Typeform conversations

Hi, I have created a form with 10 questions and published right after I purchased my Plus plan, however it only published until my 4th question. I have attached a screenshot of how my content should look like after publishing. Looking forward to your urgent advise on the matter.

Hi all,I am having a great doubt, because I would like to change my custom subdomain, like in the section in screenshot below, with another subdomain.  At the moment I have many forms linked with google sheet and my question is: if I change the domain these links stop working? in case they still work, do I have to manually change all the links of the forms? do google sheets stay connected to the same tabs?I await your answersBestGiacomo

Hey everyone! I use canva for my content and infographs. I’ve noticed my templates I make end up getting cut off on the type form. I was curious what are the dimensions to make it but it won't cut off half the picture. I've been looking and I cannot find it at all. Thanks in advance. :) Pb

Hello, I’ve just updated my type form & saved & published it. Just went to check all the questions were there & they are not. How do I get rid of this second, blank file upload image? As you can see, the video is embedded above. But this empty spot remains, even in the real quiz. 

Hi everyone,Hope you are well ^^We are a wine company :  currenlty building a quiz to orientate our customers towards certain wine packages depending on their answers (their tastes, etc).A bit like GPD does (check it out).1) Everything regarding setting up the Quiz is clear (questions, question types, etc) and I also understand that we should use outcomes to direct repondents to the pages we want.You can have a look at our current v1 quiz here, which works :V1 Quiz2) Now our goal is to improve this quiz, which means improving the correspondance between answers and pages directed to. This would mean multiplying the number of pages / outcomes we want to direct the consumers to I guess.As you can see we have a lot of questions in the quiz...In your opinion, what type of Matrix should we use to improve the quiz?Meaning : is there a tool, a technique on Excel we could use. Something that would help the quiz answer to all depending on each of their answers?Let me know if you have an idea or

I’ve gotten some feedback on a survey that a few of the multi-select questions are sometimes forcing respondents to just choose one option. Any idea where this bug is coming from and how I might fix it?

I have added multiple Typeforms pop-ups on the entire website (around 5 different forms).Earlier today we realised that each form is taking more then 15 - 20 secs to load, then another 20 secs for the first page of the typeform to load and be interactive.https://goodgoodpiggy.com/Is it because of the typeform being used in the form of pop-up?Or multiple typeforms being used on a single website?Please help. Is there any way to turn off this automatic estimated time to complete on the front of a survey?Ours is used for work and in most cases people dawdle and complete between meetings, and so the average isn’t a true reflection at all - and it’s putting newbies off! :(

I changed back to basic subscription in December 2021.  The old amount was just taken out of my account as if I never changed my subscription.  It showed that I would be charged 29$ starting January 5, 2022.  I want a refund and my subscription changed.

Hi, I’d like to use Google Drive links, instead of Typeform links, to access uploaded files. Right now, I send responses to a Google Sheet and uploads to Google Drive; I’d like to have the Drive link populate in the Sheet. Is it possible?

Hey guys, I setup an integration with Google Sheets but it is completely blank - just the column headers are showing and no responses (I selected option to pull through what was already there). I did the same for our user survey last year and it all worked fine. Have I done something wrong do you think or missed something obvious?

I’ve created a journal on Typeform. On one page I have 100 journal prompts that they can choose from.The next page they can write their journal entry.How can I get the prompt they’ve chosen to show up in the next page so they don’t have to rewrite it?

I have the same ranking question in different surveys is it possible to consolidate them to get a summary with the weighted average of all surveys and get a table  similar to what you explain in that post? 

As you probably know, you can change the “Send Typeform text” in the Messages pane.I was just wondering whether anyone has tried changing the text to be something less obvious – like “OK” to match the normal button text to go to the next answer?On one hand, this would hide the fact that you are about to submit the form (potentially increasing the submission / conversion rate).But equally, this may go against best practice with forms to provide that sign post (i.e. the way Typeform was originally designed).What do you think?Have you tried this before? Or do you feel we have a moral obligation to be transparent with users?

I’m looking forward to using typeform to generate leads, but I’m surprised by how small the images are for picture choice questions. The supersize feature doesn’t make them much bigger. Will typeform implement larger image features for picture choice questions?

Is there an auto-advance option so that users can bypass the “Next” button? 

I have encountered an issue where a hidden field used in the a question will not show in the results.For instance I have a question “Is @propertyaddress the correct address for this listing?”. While it will show the hidden field properly when someone is filling out the typeform, The value will be omitted from the question in the response and just show as :The value will show further down in responses, but I would like it to show in the actual question.Is there a way to make this information show?

Hi, I'd like to create a 10 question quiz with 6 answers each, scored 0 - 5. The ending should be based on the lowest score someone got on any question. So if a respondent answers 9 times the last answer - scoring 9 times 5 - and one time the first answer - scoring 1 times zero - the ending should be based on the zero. How would I have to build my logic?Thanks very much for your time,Hans
