Typeform conversations

In webhooks, I’m getting:status": 400, "code": "validation_error", "message": "iAjJ has an invalid multi_select value. VaGD has an invalid multi_select value. wyGe has an invalid multi_select value."I can’t identify which value is invalid for whatever reason. The identifiers, like iAjJ don’t seem to correspond to anything in the Request code. (Btw, I reduced the max characters to under 100 for each answer, which sorted an earlier error, just in case someone runs into that error.) My answers do still have commas in some of them but will look terrible if I have to remove them. Oh wait… I wonder if the issue is that Notion doesn’t support commas? I just noticed that my pasted answers in Notion are missing the commas. Anyone?Many thanks,Lucien

Hi -  I originally was getting a validation error with the notion integration because of a typing problem in the integration - but this was resolved and both my test survey and my client’s survey were running smoothly a few weeks ago.Today we noticed that in mid July his survey stopped sending data to notion, although his google sheets integration is still receiving data. I deleted / remapped the survey to Notion and played around with the types in my test survey but i’m getting the 400 validation error on both surveys with no data passing to Notion. Unfortunately since i deleted and remapped the integration, the history was also deleted and so I can’t say exactly which day the data stopped going through. My clients survey is live and answers will continue to be logged by his employees  - so any help getting the Notion integration back up and running would be greatly appreciated!! thanks,Graham

It would be great if I could work in a template for these specific surveys - so I should only change design, font, photo etc. in one place regarding the content I wish to be identical across the 9 surveyes.Best! Hi Is there a limitation on the length or content of hidden fields using the classic builder?   I got a developer to implement the passing of gclid from an google ad to a lander and onwards to another page with an embedded typeform.  We tested using a short number of alphanumeric characters (eg ab123456ad) and it worked. However gclid is showing as null on all the typeform entries that clicked through from an actual ad.  The gclid is really long. Here’s a real example: CjwKCAjwr56IBhAvEiwA1fuqGuQfrGgR0zrt_pRAjKd6Uz4yY6SKSZTqvX3ZtxBDtzCMYwXfI7g66xoCs9UQAvD_BwE Any idea if that length of parameter is the problem? Thanks. Graham

Hi there, I am creating a questionnaire where people are asked to select food items from a multiple choice list. Of the items that they select, they are then asked a further question about that item. I would also like to generate a question at the end of the questionnaire asking about the foods items that they didn’t select. Does anyone know whether this is possible?It’s worth mentioning that currently the foods are grouped into categories, with separate multiple choice questions for each category. Ideally, I’d like a list of ALL food items not selected, but another option would be a separate list per category of those not selected.Many thanks in advance.  

Hello Community -I have been trying to figure out if what I am trying to do is possible, but so far to no avail. I hope you can help!I am interested in creating a survey made up of sets of questions. Depending on the answers chosen in each of the sets, provide a different ending/resources. Note: This is not about scoring or wrong and right. Idea is that depending on which answers are given (i.e. Question 1: Answer A, Question 2: Answer: C, Question 3: Answer A, etc.) the user is presented with a different ending/resources. Is this possible?

We have a short question asking for their name, and we would like to then incorporate that name in future questions. We’re using Typeform to supplement a leads flow where a user will potentially fill out optional data before reaching the form. In this case, there’s an optional phone number field in the application that we’re passing to the Typeform. I’d like to change the logic flow if that phone number is passed using a hidden field, but I don’t have any other criteria besides its existence.When I use the logic feature, it requires me to check the hidden field against a condition (is exactly, contains etc). Is there a way to just check that it exists or not, rather than what the data actually contains?

I send 3 surveys embedded in an email, this is one of them  you can see that 33 customers clicked, and I can see the score (6, 8, 10,8,10, 2, 8, etc)   but in the typeform “Results” tab i can see just 17 results. Why?   

Hey there, right now my company has the Typeform pro plan, so only one member can access typeforms. If we would upgrade our plan, for example to premium, we would have the possibility to add members. My question is: Does the admin have access to the other members workspace? and can switch between them? Or do the members have their own private space where they are able to work on their stuff?Also as far as I know and also read in other articles: There is no possibility to add another custom subdomain? right? For example each member can have their own custom subdomain?  We’re using the ‘Plus’ plan service with a yearly payment,but we would change it to ‘Business’ plan (25k responses) with a monthly payment as of today. 

My full page display isnt working when i embed it but as soon as i embed the stranded display it works ?  can someone help? 

I’ve upgraded to Typeform+ so that I can add branding. The help pages say I should see a bar on the left side of screen where I can change design etc. I’m not seeing this and therefore cannot add branding etc.  Help!

Hey, I used scoreapp to create a scorecard, but have since fallen in love with typeform. I’d love to move my scorecard over to typeform, but I wondered if it has the same functionality. Specifically a quiz, with 3 categories of questions, where different answers have a different score, which is then added up at the end, to show a report page, with different advice for the 3 categories dependant on the score. Thanks!

I’m having issues configuring a logic jump in typeform Despite having the logic being configured like this, testing the quiz, when I click the “Não” option, it doesn’t jump to screen 2, but ends the quiz abruptly going directly to the ending screenAnyone know what might be causing the issue?

My typeform integration with google sheets was off for a couple of months. Is there any way that I could recover the typeform answers of these months back to my sheet?

Hi. I’m now building customer survey form and Want to show progress bar as a proportional one. I’m using “Plus” plan. Do I need to upgrade it? Want to put company logo at the bottom right- exactly instead of the typeform branding. I’ve tried to set a background image for that but not worked well with the mobile view.Thank you in advance
