Typeform conversations

Hey, I am building a number of tools around marketing for our blog. Users enter their info, which is then added into various templates, like a business pitch.  We collect personally identifiable information that way, that we actually don't need as a company. I know I can delete the responses manually, but that is not much of a deletion concept.Is there a way not to store this information in the first place? Maybe it can be deleted automatically after the user finishes the Typeform?

Hi guys, Does anyone know how to reduce the size font of a text part ? For example in a presentation text of a survey.I would like you to reduce just that font in highlights in my case : Thanks !

I’m trying to add an image. I click on the image and the “continue button shows for less than a split second at the bottom of the screen, way too short to humanely click it. Then it goes in to the loop that as I try to scroll down it shows again for a second and disappears. I basically cannot add a unsplash image. I have this problem in Chrome and tried it in Firefox with the same results. Anyone else having this issue and have a solution? Seems like a frustrating bug to me.

Hi There, I would like to see where a current Typeform question is being connected to which value in Hubspot?  (I only see the option to break the connection and start over to connect between Typeform and Hubspot but I want to edit a form or just simply see what the current connection is)

Hi There,We have embedded a typeform on one of our pages on our site but it’s not recognizing that cookies already have been set on the website and every time you go to the page the Typeform cookies pop up. I would like to disable the typeform cookies or have the Iframe connect properly with the website to detect that cookies have been already accepted. Our website is made with wordpress and this is the web page in question: https://ubiqum.com/apply-now/Many thanks in advance

Here is what I’m trying to do.I have created variables in order to get subtotals for question groups and built the logic to add those up based on responses.  Now, at the ending page, rather than giving someone a score for each group (there are 5), I would like to indicate with text the results of that group (i.e. failure, success, opportunity).  Is there an if..then way to say, “If variable 1 is less than 5, then insert “Success”, etc..”    Thank you so much.

Does anyone know if Typeform allows to display instant results? That is, showing the people who completed your survey a real-time summary of the collected results. 

I upgraded the plan but has not yet made available the business plan features. What should I do?

HiWe have a form that has been reused from last year.The date is set to close in Sept 2021.The link to the form has been sent in an email, when you fill in the form from this link results don’t show.When you fill in the form from the actual Typeform it works.Please help!!Thanks

How do I sort my summary/results to see only respondents who replied a certain way on a question. Ie. I want to see a summary of people who answered X on Question Z

Hello, I’m newbie from south korea. I have a few questions about the subscription. I’m going to decide between yearly and monthly plan after I use it for a month. So I would appreciate it if I can get guide for questions below! I’m going to pay for the monthly business plan from today, Is it right that I can use my plan until Oct 3rd even if I cancel the billing before the next subscription date? or should I have to wait till Oct 3rd to cancel? Even if plan changes from business to free (after oct 3rd), Can I keep the business plan’s features that I made before? (Such as GA Tagging or Sales force integration.)

I have set up Convert Kit correctly on Typeform, I made sure that I connected the account with the API secret, I have set up a tag for each of my endings, I have an email request question, and I “tagged” that question with the CK field “email”. I also made sure that the integration is activated. However, I did a test run of my form and I haven’t received any new subscriber to my CK tag. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hello all,  I am trying out Typeform for the first time for UX school project. I’m getting a bit frustrated with the question limit. I understand there’s a 10 question limit, which is the exact number I have. But it’s not letting me publish my survey! How can I workaround this 10 question limit?  

Hi Community, im trying to figure out exactly what data Typeform sends over to GTM. I know that Typeform sends the following events:TypeformFirstInteraction TypeformQuestionPassed TypeformSubmitI assume that those are event names, sent as ‘event’ dataLayer’s event field. Is that correct? Are there any other data send over, e.g. event label, category. I need to know this to configure GTM triggers and dispatch the data to Google Analytics.

Hola, a jack of all trades advertising designer here. We need a solution for a responsive layout test, which can be integrated into commercial landing page. Test will determine which out of 3 types of person you are, calculated form multiple choice. Each one out of 3 choices must carry a certain variable, which must be counted and the most common displayed.Maybe someone can drop a few leads, where do I start? This must not be THAT hard.

Hello! We have been creating 360s for our leadership program and we have been manually taking the Typeform data and creating PDFs since there are both long answer and charts. I’m looking to find a better way!One thing I find frustrating about TF is that when I view the summary results, there are beautiful charts. If I could even right click and copy, I would be satisfied but as it is, I need to use my Snipping Tool for each chart. This is SO time consuming. Again, there must be a better way! I hope TF is looking at a nicer way to download a PDF, since I’ve seen this request a few times while searching in this Community.I saw info about Document Studio but because I need to create charts from the data, that doesn’t seem to be the solution. I’ve been playing around with the Google Spreadsheet data that is imported to create charts but I need to create a chart for about 15 individual questions… I’m also having a hard time getting the same data as what is in the TF summary (I especially li
