Typeform conversations

I have created a survey form with just one visible question and one hidden field that picks up the responder’s HubSpot Contact ID in the URL to identify him/her as an existing contact in HubSpot (I don’t want to use email in the URL due to data privacy). I then select this field in the integration to be used as the identifier when updating existing contacts, so that if the fields match, they will be updated with the answer they gave in the survey question. I did a test on this before going live, and it was working perfectly. However, after it went live, it seems not to work anymore, so I am a bit puzzled. The HubSpot ID is picked up in the responses, so why is Typeform not using it to update existing contacts in HubSpot as it is supposed to?

Hi, I was so excited to finally embed my first form on my Wordpress divi site. I’m assuming it works on desktop because I have received 2 submissions BUT on my phone, when I click the first question, the whole form disappears!Screenshot showing the form  

Hey all - cheers in advance for the assistance. Goal - To create a character creator that updates the image on the left with the choices you make at each step. Q1 - Male or Female ; Select Male, picture of a male appears without features.Q2 - Select eyes; a selection of different eyes to choose from; selection is made and the image updates with selection. and so on until you complete the form with a custom character. I’m guess I might need to upgrade my pla to access developer tools, but thought there might be some functionality at the base level. 

What I am trying to do is I am trying to make a quiz (with logic) and if the respondent chooses a certain answer then they will receive a point in a sense for the category they selected. At the end of the survey, for whatever category the respondent has the most points in I want to recommend them with a product based off the points they have in the different categories. Please let me know if this is possible.

I want to have a list of questions under one heading all on ONE page, and then have respondents be able to use a drop-down box next to each question to answer the question. How do I do this??

I just to know is there a way to make typeform a forceful journey for a user like disabling cross button or remove close icon so that he cant skip the form in any way possible

Hello everyone,  I was working on my typeform and when I went into the logic section, I accidentally removed all my logic map (we are talking around 100 questions with logic...).  I didn’t publish yet my typeform so when I go to the live version, my logic still there. I just don’t want to publish any of my changes and go back as it was before. I highlight that I didn’t publish anything yet.  Thank you for helping on this! 

Is anyone else having problems downloading answers that use logic questions? When downloading the excel file, several of these questions do not appear in the document.

Hello,As of the past day and a half we have suddenly not received the notification email from Type Form to our Google Workspace email address. I checked the email logs and the emails are not even showing up in there. It seems to be on issue on Type Form’s side. I was able to add a different email address in the same workspace and got the notification there. Is there a place in TypeForm where they filter emails that I could look? Anyone else had this issue before with using Google Workspace Email / Gmail?

Anyone had this button problem before?In the 4 endings to my assessment, each has a button linked to an outside page. These work when I’m on my typeform subdomain...the outside pages load just fine when not using typeform. However, when I embed my assessment on my website (with SSL) the buttons do not load up the outside page. Hello I am having trouble importing my presentation to Canva-So i go to Canva click on the apps add typeform then when is searching for my work it doesn’t show it. ??? Is it because is more than 10 pages and I am still in the free version>> 

I have created a Typeform and was wondering if I can have the results of the Typeform emailed in ADF/XML format straight to my crm email? If not, what are some alternatives I could use to help automate this process for me? My CRM does not have direct integration with Typeform, ie it’s not zoho, it is an industry specific CRM. We’re currently receiving leads from different sources via email, but the CRM only reads ADF/XML. Any help on this matter is great appreciated! Thanks a ton!

Hi is it possible to get a report that simply tells me how many people have completed a typeform across all the forms I have created? (there are 109 of them in mulitple workspaces and really don’t want to have to do it manually!)Thanks!

I wrote a application with the following logic: 1) Fetch Data with API2) Preprocess the Data3) Start topic modeling4) Create report and include data5) Handle final pdf report (send, show in browser ...) Now i only want to start this 5 steps when a new response is received.  So far the script works, but only processes the response when i manually run the script on my system. I also tried using pm2 for running the script like a daemon thread. However, even the script (process) runs forever, it loops over the 5 steps over and over again for the same response. But i want to stop the 5 steps after every individual response. My desired architecture should look like that: if new response: 1) Fetch Data with API 2) Preprocess the Data 3) Start topic modeling 4) Create report and include data 5) Handle final pdf report (send, show in browser ...)else: wait for new reponse … Any help is appreciated. EDIT in title* form not form

Hi there,  I have a bit of a problem with embedding a Typeform and so far, hasn’t been able to find a solution (I’ve already checked the community, the documentation, even the Stackoverflow). My intent is not to add a separate button with my embedded Typeform, but rather enable the pop-up function for an already existing button. Hello everyone! After searching responses to similar questions, I find myself lost and I am hoping that someone may have a solution to my use-case (or confirm it is not possible). I have created a general health survey where the respondent will begin with a (multiple choice, multiple answers) question. Each of those choices leads to another unique set of (multiple choice, multiple answers), and the respondent goes through answering the questions accordingly. The logic jumps are set up so they will only answer the sub-questions if they have selected the parent topic. I am including a few screenshots since I feel that might make the set up more clear.What I would like to be able to do, is provide a follow up survey at a later time point where the respondent will be served a Typeform with the answers they provided piped into it. I understand that you cannot alter the multiple choice options (or can you by using block references?), but it would suffice if the survey read something like: “Y

Hey guys, Typeform is not sending data to our Salesforce account (via the integration), because it’s not recognising the date format if the user doesn’t type out the full year (i.e. if they type 12/12/20, instead of 12/12/2020). I’ve tried making the Date question required, but the form still accepts 12/12/20. I’m just wondering if it’s possible to make the exact format (12/12/2020) required, so if the user enters 12/12/20 the user is notified and promoted to enter the full date? Jarryd

Hi, I have make connection between Typeform and Infusionsoft and I have created a tag for every contact coming from the form. But right now every data that coming through did not have the tag that I have created and Infusionsoft did not capture the data.

Dear staff or who can help me I am trying to create form via using “Create Form”, but the result is error with HTTP 400.My app is deployed on Google Cloud run wrap up as container, NodeJs, and  call API by Axios. Result is alway HTTP 400 and last description is “The payload is invalid.”Anyway I can completely create the form if I run in my local machine. So, Anyone have idea to solve or suggestion something that I miss take ?  I stuck for this problem whole day :( . I really thank you for all answer. 

I am on the free plan, I created a typeform and emailed to a customer.  They filled it out but it came back blank to me in the email, what am I doing wrong?
