Good afternoon.How can I customize the width of the pop-up window? Now I have it in the full width of the screen, even on the desktop version

Hello y’all typeform heads!  I’m trying to pull data from a typeform into a Coda Doc. The data is showing up, but I have no way of sorting the form with the latest submissions on top. How is it that Typeform doesn’t include the date and time a form is submitted in the table data?It seems silly to ask respondents to enter today’s date. Thanks for your help. -Joey 

Just signed up with a new account and its showing that I have installed the Calendly app (I haven’t)? Tried to create a calendly ending but says there is an error, can’t see anywhere to actually uninstall it to install it properly - anyone else facing this ?

I’m using an email question in my form. Seems that this is a system character limit on the email field. How can I remove it?

I tried taking my survey to test it out and now my answers are stuck in the form?Is there a way to clear them?Will this happen again when another person takes it?What am I missing?

I prefer the monthly billing plan.The service expired on the 18th and Typeform attempted to charge my card approx. $400 for the year.I only need the monthly program, yet not able to select that service.Typeform has downgraded my account to the FREE service until they collect $400, which I’m sure is causing an issue for the code we’ve built on websites and there isn’t a way to downgrade to monthly.Typeform has either no customer service or they are gone for the holidays.Any suggestions?

I have taken two inputs Income and Expenses from the user, let’s say number 1 and number 2.How can I show the subtraction of these two numbers in a third question?

Hi,I have connected my GA property ID with my Typeform. Its all properly set up but I am not able to see my data on Google analytics, i tried in the site content > all pages reports. Events > Top events report, even in the real time report. I am not able to see the data on GA. Does this have something to do with the domain? Please help

I have a quiz with 8 outcomes. and I want to connect each outcome to trigger different stuff in ActiveCampaign. I am doing this via Zapier.However the only way I found to see the “outcome IDs”, was to test my form. Which means I will have to do this 8 times (and every time I change some things in those outcomes probably). And it is a long questionnaire.Is there a way to see the outcome IDs without having to fill out the form every time?

We develop an appointment scheduling solution, and would like to integrate with typeform to display our available diary slots within a typeform (by retrieving the slots from a live database). Is this possible (I’m pretty sure it isn’t), and if not could it be added to the backlog as a feature request?The current appointment or scheduling solutions are pretty limited.Is it possible to integrate our solution to be an application like Calendly?

Greetings!We were thinking of integrating typeform in our portal.The front end is built on angular and backend on ruby on rails.Whenever a user responds to each question in typeform, we want it to be saved in our database as well? Could you please guide us on how to go about this? Thanks and Regards,Preeti

I have a ‘How did you hear about us?’ dropdown. It has 20+ options and appears on all our forms. Is there a way to update that field simultaneously on all the forms when we add a new option? IE: If we add ‘Booth Event’ we would need to add it as an option on all our forms. Can we make it to where we update it on one form and sync it to the rest?

I tried adding a video to the welcome screen of my form but was unable. I did all the step from the video but I click to paste the link it does not allow. Thoughts? 

HI,  I embed the form on this page (https://www.travelessence.de/weihnachtsquiz) but I end up with a big white gap below. I can see it is due to the padding. See the picture below. But I don’t know how to resolve this. Who can help?  

OKAY, LOOK I am replying to a message  made early. I can’t explain it no easier. I googled type form telephone number. A gentlemen answered the phone. He explained to me how Typeform works. Told me it was easy. Offered to take my payment on the phone, I said no I would try the trial first. I tried to call back to place the order and realized I couldn't because it was a google number for google ads. So I placed the order online. I know you said you have no number. But all someone has to do is place an ad and they can get phone calls about typeform. Not sure if that is what happen but hey it is what it is. I need to know how to stop y'all from billing me and still keep my service for the month that I paid for. We have explored other options and would like a divorce.

I currently have a Typeform Outcome quiz and I’m trying to send specific emails to users based on their results. However the Zapier integration only shows outcome ID’s. How can I add tags to users based on their results? Like if an individual got the result “Mostly A’s” I’d like to add a tag to their Activecampaign account that says “Quiz Result A” then send them targeted emails based on their result. 

Hi Everybody,I am trying to launch my survey through email - i.e., with the first question visible to respondents in email - using Sendinblue.  I take the code and the preview looks fine (first image below).  But when I send a test email the full question doesn’t show up.  I have tried changing the colour scheme to ensure there’s a contrast, but without success.  I have sent the test email several times to both Gmail and Zoho accounts.  Please could you advise what’s wrong here. Preview:What the recipient sees:
