Typeform conversations

I’m trying to figure out what is what in terms of sustainable certifications - where each certifications has it pros and cons. It’s quite a minefield to navigate so I would like to try to make small tool that could act as a conjoint analysis for users to see which certificate they would align themselves with the most. Does anyone know if something like that would be possible with typeform 

I have a fairly complex application form as part of an intake flow for a learning program. The first part of the application has a series of screening questions to see if the respondent is eligible for the program. If they are eligible, we then ask for their personal information (name, email) and feed that into Salesforce to churn through our automated onboarding process.If they aren’t eligible for the program, we then ask if they would like to sign up for our mailing list so we can capture their information and send updates in case our requirements change in the future. If they say yes, we then ask for their name and email as well. If they say no, we show them an ending.The issue I’m running into is that the sync to Salesforce was working well for the first few days, and then stopped abruptly. The error messages simply said “Exception: Invalid field for Contact” with no other information. Eventually, I realized that we had received a few responses that were ineligible for the program

Hi, We have a date question that is linked to Google Sheets.   On the typeform the format is UK. When connected to Google Sheets it inserts as US format, even when the destination column is set at UK format.  Can anyone help with this. Thanks 

The use case is for collecting social media handles.A multiple choice (multiple selection) question asks what social media they use (eg. Twitter, Facebook, Insta, Linkedin). The user selects Facebook and Insta. I’d like a logic jump that goes first to a question asking them for their Facebook URL, and then to a question asking for their Insta profile, but skipping the other two that weren’t selected.Is this possible? I ran into what appears to be a bug that breaks calculations using questions that have block references attached to them. Is this a known issue?  To illustrate, I built this very simple two question Tyepform: What’s your favorite integer?   block reference is ‘favorite_num’ Statement block with the results of subtracting your favorite integer from Typeform’s built-in ‘score’ variable ‘score’ mapped to have a default value of 10 Expected result =  value of 10 - your favorite integer I find that after creating the ‘fav_number” block reference, the calculation subtracting #1 answer from ‘score’ is erased (2nd screenshot) .  If I re-configure / re-set up the calculation after the block reference erases it, the new calculation seems to work (or at least, that ‘re-do’ approach has worked 9 out of 10 times so I’m tentatively going under the assumption that the 10th time I was operating one espresso short and made a mistake on my end ;)  Screenshot of logic screen before publishing with bloc

I have looked at the Pricing Page but I can’t tell what plan UTM parameters are included in. I see an article saying that UTM being on may block your typeform from being published but it doesn’t say what plan it’s included in. 

**My typeform is a questionnaire for potential clients for my fitness program. It goes like this: Me: Hi, my names is Angus, (blurb about me blah blah)my first question: What is your first name?My second question: Thanks ******, and your last name?  ** What I’m wanting to know is how do I make it that my second question starts thanking *their first name**e.g their answer to the first question is ‘Ben’So what do I need to do so my second question says “Thanks Ben, and your last name?  Hope that makes sense, probably poorly explained but I’d hugely appreciate anyones help!! ThanksAngus

Hi,I have ordinal scale (Likert’s scale) questions in my questionnaire. How can i change the result from mean to median? In my study, the Likert’s scale should be summarize in median as it is an ordinal scale, and mean is not suitable as an end result due to the result can be skewed

Since I had hidden variable passed via the link. I will checked the hidden variable if it’s already expired it will jump into the ending.but it will also make a record on my Airtable. is it possible the typeform without writing the record if I create a button let the user quit without saving ?  

When I embedded the code into the Shopify notification email, the button color changed. Does anyone have the same issues? This is my design. This is how it looks on Shopify.

Has anyone else had problems with the respondent email. My clients are not receiving the answers to their forms anymore. This didn’t happen until after the last TYPEFORM Maintenance…  I’ve checked to confirm that I have it chosen as an option. All good there, but still no responses. Can someone help?

I am trying to use a typeform to gather details from customers including SMS consent. Does anyone know if there is a way to pass a variable that Klaviyo will read as a consent to receive SMS? I have tried using just the legal consent field but that doesn’t work. I also tried using zapier to pass the variable via web hooks. I can’t seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,I am building a typeform in order to educate our users. They have to read a short manual and then answer questions via typeform about it. When a question is answered wrong I want them to get a message, that it is not a correct answer and keep returning them to the question, until it is answered correctly. How do I do that? Thank you!

We would like to change the background color of the text box so the placeholder text can be seen and read as well as darken the paper airplane graphic on the send button. We tried the CSS below, based on manually changing it in the Google Chrome dev tools. Yet, the colors do not change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hey, I’ve built a calculator which works out how much a business could save by switching to solar energy. To generate this saving, I ask the user 2 key questions about their building and use these values to work out sub-scores in separate variables. At the end of this, I want to asses the 2 variables and compare their size. I then want to send users to 1 of 2 different thank you pages. This will be dependent on whether variable 1 is bigger than variable 2.I can only seem to compare one variable against a number. E.g. if variable_1 is bigger than 0.Does anyone have a solution or some guidance? Thanks a mil!​​​​​​​

We send out VOC surveys each month. We have a list of clients we send these to and we know what services we provided. We would like to be able to tailor the survey based on who is completing the survey. We do ask for name and email so we could use that as a unique identifier but we would need to be able to use that to look up data in an excel file or other database (make it visible to Typeform) so we can use that information to determine how to customize the survey (branching).  is it possible to have Typeform consume data real time that can be used in the logic function within the tool or is it only able to use data entered into the form real-time.
