Typeform conversations

Hi, We recently began integrating typeform with our Salesforce instance. We’ve completed the setup and field mappings for one of our forms but it’s throwing the error - Exception: List index out of bounds: 15. Was wondering if anyone has had experience with this? Thanks, 

I’m new to typeform.  I have google analytics hooked up to my form.  I see the hits to the form url just fine, but when I look at the Behavior Flow it shows that nearly 100% of people who see my form aren’t seeing any internal pages.  Right now I have a button that redirects my survey takers to mydomain.com/facebook?utm…..Can that be true?Shouldn’t I see some people navigating to other pages?  Is this a function of tracking with typeform and my site?  Does GA fail to connect the dots and know that it’s a continuation?Thanks for your help.  

I can see the created what your email page but it doesn’t show up in the preview or published form can anyone help me? 

Hi! Is there a way to depublish a survey? I would like to keep the survey in Typeform but close it for those who still have the link and leave them a message. I don’t want clients to spend time unnecessarily and let them fill out the form since we already evaluated the answers.

Do I retain data from earlier responses if I renew my plan every month or upgrade?

Hey all, I wanted to get some suggestions regarding collecting results. I’ve created a survey using the logic functionality. It’s for 3 different audience segments, so some questions are repeated.For example, Group A has the question“ how many times do you eat eggs a week”Group B has the same question about eggs.However, on the results page, as they are two separate questions, they have two separate results.What’s the best way to group those results together, so I can say “X people eat eggs 4 times a week” using data from Group A and Group B’s results. In my head Im thinking export to excel or Google sheets and then combine the two rows that have the same question? Just wondering if there’s a different way I hope that makes sense!

I have a Client and Project table on Airtable. I want the client’s name and project’s name to be pushed in my technician check list that I built on Typeform. For now, the tech have to choose in a Mutilple Choice. But these informations are static and need to always be refresh.I would like that the Project’s Name and Client’s name to be selected on my tables from Airtable.

Would it be possible to remove the stripe branding from the payment form?

Truthfully, the business plan is extreme overkill for what I need in terms of responses and number of typeforms but I need users and I need separate analytics for all of them.  And if there is any chance to expand later on (not yet!) I’ll really need to know what to expect before I get there.I just need to know what the pricing will look like at 6 users, 10, 20 and maybe more before I go deep here instead of settling for something else that’s a little easier price-wise on teams.Thanks!Leo

how do typeform decide unique visit? is it by user-agent property?context - I am talking about results of form insights api.

Is it possible to spin text (embed variable words or phrases) in questions? I want to do this because customers will use the same questionnaire several times and I’d like to keep it fresh.

Hello everyone.I have embeded the typeform pop up to my web page, below the top of the home page (so you have to scroll down to see it). And, when visiting the web page, the web page shows automatically the typeform instead of the top of the home page.Do you know any way to solve it keeping the pop up as the embed opcion?Thank you!

When I go to set up a custom conversion in Facebook ad custom conversion, it doesn't show "submittypeform" as option. I am using the same pixel I use for my website. Is that the problem, or what else?

Hello, hoping someone can help me as I have worked really hard on my form!  My form is rather simple, just a welcome page and statements with a yes/no and mult choice page.  I have photos I am using with each page.  I worked hard when creating to make sure each of the photos would fit the page as they were shown when creating.  Once I was finished and published that all changed and now all the photos are zoomed in much closer and cut off.  Why did this happen?  How can I know what finished product will look like as I am creating it?  Thank you!Here are screenshots of what form looks like when I am building it, in which it seems like my whole image will be visible.  And then a second image which is the published version of the form where you can see it appears differently and is cropped off.  Almost every page of my form has this problem.  This page isn’t so terrible but on other pages I have images with more pertinent information being cropped. Thank you for your feedback. 

Is it possible to change the word “Other” in the multiple choice option where we get an option of “Others - please specify”?If yes, can we add more than one such options? For example, if I want options as -Yes - please specify No - please specify 

I’m trying to make a word bank for a quiz.  when adding the wordbank in as a graphic, it is either too large and some of the words get cut off or it is the right size but the words are fuzzy.  any suggestions? 

Instead of an image to the right of the form, is it possible to add some text instead? Our first form is for internal use, so we would like to use the space to add short definitions of each answer to a specific question.I can get around the issue by uploading an image with text on it - but after compressing it, the text is not very legible. A true “text” option would be greatThanksW

How can I download a complete form from a client in Microsoft word? 

Hi, we are trying to set up a Typeform with some easy yes/no questions.Depending on the choices a person makes, we want to sent them an email with the answers involved. I think it should be doable inside Typeform, without extra solutions like Zapier or other.
