Typeform conversations

The first page of my quiz is a Short Text type and it contains text that says “Type your answer here”.  I’d like to delete this text but it doesn’t give me an option.  The first page of my quiz is just an intro so I dont need people to answer a question, just to click OK to start the quiz.  How can I do this with Short Text?  Or should I use a different type of intro? 

I’m sure there is a logical solution to this but its driving me crazy and I feel like Ive tried everything.Its quite simple, If Q10 is Yes move to Q11 and after that move to Q13 (I cant get this bit right)If Q10 is No move to Q12 and after that move to Q13Ive tried every combination but I cant get it to skip past Q12 if the answer is yesplease help Thanks,Kath

Hi, Is it possible to create a custom redirect with the submit quiz button while also showing results? I want to use a pardot form handler redirect to capture leads directly in pardot and populate them in pardot. 

Hi,  I am having a tracking issue. I use UTM to track FB Ads, I also have an embedded typeform quiz in my website. I see my users per FB campaign in GA, however , as soon as they go through the step of filling out the quiz, google overwrites the source of where these leads came from. They all came from FB Ads, but now Google shows all leads coming from Typeform/ Referral and basically eliminates all my tracking in GA. I really do not want to change the whole structure and remove the typeform quiz, JUST so I am able to have a tracking in GA. Is there any way to fix it. I need GA to continue tracking the leads/ATC and Purchases based on FB UTMs and campaigns. I do not have any UTM-s set up in the typeform quiz. Any suggestions? Thank you Zara

At the moment  on my form the submit button appears mid way through the survey when a respondant tries to move onto the next question without completing the previous question. This seems to happen particularly when the question is a short test response. This is confusing. Can i have the Submit button only appear at the end of the survey? Thanks

I’m building a quiz for product recommendations.The quiz logic is set up so that each answer carries certain weights for every product, the weights for each product are added together and then normalized so that the final quantity of products recommended is fixed (we sell box sets of a certain size).For this I’ve created variables for all our products, the weight calculations are done on the variables and the final result is a list of all the normalized variable values. But the google sheet result form does not show all the final variable values, only the standard score variable.I’ve seen in other posts that the sheet will show all variables only when the quiz is set up as an outcome quiz, but this will not work for us because we would have to remove all the logic that leads to product recommendation quantities.Is it possible to have all the final variable values included in the result sheet?

So I’ve been trying to create an order form where at the end it sends the summary of the order to the email entered.  I just can’t seem to find a way for it to display the text entered in an answer on to that confirmation email.  Does anyone know how I can do this?Also I wanted the product selection page I have to be multiple choice, then logic jump to the right area so they can select the quantity of the product, but when I go to test it the confirmation email I receive only displays one product (the first one on the list) and if it doesn’t ask a question based on what the user wants, the email just states [Not asked], is there a way I can remove that from the email?Thanks

Hello! I am trying to upload images for my test but the images fail to load, it just goes uploading… for hours. The images are under 4MB and are JPG. This has never been like this but started approximately 3 weeks ago. It wasn't urgent at that time, so I just thought it’s some temporary bug that will be solved shortly, but now it became a problem for me as I need to make the test ASAP and literally nothing uploads, on neither forms. Could you please kindly help me with this?

I have been configuring type form surveys in Intercom messenger for some time now and have recently encountered weird behavior that I can’t fix. In intercom messenger settings I go through the process of +App > choose type form > choose the survey that I want to display in-line > configure the block > set it live. When I test it in production and tap on the “Take survey” button in messenger I am presented with this screen instead of the survey in-messenger: 

I wanna ask something. There's a data lost when I use live response in Google Sheet. The Google sheet doesnt show exact result than result in Typeform. Why that happen? 

I want to implement a calculator: A person takes a survey, selects certain answer options (product parameters, each has its own cost) and I need to show the user the cost of the product in real time, depending on the parameters selected by himThat is, so that the results are shown not at the end, after passing the survey, but right during the survey. For example, a person removes / adds some parameter and the cost changes on his screen in real timeIs it possible to implement such a calculator? I will be very grateful for any advice, help. Using the exact same typeform, with the exact same URL passing a hidden field #ref. The link to the typeform used is the same every time. The link includes the hidden field populated with a code. However, with hundreds of users signing up with this typeform, around 10% of the time that #ref is not recorded in the typeform results. It is blank.  Why would this be, everything is the same every time with this form, only in 10%+ of the results, the hidden field is not populated. Any ideas?

I'd created a typeform with chatbot style yesterday and it was working normally. Today when I tried to enter and the link isn't working and I was redirected to a blank tab. When I change your style the Typeform is works again. The chatbot style it is disabled? Thanks.

Integrated some forms to feed into our Hubspot, when these are submitted they show in the activity section but in some instances are missing the name of the form, only shows the “Please dont modify Create by Typeform(ID:xxxxxxx)” link.  This looks to be occurring for forms submitted that are embedded in our website, forms submitted by using the direct link look to show the form name and link as expected.  Do you know how we can resolve this so we can see the name of the form?

Dear all,  I am a new users of Typeform and needed your help please! I send out invitation and asked the participant to give their name in both cases whether they will be prensent or absent. However, some has anwered me in type “yes”, instead of type their name. Is there a way to know who has done that  to trace down the participant and add their names on my list please ? Many thanks!

Hi everyone!When you download the results of a survey in spreadsheets, an alphanumeric code appears in the first column. The name of that column is a hashtag.What is this code? Can it be related to the identity or IP of the person who responds? I have to do an anonymous survey for a client, and he is concerned about the privacy of the responders. Many thanks!!

Hello,When you integrate a payment page you have to create an account on stripe. This is ok. Create an accompte is free. Ok. But I would like to check if stripe takes a commission on payments or not?

In our form we upload a headshot of the model along with their details. Since yesterday it has been throwing and error :AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE UPLOADING THE FILE”I have no idea how to fix the problem. Help would be greatly appreciated. 

We have a page for customers to fill out for potential mortgages.  One of the questions we ask is the city that the potential property is in.  Can this field be set so that the customer can fill in the blank space?

hi, is there a way to make answer boxes have a 0 opacity fill with border instead of the default ~80%$fill opacity? see screenshot, fill inside answer box has some reduced opacity color. I want it transparent so background is seen. possible? thank you, jay
