Hi Stripers,The most popular debet cards/payment methods in Belgium are Bancontact and Maestro. Those platforms are also validated as payment method in our Stripe account (as well as Apple and Google pay).However, while using the stripe/typeform integration, it seems I can only pay through credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, JCB and Diner’s Club).Does the typeform/stripe integration only work with these credit cards? Or is there a workaround? Or something I didn’t see/get?Many thanks in advance for any guidance at all.

Hi, I have a really simple test on a Outcome Quiz format with 3 endings. I would like to send an email to the participents with the Ending result of the quiz but i don’t have the option on the customized email Typeform provids. What can i do? 

How do I take the time the person will take to answer the questionnaire?See, I wouldn't want to see the information "It takes 7 min" to complete the form.How do I take it out?

In order to prevent eye strain you should take frequent breaks and use eye drops.”There can be so many combinations in this. Please help.

Our system sends out a ‘Client Follow up’ email after every order to obtain customer feedback. We include our order_id, first_name, email, resto_name in the URL for Typeform to fill the hidden fields. Prior to September it was working 100% of the time, since then we are only seeing around 20% of our forms having the hidden fields populated. Our “typeform-widget” url hasn’t changed, is there anything that can be done to understand why this is only working intermittently?

Hi,  I am trying to add a question in my form, but it does not show up when i publish my form. Why is that ?  I just seen that I have 2 questions that do not show up when doing my form. It’s problematic for me.. Does someone know ?

Hi,Many of Typeform’s APIs require account_id as a parameter. I am specifically interested in the Delete responses API. Where does one find this account_id? I cant seem to find it anywhere in the UI for my account!!!!

Has anyone tried adding a limited time offer or an evergreen sales funnel to the end of their typeform? If so, what integrations did you use?  Or if you added a link to your LTO in the results, how did it perform?

Here’s a case where either of 2 multiple choice answers lead to the same next question:and if the answer to the next question (below) is Yes, users are taken to another related question where I then want the answer to the first question to make a difference as to what they see: At this point, the answer to the first question above matters. If they originally chose cochlear implant and Yes, I want them to skip this question and go straight to a custom end. But that’s not working. Instead, they still see all of the options for question 11:Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Are you able to add more than one image to each image box upload? For example: Being able to slide across to see images of the front and back of a t-shirt, in one selection?

Hey,I checked my form today to export results and start working with data, but have discovered that responses from the last 6 respondents and some other have been deleted somehow. So I think this is a system problem, because I didn’t change questions while running the form :(

Our main product at the moment is our wine subscription service. We thought about doing a Facebook Ad campaign to attract leads and one of the lead magnets would be a lead generation form or quizz. What types of forms / quizzes would you use to attract maximum of people and get lots of emails? Any types of Typeforms you’ve already used in a similar situation ? Hi, I'm trying to find a way to improve the completion rate of my TypeForm.One idea was to run my visitors to an optin page first (via ConvertKit) so they have to opt into my email list first and then send them to the TypeForm.(This way, I can tag them when they opt in (prior to completing the form), and then again after they complete/submit the form. If they start but don't complete the form, I can encourage them to come back.)I don't think a "form abandon" feature is built into TypeForm, so I'd be doing this with ConvertKit and TypeForm's integration.Saying that, if people opt into my ConvertKit list using their name and email – and I redirect them to the TypeForm survey afterwards – is there a way to pass those parameters (name and email) to the TypeForm so those questions are pre-filled (or skipped), so the visitors wouldn't have to enter them again?And to clarify – these would be (a) new leads to TypeForm, and (b) visitors who don’t have any history in TypeForm to pull data from (

I was in the middle of editing my form yesterday, that I have been working on for a few days (iterations) , saved many times, and now it is gone.   Typeform crashed while I was editing and the site had to refresh.  when I did, it was gone.  Any thoughts/ideas I can still see the published version, so I could always recreate if I had to

Alll of the images in my forms have been removed and I can’t seem to upload any new ones or use the free images provided.I’m not really sure what to do as I can’t find any info about it anywhere. Any help would be great appriciated!

Hi all,First of all nice to meet you.I have a very specific use case an dcould not find the answer yet.I was wondering if it is possible that at the end of a survey a respondent can fill in another one but instead of starting with a brand new form it would duplicate the answers from the previous form and then the respondent can change whatever needs to be changed.Reason:We are gathering information regarding vacancies from customers. However some customers have multiple vacancies that are very similar. E.g. a junior and a senior position. So ideally a customer would fill in one form for the junior position and then at the end create another one will all answers filled in and then only change what needs to be changed, for example the job title, salary and experience required.Thank you in advance!Antoine

Newbie here! I am organising a mini festival and would like to sell tickets via Typeform as it will work out cheaper than other ticket platforms. I have 115 tickets available. I would ideally like to allow people to purchase up to 2 tickets per form response. HOWEVER, I must be careful not to sell too many tickets as there’s a strict venue capacity. Is it possible to limit the number of tickets, other than by limiting form responses? Or is the best/only way to limit the number of tickets to 1 per form response, and cap form responses at 115?Thank you!
