Typeform conversations

Hi, I’m new to TypeForm and struggling with the Logic Jumps - I can’t figure out where these are on the new display/layout of the software? I’m trying to do multiple choice questions and therefore using statements to offer ‘yes that’s correct’ and ‘no that’s incorrect’ pop ups once people choose their option, but can’t get it to only display one or the other. Please can someone help? Thank youJazmin

I have just finished setting up my funnel [ClickFunnels] and use Typeform for my application.  This appears to work just fine on my PC but not my iPhone does not display the 1st question (screen shots below)  …  This is what I get on my iPhone 8+ ...  

Hi! We created hidden fields in advanced logic, but it seems like they are not working as when we look at “results” they show empty value no matter the URL value. Therefore there’s no way to track where the forms answers come from.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?Thanks! 

I would like to know if there is a way to export the report in a way that only one questions is printed per page. Otherwise some get cut in between different sheets and these are difficult to understand. Thanks

Am trying to figure out how to use the Matrix question to reduce the number of question pages that a user sees in a typeform (maturity assessment) current version:7 question groups with 5,3,5,5,5,10, and 5 questions each question group has logic to create avg maturity for that question group  at the end of each question group i show a y/n question that shows the inputs and the avg maturity score for that section  at the end of the question groups, i throw up an overall grid of the question group avg scores and the overall maturity score with the ‘next’ link to take them to summary info about the ‘level of maturity’ in which they fall and some suggested improvement activities then ask them if they want a printed report, collect the email and toss it all off to a Google Sheet with a Document Studio add-on integration to generate a customized report based on their scores. i thought i would try the matrix question style to reduce the number of pages in the assessment i split the 10-questio

Hi! I am offering a service where freelancers and employers each fill out a survey and get matched up via email based on skillsets they have. There will be a list of 15 types of freelancing such as blogging, SEO, graphic design...etc. Each one will then have a subsection of about 4 role-specific skills. For example, a blogger needs to be good with grammar, and good with research. They will tick which skillsets they have. Right now, I am able to figure out how to use logic so that the user clicks "blogging", and it takes them to a blogging subsection, where they select their skillet info, and then they jump to to the next question. BUT the issue is that I need for users to be able to pick multiple freelancing types. So what I would like is for a user to be able to check "blogging" “graphic design" and "SEO" (since oftentimes these specialties overlap). THEN I want for the user to be presented with blogging skillsets to select from, then graphic design skillsets, then SEO skillsets, then

For a couple days now, I have an issue with “Generate a report”… it results in a waiting-spinner saying “Hold tight- just getting this page ready”. But nothing ever happens.This is true for all the surveys I recently tried it.I already have a report link for some and they still work… but I’d like to include the open text questions and can’t get to the page that allows these settings.Any ideas what the problem could be?

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade my plan. When I submit my payment information it states “card does not support this type of purchase”. I called my bank to see if there was any type of block or fraud. block like the information on your website stated but my bank stated there was no problem on their end. I tried 2 cards and I received the same issue and it’s money on both cards.  My clients are unable to complete The questionnaires because the free plan doesn’t publish the forms. 

I can’t pull up the report on my typeform. I was a paying subscriber for many months but now I am on the free version because the subscription fee is too high. I need to access my old data in the generated report form but no longer lets me because it is private. But I am logged in. Trying to change the settings of the typeform survey are grayed out. 

I am finding that the only way to check if I have been sent an answered questionnaire is to log in to Typeform, can the form be sent to my email address and if so, how?

All the advice I can find here is about what I should have done in advance i.e. setting limits (in time or numbers). I cant even remove the whole query and just leave a notice the event is overbooked.  Now I get zombie-bookings from people of whom I know nothing. How can I stop them?  

Hello, everyone, I want to use Typeform to register for an event. And each date of the event has a certain limit number participating.How do I set a number to limit a certain answer and automatically close when it is full?

Pipedrive’s documentation promises we can “map any Typeform block, Hidden Field or score to Pipedrive Deal fields.”However, the integration only allows us to map to Typeform questions. Hidden fields are note visible...this is a paid/premium feature. (We’re using free, so this is understandable).Any other text/content blocks are not available as mappable fields.Does anyone have a workaround or is this just a case of inadequate/misleading documentation?

In webhooks, I’m getting:status": 400, "code": "validation_error", "message": "iAjJ has an invalid multi_select value. VaGD has an invalid multi_select value. wyGe has an invalid multi_select value."I can’t identify which value is invalid for whatever reason. The identifiers, like iAjJ don’t seem to correspond to anything in the Request code. (Btw, I reduced the max characters to under 100 for each answer, which sorted an earlier error, just in case someone runs into that error.) My answers do still have commas in some of them but will look terrible if I have to remove them. Oh wait… I wonder if the issue is that Notion doesn’t support commas? I just noticed that my pasted answers in Notion are missing the commas. Anyone?Many thanks,Lucien

Hi -  I originally was getting a validation error with the notion integration because of a typing problem in the integration - but this was resolved and both my test survey and my client’s survey were running smoothly a few weeks ago.Today we noticed that in mid July his survey stopped sending data to notion, although his google sheets integration is still receiving data. I deleted / remapped the survey to Notion and played around with the types in my test survey but i’m getting the 400 validation error on both surveys with no data passing to Notion. Unfortunately since i deleted and remapped the integration, the history was also deleted and so I can’t say exactly which day the data stopped going through. My clients survey is live and answers will continue to be logged by his employees  - so any help getting the Notion integration back up and running would be greatly appreciated!! thanks,Graham

Hi Is there a limitation on the length or content of hidden fields using the classic builder?   I got a developer to implement the passing of gclid from an google ad to a lander and onwards to another page with an embedded typeform.  We tested using a short number of alphanumeric characters (eg ab123456ad) and it worked. However gclid is showing as null on all the typeform entries that clicked through from an actual ad.  The gclid is really long. Hi there, I am creating a questionnaire where people are asked to select food items from a multiple choice list. Of the items that they select, they are then asked a further question about that item. I would also like to generate a question at the end of the questionnaire asking about the foods items that they didn’t select. Does anyone know whether this is possible?It’s worth mentioning that currently the foods are grouped into categories, with separate multiple choice questions for each category. Ideally, I’d like a list of ALL food items not selected, but another option would be a separate list per category of those not selected.Many thanks in advance.  

Hello Community -I have been trying to figure out if what I am trying to do is possible, but so far to no avail. I hope you can help!I am interested in creating a survey made up of sets of questions. Depending on the answers chosen in each of the sets, provide a different ending/resources. Note: This is not about scoring or wrong and right. Idea is that depending on which answers are given (i.e. Question 1: Answer A, Question 2: Answer: C, Question 3: Answer A, etc.) the user is presented with a different ending/resources. Is this possible?

We have a short question asking for their name, and we would like to then incorporate that name in future questions.
