Typeform conversations

I changed the email for type form and haven’t received any responses in my email. I am able to see the results in my profile, just not in my email. Does anyone out there know if there is a delay or how to confirm that the results are forwarding to my email? Thank you and Happy New Year!

I am essentially trying to create a drop down menu that has over 500 options, so I need users to be able to pick at least 6 or 7 options at once. Is it possible to do that while using just one dropdown menu in one question? 

I’m hoping to create a workflow where someone taking a quiz will be prompted to enter their email to subscribe to Mailchimp and their results trigger an automatic email with their specific results! I have 4 results from my quiz and want to send the quiz taker their results in an email (triggered by them completing the quiz).  How can I do this?

why i cant cancel my yearly plan??

Is there a known bug where a single response in Typeform is displaying as multiple rows in connected Google Sheets?I have a user who responded to my survey on 12/20 at 12:43:59. In Typeform I can confirm there is only a single response for this date / time, however in the connected Google Sheet there are 2 rows for this single response. The token is also exactly the same.

I've created a Typeform for users set up an account with our business.It contains advanced logic that took a lot of time to setup. Now we need to translate this typeform (duplicate and translate), but if I translate e.g. a choice in a dropdown that used to be Interview now is Intervju the logic is interrupted.Is there some way to keep the logic, but change the name/translate this without breaking the logic?

I’m new to Typeform and trying to use a logic structure that I’m used to using in Qualtrics but can’t quite figure out in Typeform. I need to create a chain of if-then logic statements joined by ‘and’ or ‘or’ logic functions. In other words, I need to nest logic statements within logic statements.For Example:IF ((answer to Q1 is X) AND (IF answer to Q2 is Y) OR (answer to Q2 is Z))OR IF ((answer to Q3 is A) OR (answer to Q3 is B))THEN (Show ending #4) Could anyone explain how this is done in Typeform (or confirm that it is not possible)? Hello y’all typeform heads!  I’m trying to pull data from a typeform into a Coda Doc. The data is showing up, but I have no way of sorting the form with the latest submissions on top. How is it that Typeform doesn’t include the date and time a form is submitted in the table data?It seems silly to ask respondents to enter today’s date. Thanks for your help. -Joey 

Just signed up with a new account and its showing that I have installed the Calendly app (I haven’t)? Tried to create a calendly ending but says there is an error, can’t see anywhere to actually uninstall it to install it properly - anyone else facing this ?

I prefer the monthly billing plan.The service expired on the 18th and Typeform attempted to charge my card approx. $400 for the year.I only need the monthly program, yet not able to select that service.Typeform has downgraded my account to the FREE service until they collect $400, which I’m sure is causing an issue for the code we’ve built on websites and there isn’t a way to downgrade to monthly.Typeform has either no customer service or they are gone for the holidays.Any suggestions?

Hi,I have connected my GA property ID with my Typeform. Its all properly set up but I am not able to see my data on Google analytics, i tried in the site content > all pages reports. Events > Top events report, even in the real time report. I am not able to see the data on GA. Does this have something to do with the domain? Please help
