Typeform conversations

If I have a text (or long text) question that is optional, can I use logic to branch from there (if they answered, go here; if they didn’t answer, go there)?   How can I do that?  I’m not looking for any specific text in the answer, just for whether or not there is an answer.  Thanks!

Hi!I have 10 questions in a sequence, each question is unrelated to the next. I want to do a display logic where a question will only be displayed if a previously defined variable is of a certain value. For example, my questions are…Do you like apples? - display only if variable a = 1 Do you like oranges? - display only if variable b = 1 Do you like strawberries? - display only if variable c = 1 ...Is this doable with Typeform? Hello,Has anyone tried integrating Typeform with any 3rd party session recording tool? I find that we need more data to see how users are working with forms, to improve or find any mistakes, as we noticed they happen from time to time with typeform, upload problems and more, so tracking, reviewing videos how forms are being submitted would be really helpful. Does anyone know how or even if it is possible to create a wholesale apparel form on Typeform.  The issue with this, is one product will have size sku’s with qty on the side, which should be done together.  Any help would be great!

We are using typeform to link additional information to existing accounts. When a user completes the survey, Typeform should review the first name, last name, and email address of user and attach the form to the associated Salesforce account? Is it possible to log all answers of the survey into one section or field in the Salesforce account or does each typeform field need to have a corresponding Salesforce field? We ultimately want the user to complete the survey and easily see the survey responses in their Salesforce account.Thanks!!

Hello,We are looking for this action. We want to redirect users after completing form, to another form. Questions, is it possible to pass unique Typeform Token which was assigned to first form by Typeform and pass it as hidden field to another form? This must happen instantly, user submits the form and redirected to the new form as if it is next step, next questionnaire?  Given Typeform Stripe/Google Tagmanager can not be used together we want to move payments outside to another form, but we need unique identifier to make sure to match respones. Email, Phone doesnt work as this factor, since clients may submit multiple forms, and thus they must be uniquely identified.Thanks

Good afternoon!  I have a typeform that collects responses and sends these responses to a Google spreadsheet but the questions/responses are not in the same order as they appear on the typeform.  How do I fix this?I’ve tried fixing this by moving the columns around but this breaks the mapping of the questions/responses and duplicates them.  Please let me know!

We’ve have noticed that Duplicate form button doesn’t fully duplicate everything.Doesn't duplicate messages, e.g. we have translated, updated them to our own needs, but on duplicate they reset to default, need extra time to add it. Doesnt duplicate notification settings  Doesnt duplicate connected integrations, e.g. upload to google drive etc… Probably doesnt do more, is that what typeform planned or this is something stil needs to be improved?

Hey everyone We ran a survey, got 500 responses. We thought some tracking was being passed over to let us identify responses back to our subs base (email address, find location off the back of that, etc). That isn’t happening, I just have the random unique identifier tag from the TypeForm data, and can’t match that back to any of our records. We didn’t ask for email address in the survey (again, thought we could match that back somehow).So my question is, with the random identifier that TypeForm has given each response, is there ANY way to match that back to who clicked the links in our emails, which we can then match to records on our base, and layer up subscription data?Thanks so much for any help.

Hey folks, I’ve been trying to submit a support request via this: https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/, and it throws an error (see image) even though I filled out all the relevant fields. Also doesn’t work when I remove the screenshot in case it has something to do with the upload. Please help!

Hi,I have a cancellation form, where I want a user who cancels for the first time to be showed a question. However, after submitting the cancellation once and then coming back at a future time to cancel for a second time, I’d like for a question in the sequence not to show to them.Is there a way to prevent the question from showing the second time they cancel? Perhaps, this can be done by looking at their email and if it’s a duplicate of an old submission then remove a question from being displayed in the sequence.Thanks!

I’m re-using the same form to collect feedback about several products. I track products by using a hidden parameter, e.g. #product=productA, #product=productB, #product=productC, etc.Sometimes, I want one user to submit feedback about several products in a row. I use different Endings to redirect a user to the same form, but with a different product as a hidden field.For example, when a user submits a response for productA, I use an ending to redirect to the same form for productB. When a user leaves feedback for productB I redirect that user to the #product=productC URL.Most of the time (I’d say 8/10) it works fine, just as I described. 😊Now and then, a user who submits the form, with the hidden field #product=productA, is redirected to the original URL, i.e. the one with #product=productA, instead of the URL with #product=productB (despite seeing the correct Ending).This is hard to reproduce because it only happens sometimes! We have an ordering page built using logic.  So for example some items that clients will order have some follow-up questions.  But when I enable the multiple choice on the product selection page it doesn’t take to each relevant follow up question, just the first.  Here is a super simple way to see what I need to happen (Not type form but something similar (https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-repeat-follow-up-for-multiple-selected-options/)Product SelectionBusiness CardsLetterheadsFlyersPostersFollow Up QuestionsBusiness Cards--→ How many business cards do you need?Letterheads--→ How many letterheads do you need?Flyers--→ How many flyers do you need?Posters--→ How many posters do you need? It should show the relevant follow on question for each product selected. At the moment if say business cards and letterheads are selected, it’ll show the follow on question for business cards but not letterheads.   

Dear Typeformer i need your help...I’m not so expert with typeform…I’m building a landing page that requires a registration by e-mail at the beginning. Within this landing page I embed a (type)form and i need to have the e-mail used for registering as input in the form without asking to input it again. Hello! I'm really stressed out right now maybe that's why I cant think straight, but I'm having trouble with my survey's logic. So I have to randomize people by their date of birth ( if born before 30.06.YYYY Jump to question 3, all other cases jump to question 4). I have made the logic and it seems fine but it still wont work when I try to preview it. I can't find the mistake. The problem is that any date of birth i put in will jump to question 3
