Hello everyone, I’ve read lots of posts - some with great answers - but… it seems like the logic I’m building is going to be so complex that QA’ing it will be tough.  I have a multiple choice question with 18 options (Question is: what topics are going to be important for you this year?). People have to choose 3.  Now I want to ask a follow-up question to ask why do you find topic X important? I need 3 of those questions, repeating the selected options.  I’ve built a logic now, that says: if A, then go to question 19. If B, go to question 20. But it seems I have to build that logic again after every single question. Isn’t there an easier way that I’m missing? 

Hello,Is there a way to share individual results to users and compare their results overtime? Essentially, I would want the users to complete the survey twice, one at the beginning of a course and one at the end. Then, I would like students to be able to see how their confidence levels changed from the beginning and the end. I am using Rise 360 to embed Typeform.

Hello,I’m looking to create a form that provides tailored results based on the respondent’s answers. I want the respondents to answer every single question, with the multiple choice response options for every one being “Yes, No, N/A, or Cannot be Determined”. If they answer “Yes” to any question, I want that to trigger one or several of the 4 possible results A, B, C, D (some “Yes” responses will only trigger A, others might trigger A&D, or B, C, &D). I don’t want them to see these results until they get to the end of the form.Is it possible to do this with Typeform? In exploring the platform I’ve only been able to see examples where the logic is used to branch between questions, but not to trigger particular results that are then shared at the end. I don’t think the Outcome or Score Quiz formats quite work for this either.Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Hey guys, I’m using multiple multi-question-pages in my survey and while they are displayed correctly under “Results → Summary” and “Results → Responses” they do not appear if I “Generate a Report” from the “Results → Summary” page. Any idea how to fix this? Or is this a known bug? Edit: Tested in Firefox and in Chrome, same in both. Also if I go to “Print” on the “Generate a Report” page, I get the message “This report is private — only the person who created it can access it” even though I’m logged in.

Hello everyone,I am new to Typeform and completely enjoying how painless it is to create interactive forms. I am working on a project that I want to show personalized results to users right after they complete a form. Think about something like a quiz or survey where you can generate a score or recommend a product based on their answers.I have set up logic jumps and outcome-based thank you screens, but I am wondering; is there a better way with generative AI training but more dynamic? Ideally, I would want to be able to connect it with an external tool or script to conduct more complicated calculations.Is anyone out there using Typeform with a webhook, API or a connected app such as Make (Integromat), or Zapier? I made a quiz using Universal Mode, added outcomes and then scoring, not knowing that Scoring and Outcomes don’t talk to each other easily. The questions in the quiz use the 0-5 opinion scale. I assigned each question to the correct ending page. I added score points 0-5 for each question to correlate with the 0-5 opinion scale. I wanted to then assign the highest score for each of those ending pages and lead the test taker to the ending screen that had the most tallied points. I’m new to everything and spent a lot of time creating the quiz, writing copy, adding 14 ending screens, etc. If there is anyway to salvage my work, I’d love a simple work around. I saw the branching thing and it is far beyond me. So, I’ll need someone big helper energy who can explain it in the simplest terms. If the answer is I have to start over, let me know. If there is a way forward, I’d appreciate the details. Thank you for your help.

Hello We noticed a large drop-off at the very end of our form, on the Stripe payment slide. This is three steps after the user selects the number of days he wants to book our service along with the price. So these users have taken 5-10 minutes to fill out the complete form, give their personal data, select a price, and then they drop off when it comes to paying. It doesn’t make sense to us and this also didn’t happen before. We always have drop-off on the slide where you select the No. days/price, but not at the very end, once the user is already okay with paying. So we are worrying if the form is working correctly? Or if these are bots? Is there any way we can see the data of the drop-offs, f.e. their email address, to see if they are bots or actual humans?Or if we don’t have access to that data, could anyone from the Typeform team check for us if we’re loosing actual clients or just bots?We tested payment and for us, it worked normally, but we did have an issue once before where paym

I’m trying to build logic into a survey where a user gets an additional detail question if they rank a particular answer in the top 3 of a ranking question. Is this possible? Doesn’t seem like it is at this point unless I am missing something.

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble with a quiz I built in Typeform. It’s in Knowledge Quiz mode with 14 questions, each worth between 1–5 points. I’ve set up 3 different endings based on score ranges: 14–33 points → Ending A 34–54 points → Ending B 55–70 points → Ending C The issue: no matter what score is achieved, the form always shows the first ending and the redirect is wrong.Things I’ve checked/tried: Updated the quiz link in HubSpot Published changes Verified the point values are correct for each answer Follow-up emails turned off No logic jumps available in this mode Has anyone run into this before or found a fix?Thanks!

Hi,I posted a type form last week on FB, Twitter and LinkedIn - the meta data pulled through for FB and Twitter, but only the correct image is showing on linkedin. I've tried the post inspector, and the meta data is still showing as incorrect. All of the changes have been published in Typeform over a week ago.Thanks!

Hi there experts - I want a client to be able to complete a Typeform and after Submit present/display what they entered…I found the post about showing a quiz and outcomes which is similar - but I would prefer it to be something a bit visual.  Is there an integration that sucks data out of Typeform (or via sthg like Google sheets) and presents it, even if as a PDF? Thanks a lotAdam

Custom message modifications applied through the forms/messages API are not getting reflected in the Settings -> Language section of the designer despite no draft being present (no pending modifications made through Admin UI) Despite the designer's call to the messages API endpoint returning our customized message, the designer continues to display the default message, and when the draft is initiated due to an edit made to the form, the draft's collection of custom messages remains empty, which then causes our custom message to be reset to the default value when Publish Edits is clicked. The inital form was also created through the API.

Ananlytics is working fine for me when using directly on form. But when I embed the form on my wordpress site, it is not working as event is not getting fired for typeform. I have created and connect GTM for this. But it is also not working for embedded form on website.

Hi. I have searched in vain for an answer to this question. It can’t be unique to me and if it is obvious that the answer is no, then I would at least expect to find that mentioned somewhere. I am looking for a document solution for a start-up business and I want to use an existing PDF document that is designed for printing and writing out by pen and turn it in to an online Typeform document. It must look the same as the PDF due to its legal nature and I want to overlay Typeform fields on to the existing PDF BOXES and SPACES.I would be happy jump on a support call or zoom to solve this. If I can solve it then I would likely become a higher paying customer and use Typeform. Hello,We have succesfully automated data retrieval using webhooks, and the API.We are now trying to embed a report into our webapp dynamically or at least get the url of the report dynamically.Here is an example to make things clear: I type a TypeForm Survey_id into a field input and press a button. This button should do the following:I would like to make a request through the API to generate (if none exist yet) or find the full report and return the associated URL or ID so i can embed it into my webpage.Does such an API call exists ? Can I “hack” something similar ? Or is there a workaround ?This feature would be really nice for developers, since the report layout is quite nice.Thanks

I am running a quiz and the goal is to get email addresses, but not all addresses are coming through, even though they are completing the quiz.  Please advise. Thanks.

Is there any way of adding a partial point to a booking form that collects a payment deposit at the end of the form?  We’ve just upgraded and tried to implement Partial Points on our form and we get an error message saying that you can’t use Partial Points on a payment form.  Firstly, we wished that Typeform had been upfront about this before we upgraded, and secondly, why not?  Why can’t you capture a response on a form where the last data collection screen is a payment?  Is there a workaround?

Newbie here with 2 questions:I’m creating a form for use at multiple client sites, and wanted to use the @recall function to grab the name of the specific form (aka client name) and insert it into different areas of the form. Is this possible?  I have a multi-question page inserted right before the results page, and it has a brief summary at the top of the page. The component drops this strange hover at the top that repeats the first sentence of my summary. It seems redundant and sloppy but I’m not sure where to change it. Is this possible?   

I’m trying out typeform for a warranty process. This involves capturing a lot of information on the form, with the responses then starting another internal review process. So when for completed, an email will be sent to the appropriate department with all responses captured. So far so good! However, I’m confused by the following...does this mean that only 50 emails can be sent? We receive 100’s of warranty applications! or does the email template count as one follow up and for every form an email will be sent? Thank you
