Typeform conversations

Hi community, first post here. I love Typeform and the amazing possibilities it creates.  Here’s my query:I’ve created a survey that measures employee engagement, leadership levels, and potential for high performance inside any given workplace/company.  I’d like a way for company clients to be able to opt in to conduct this survey at their workplace, and receive the data output that was collected from their employee respondents.  Easy enough to do this if we set it up manually each time.  A bit time consuming though.  I’d like to ask the community if they know of any way I could automate this.  The ideal flow would be:Company Person (CP) opts in via CTA button to do the survey at their workplace.Mailchimp integration sends CP email with embedded Typeform asking user for company name, number of employees, desired start date of survey etc.CP submits this above survey and a survey instance is created in Typeform for this specific company such that any responses collected will be for this

Hi there! I just filled out an application and wanted to review my responses. Is there a way to get a copy of those responses emailed to me with the email addressed that I used to submit? Thanks! 

I set up a respondent notification as a way to send a basic receipt. I now need to view those notifications that were sent and make a copy of one sent to a particular customer. How can I review the ones that have been sent?

I don't think it's possible to do, since, if so, I think I'd find articles about it :-) Can someone tell me definitively that I cannot embed a Typeform into a Zendesk Help Desk article?Thanks.Paul

Hi, I have searched, but I can’t find an answer.I created a quiz with 4 different endings. The user sees the score group and should afterwards get some tips per E-Mail via Mailchimp. I already created tags on Mailchimp and connected Typeform with Zapier. But what I don't find: how can I tag the contacts due to their results so that they get the right E-mail automation?Thank you!Viktoria

Hi,I want a 1-5 option scale and one more option for “question not relevant”. Since I can not add labels where I want it is hard to describe it with labels. Any ideas how to solve it?

Hi there!I have a free acount from before the new plans were released. According to the responses counter, I have 100 responses and it will be reset on december 24. Will it reset to 100 or to 10, due to the change of pricing?

Some of the required questions on my form are not working. I’ve had multiple submissions to the form in which some required questions are left unanswered. Anyone know how this happens? And how I can fix this glitch? Now I have to go back and email the people who didn’t respond to the required question.

Hi,       I’ve created simple form submission with consist of Logic jump when user has type something in the form ifcorrect → then go to next page incorrect → go back to input againWhen I check the preview, everything seems working just fine. All logics work correct as expect. But when I use api request to https://api.typeform.com/forms/{formId} it seems not what I expect. The logic field is incorrect. Hi,I need help in typeform notifications.I made few different typeforms to make surveys on different fields.And I am using one email account, which has different mailbox for each fields.I set up email notification to know that who/when someone submitted typeform. So if someone submitted typeform A, I want typeform notification to be sent in “mail box A” in my email. And if someone submits typeform B, I want a notification to go to “mail box B”. But turns out, every typeform notifications go to one mail box so I have to move every notifications to different mail box by myself. Is there any way that I can set up notifications in a right way?

Hello,I am using webhook to get data after form completion.I would like to add on confirmation page a custom url like https://mywebsite/request/{ form_response->form_id }Do you have an idea on how to do that ?I saw lot of things with “redirect on completion” but I guess it’s not possible to do a redirect on completion on this same URL. Thank you very much

Hi Stripers,The most popular debet cards/payment methods in Belgium are Bancontact and Maestro. Those platforms are also validated as payment method in our Stripe account (as well as Apple and Google pay).However, while using the stripe/typeform integration, it seems I can only pay through credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, JCB and Diner’s Club).Does the typeform/stripe integration only work with these credit cards? Or is there a workaround? Or something I didn’t see/get?Many thanks in advance for any guidance at all.

Hi, I have a really simple test on a Outcome Quiz format with 3 endings. I would like to send an email to the participents with the Ending result of the quiz but i don’t have the option on the customized email Typeform provids. What can i do?

Our system sends out a ‘Client Follow up’ email after every order to obtain customer feedback. We include our order_id, first_name, email, resto_name in the URL for Typeform to fill the hidden fields. Prior to September it was working 100% of the time, since then we are only seeing around 20% of our forms having the hidden fields populated. Our “typeform-widget” url hasn’t changed, is there anything that can be done to understand why this is only working intermittently?

Hi,  I am trying to add a question in my form, but it does not show up when i publish my form. Why is that ?  I just seen that I have 2 questions that do not show up when doing my form. It’s problematic for me.. Does someone know ?
