Typeform conversations

HI there, Is there anyway I can get an automatic email when a custom response limit is reached? For example, I would like  to sign up businesses to a custom typeform and charge them for a certain amount of typeforms submitted, but would like to get notified when their limit is reached.  Thank you!

I’m using inSided with my company community as well and have added a Typeform which we’re surfacing with a chat interface. We’ve noticed when we add the code that the chat bubble overlaps with the topic post icon that inSided displays on mobile.Here’s a screenshot so you can see what I mean:Is there a way that you can change the position of the Typeform chat bubble somehow. I couldn’t locate any options in Typeform.

HI, I’m an agency and I’m trying Typeform, wich pricing is better for an agency with differents clients using typeforms?  

I have been a Typeform client for several years. Hi everyone, I can’t integrate my typeform with Airtable, the only question that is available is a weird one.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Two of my main Typeforms have stopped syncing to my email address. I have tried entering the email again and re-publishing but it’s still not working. Any help would be greatly received! 

Hi there. Whenever I change the layout of an existing question there is some type of bug that changes my image to another one from my gallery and I have to go and change it back every time. Is there at way to adjust layout without having this problem?  Here is example one before I make the switch to have the image on the left side Here is example two right after I switch the image location to the left, but now the image has changed for no reason  It’s the same question but the image changes. :) Liam 

Hi! I’m a happy user of Tyepform since a couple of years, and was super excited to see that the Free Plan was now offering unlimited Typeforms. In my account though, I don’t see this change, and I still have the 3 Typeforms limit. Anybody knows why or has had the same issue? Thank you so much everyone! 

Anyone have problems getting live help from Typeform? I cant get any response & no answers in the community. What works for you when you need help?

I need help with the link! is not working!!! I changed to new plans and it ended up being a mess.  my typeform is published and when my users access it it wont allow the users to access the typeform, rather show them a message from typeform…  HELP my users are complaining!! 

Hello!I’m doing a Survey with the “New Typeform” (not the classic).Using in it the “Multiple Choice” I add the “Other option” in the layout but this “Other option” is not appearing in the question branching of the Simple Logic so I cannot follow the same logic and rules than the other answers.Does anyone know why? or is it a bug?Thank you in advance  

Hello,Right now our typeform survey makes good use of the webhooks to send each response payload through our ETL backend for processing and analysis.It’s been about six weeks and while we have things working, I have suggestions for improvements i’d like to see that would enable things to work better for us.For us, typeform is a great way for the non-technical members of our team to have the ability to build a survey that looks good and quickly make changes from customer feedback.However, as it stands we can run into issues where changes to the survey made from the admin create panel can easily break our ETL pipeline. Hi,I have many users (>100) to whom I deliver products weekly. I would like to automatically generate a short Typeform feedback form per user. The core issue is that I cannot use only one form, but I rather have to customize it, since each user receives different products.Since I already have the data per user in a g-sheet (i.e., which products the user received each week), my idea was to use one Typeform template and import the varying part of the form from the g-sheet. Is it possible to:1. Import data from g-sheets into Typeform? (I know the other way around is possible)2. Automatically create new Typeform feedback forms every week after I’ve updated the g-sheet?I have read through the Google Sheets integration documentation and haven’t been able to figure out whether the above-mentioned functionality is available. Hey Guys!  Does somebody know why i can copy templates from ne to another account but not in the other direction? the one account is a cheaper version.  Is there a way to fix it or a way to just copy it? Thanks

Hey,We have a floating call to action on our website, so when our form is opened the start/buttons are blocked by this call to action button.  Is it possible to exclude the typeform from mobile or modify the layout?Many thanks.

I’ve set up a personality quiz at http://bit.ly/YouAreWhatYouClick where people use opinion scales to rate how strongly they agree with statements about themselves, and then the answers are pulled into a formula to calculate their score from 1-10 in different categories like conscientiousness, neuroticism, etc. So for instance, for conscientiousness, you have to add 5 + whatever you said for question 3 - whatever you said for question 8. The best way I could figure out to convey this on the ending screen was to use the @ function to pull people’s answers into the formula and make them do the addition/subtraction on their end (as shown in the sample image below). But is there a way to have Typeform calculate this for me?  

How can I retrieve the “day of the week” from a given date from a previous question. What I want to achieve is a “End-Question” → “You picked Monday 3/5/2022, is this correct?”. How can I get the “Monday” from the previous chosen date? Thanks! 👍 Patrick
