burden has fallen upon myself as it was my bank account that was used. I was on holiday from June 12th-19th and very busy wrapping things up at work and packing/preparing the week before that. When I returned home from holiday yesterday evening, I saw there was a pending transaction and an invoice costing

Hi, I runing many websites. But today when I was researching form my topic I read an article about typeform. So now I want to add it to my affiliate website, but I have a little confusion that it will affect the overall design of the post. 

I have just found that I forgot to cancel the subscribtion of “Plus 1 Plan yearly”, and have been charged by “May 23, 2022”, that’s a huge cost for me. Is there ways that I could cancel it and get the money back? Many thanks.

Hello,I have a hidden field defined: next_typeform_idI would like to have two endings to the current survey:if next_typeform_id is empty or missing, just load a default end screen if next_typeform_id exists, then redirect to that typeform (e.g., subdomain.typeform.com/to/next_typeform_id)I can edit the logic on the final question of my Typeform survey to say:if next_typeform_id:is equal to is not equal to begins with ends with contains does not containBut there is not an option that I really want (“is defined” or “string length < 1” or something like that).Am I missing something?The only hack that I can think of is to have a 26-step logic that checks:if next_typeform_id contains a ORif next_typeform_id contains b OR…if next_typeform_id contains zI am still very new to Typeform, so I am just hopeful that there is a better way.

im new to typeform, like it, and trying to upgrade, but when i click all prompts to upgrade, the page times out when trying to load. I cant find a support place to raise this - can anyone help?

Hey !My question is about a registration form. People stard with choosing wich type of event they want to attend and then they choose on which date. At the end I want to send them a confirmation email recalling the type of the event and the date. It works for the event.> how to enforce an alertnative between the selected date for event type A and the selected date for event type B and not having a blank spot in the confirmation by having to recall both date ?I want it to be be : you register for even type A on that dateHope it’s understandable, thanks in advance for your help

Hi! I've got a question here. In the custom link section I changed the photo, meta description and meta title - its there, I pressed publish, its there. But when I send the link, it doesn't have a pic, meta description and title - what might be wrong with that. Similar problem occured to another questionnaire, where I changed the title, but the link still has the old one (wrong). Please, can you aasist me with this matter ASAP. Thank you a lot!

Hello, I need to build a Typeform with a homepage composed of 6 objectives, the person who fills in the questionnaire must be able to choose the number of objectives he/she wants as well as the nature of this (or these) objectives. For example, they can tick off objective 1, 2, 4, 6 or only objective 4. Depending on the person's choice, they should have access to different questionnaires. For each combination of objectives, there is an associated questionnaire. However, I can't manage to build this questionnaire, I tried to integrate sub-questionnaires in the global questionnaire but it doesn't work despite the fact that I used the "logic" tool of the platform. I have the impression that there is too much data which creates a dysfunction of Typeform. Is there a simple way to make such a questionnaire? 

Hi  I have created a quiz where they get a score after submitting. I don’t know how to show the score as a fraction so they see the total out of which they are getting scored as a denominator?

I would like to download partial responses but it looks like i can only download full survey responses? 

Hi! I would like to share the results with the ones who completed the form. If I share the link that Typeform provides, when the user opens it, does it count as a web visit? Is it possible? How could I do that? Thank you!

Has anyone experimented with hacking long typeforms by hacking them apart?  I have a longform Typeform (easily 20+ blocks shown, depending on the path taken) that unfortunately can’t possibly be collapsed further because the answers are feeding into a document generator, and the document would be incomplete / pointless without them all.  Knowing (1) longer typeforms have higher dropoff rates, particularly as you move incrementally in the first 1-10 blocks and (2) Typeform passes the business / client submitted responses only, I’m thinking about breaking up the one Typeform into two. The first Typeform would have maybe 1-2 questions (name, email address). Completion of the first Typeform would automatically redirect to the second Typeform with the rest of the question blocks with data from the first Typeform passed via the URL [Note: I know that passing data via URL is possible in the strict sense, but I still need to investigate whether that can be done directly within Typeform vs. thr

Hello friends I have created 7 blocks for my survey form with calculations in each. The only issue I face is how to automatically send response to each respondent as pdf when the finish each survey. Is this possible with zepier. The result can be sent in a text but I need the pdf report that comes  with the test result sent to them automatically for each block.
