Typeform conversations

Hi everyone,I'm using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and, when creating a new lead inside the CRM, i have to choose some data from a dropdown list.Now, i'd like to "import" that same dropdown list from the CRM in a Typeform question, so that i will be able to send that answer inside the CRM through Zapier (as a customer property) when the Typeform is submitted.Is it possible to do this? What should i do?Thank you!

Hi, You have renewed my annual subscription without giving me any notice of the payment, and I would like to cancel and get a refund. Hello,I am an Outsystems developer and I was creating a program to run a survey.I come across Typeform which I like a lot, there is a concern.I need a system to store my Questions and assign some score to each questions, furthermore I need a score for each answer.The total result of each quetionnaire is a calcualtion of each answer score by the question value.all this done for several Questionnaire to get a final results. For this this I was using a programming system but the user front end is not so attractive.I was considering connecting Typeform to Outsystem (there is an integration to embedd it) but I would need to have access to Questions table as well as results for each quistionnaire (json or anything).I was thinking to use MySql integration but have no idea of how tables are exported to MySql.Do you have any idea or suggestions? thanks Giulio

Hello everyone, we sent a questionnaire via email and SMS, but with the same link. Is there somewhere in the typeform that allows you to see where the respondent accessed the link?

For our new game we are doing a 4 week long test. It is important that the respondents only fill in the typeform once a week, on the same day, no more and no less. How can I design this into typeform?

Using the ‘email’ type in a form isn’t recognizing email addresses with a period before the @. For example, john.smith@isp.com. The form pops up “Hmm… that email doesn’t look right”.I tried searching for a solution but no luck. Any way to change the default or do I need to just change entry to a text field?

I know some message can be translated in Settings → Messages and the Submit button itself can be translated, but what about “press Cmd + Enter” messages? Can I translate it as well somehow? Or maybe I can turn it off?  

Hi all, I am pretty new to Typeform and I have a need to build a form with some fairly specific functionality. I am not sure if it is even possible!I am creating a form to capture work history for candidates who are applying for a job. This involves asking the same set of questions for each role that the candidate has worked in.The challenge is that every candidate has had a different number of  jobs. I could create a form that allows for a large number of jobs to cover every feasible eventuality. However, I am hoping to be able to introduce some sort of loop functionality that will allow a candidate to submit a job, and then pull up a new blank form and submit another job. They keep going until there are no more jobs to enter.This would require Typeform to save the data, and then clear the form ready for another entry. Is this technically possible?I would really appreciate some advice :-)

Hello!We are currently using the basic integration but have a question regarding further options.Can we integrate a form with Klaviyo in such a way that we can create tags based on the responses of a type form? It would be nice if the answers people give would be added as tags to their profile in Klaviyo so we could build email lists based on their answers. Thanks for your help.

Hi,We are wanting to create the following survey logic, but can’t figure out how to do it. Could anyone help?Q1. What are the top 5 digital/online platforms that you like to use the most? This question is multiple choice, exact number.We then want this to go on to questions relating to the five answers they’ve chosen eg. if they choose Facebook, then they go to a multiple choice question that asks ‘what do you most like to use Facebook for?’We have set up the logic as the image attached shows but it does not seem to recognise the fact that only five answers have been selected in the first question. Instead, no matter what five have been selected, it still goes to all the follow-up questions. Can you help us sort out the logic so it works? Thanks in advance.    

HiI have published my Typeform and now trying to copy and paste the link into an email to send.  The email appears in my sent items but noone ever receives the form.  I’ve tried a couple of different ways and none seem too work.  I’ve also tried in Outlook and GMail, neither work. Please help!Thanks

I have completed my form and needing to send ASAP. I keep getting 500 errors when trying to login or edit my form. The status says all systems are operational. Please advise :)

Results displayed at the end Total score (% of total possible points) Identify questions scoring 3 or less (low scores) Based on the low score question responses, generate or display an existing report or group the 12 questions into 4 categories and have 4 separate reports based upon low scores in each of the categories. I have a form which I need to duplicate and send across many admins to further distribute and collect response. However I need to collect responses received from all forms into 1 sheet. Is this doable?

I am able to connect a typeform to our Zoho CRM account, but there are some fields in our Lead form that are not appearing when I try to map the fields in the typeform. At least one of my custom fields is showing up, but not others. Anything I can do to troubleshoot it? Is there a way to manually refresh the fields that Typeform reads from Zoho?

Hi, Today, while working on a survey, I noticed that in the preview and live version the multiple choice, Y/N, buttons are not showing the proper color. It looks correct in the build but does not show in the live view. Attached is a quick video. I've cleared cache, rebooted, and still no luck. shows color on buttons no color on preview or live view  settings

Hi wondering if you can helpI embedded a form on Shopify and the questions render but the results of the quiz for the customer do not. It just jumps back to the homepage  Any idea why this might be happening. I tried both standard and full screen methods of embedding Any help appreciated Alice

I noticed that if somebody exits a quiz their email is not being sent to mailchimp.In my typeform they go through 4 screens and if they don’t press “submit” on the last screen I lose a lead.How can I prevent that. Ideally the email would be sent even if they exit.A lead costs me about $30 and I would like to to avoid unnecessary losses.Thank you
