Hi,I have ordinal scale (Likert’s scale) questions in my questionnaire. How can i change the result from mean to median? In my study, the Likert’s scale should be summarize in median as it is an ordinal scale, and mean is not suitable as an end result due to the result can be skewed

Since I had hidden variable passed via the link. I will checked the hidden variable if it’s already expired it will jump into the ending.but it will also make a record on my Airtable. is it possible the typeform without writing the record if I create a button let the user quit without saving ?  

When I embedded the code into the Shopify notification email, the button color changed. Does anyone have the same issues? This is my design. This is how it looks on Shopify.  

Hello,I’m trying to create a complaints form for an e-commer site, and I’m thinking about using hidden fields to set order products information, the number of products could easily be around a 100 o more.Is there a limit to the numer of hidden fields that can be used for a form? Regards,Carlos Bernal

Has anyone else had problems with the respondent email. My clients are not receiving the answers to their forms anymore. This didn’t happen until after the last TYPEFORM Maintenance…  I’ve checked to confirm that I have it chosen as an option. All good there, but still no responses. Can someone help?

I am trying to use a typeform to gather details from customers including SMS consent. Does anyone know if there is a way to pass a variable that Klaviyo will read as a consent to receive SMS? I have tried using just the legal consent field but that doesn’t work. I also tried using zapier to pass the variable via web hooks. I can’t seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,I am building a typeform in order to educate our users. They have to read a short manual and then answer questions via typeform about it. When a question is answered wrong I want them to get a message, that it is not a correct answer and keep returning them to the question, until it is answered correctly. How do I do that? Thank you!

We would like to change the background color of the text box so the placeholder text can be seen and read as well as darken the paper airplane graphic on the send button. We tried the CSS below, based on manually changing it in the Google Chrome dev tools. Yet, the colors do not change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hey, I’ve built a calculator which works out how much a business could save by switching to solar energy. To generate this saving, I ask the user 2 key questions about their building and use these values to work out sub-scores in separate variables. At the end of this, I want to asses the 2 variables and compare their size. I then want to send users to 1 of 2 different thank you pages. This will be dependent on whether variable 1 is bigger than variable 2.I can only seem to compare one variable against a number. E.g. if variable_1 is bigger than 0.Does anyone have a solution or some guidance? Thanks a mil!​​​​​​​

We send out VOC surveys each month. We have a list of clients we send these to and we know what services we provided. We would like to be able to tailor the survey based on who is completing the survey. We do ask for name and email so we could use that as a unique identifier but we would need to be able to use that to look up data in an excel file or other database (make it visible to Typeform) so we can use that information to determine how to customize the survey (branching).  is it possible to have Typeform consume data real time that can be used in the logic function within the tool or is it only able to use data entered into the form real-time.

Hello, Let me explain the details: for the last 12 months the home page of my website redirected to a Typeform page in order to get some insights from my customers. Now I have closed the Typeform because I have all details I need and stopped redirecting my homepage to the Typeform. The problem is that now, when my users type the name of my website in Google, the first link available is the closed Typeform. I guess Google got used to see this Typeform for 12 months and considered it as the most relevant page to present when users type the name of my website. My website being sent in the second page of Google results. Which is a huge problem because many people type the name of my product in Google and can't find me anymore. Is there a way to just redirect this typeform to the URL of my website’s homepage (ideally as a permanent redirect)? I don't need to reopen the typeform at all nor do I need to collect additional responses. Thanks in advance for your help,John

I am using a panel database supplier and we need to introduce end pages from the supplier for completes (redirect from the end page), overquotas (i.e. redirect after reaching survey limit to 500 responses) and Screenout  (e.g. under 18s).  I think I can do the ‘completes’ from the end page but bout welcome confirmation. Also any ideas on overquotas and screenouts?ThanksSergi         

So I created a form which looks good on the desktop, but on the mobile view I would like to make the font smaller and possibly other changes.  It is not apparent to me how to edit the form for mobile view but not make the changes on the desktop view.  Is this possible? 

Hi community, first post here. I love Typeform and the amazing possibilities it creates.  Here’s my query:I’ve created a survey that measures employee engagement, leadership levels, and potential for high performance inside any given workplace/company.  I’d like a way for company clients to be able to opt in to conduct this survey at their workplace, and receive the data output that was collected from their employee respondents.  Easy enough to do this if we set it up manually each time.  A bit time consuming though.  I’d like to ask the community if they know of any way I could automate this.  The ideal flow would be:Company Person (CP) opts in via CTA button to do the survey at their workplace.Mailchimp integration sends CP email with embedded Typeform asking user for company name, number of employees, desired start date of survey etc.CP submits this above survey and a survey instance is created in Typeform for this specific company such that any responses collected will be for this

Hi there! I just filled out an application and wanted to review my responses. Is there a way to get a copy of those responses emailed to me with the email addressed that I used to submit? Thanks! 

I set up a respondent notification as a way to send a basic receipt. I now need to view those notifications that were sent and make a copy of one sent to a particular customer. How can I review the ones that have been sent?
