Typeform conversations

Hello Typeform community members!I’m having an odd problem with some logic when using the advanced setting. This is the first Typeform I’ve ever created, so please bare with me if it’s just me being a noob.I’m creating a customer support ticket system that integrates with our FreshDesk portal and for the “product complaint” section I’m linking to the same logic tree from two individual places. One from when people go (3)Product → (6)Complaint; and then through the logic tree. The other is from (13)Order → (6)Complaint; and then directed to the same logic tree as the first sequence. It works perfectly from (3)Product → (6)Complaint, but even after linking to the same from (13)Order → (6)Complaint the logic fails. Please help! :-) I’ve attached some screenshots and the form at the bottom.   

My survey hasn't reached the promised 1000 responses and it's no longer gathering data, why?

This must be simple but I can’t figure it out! How do I add a required email collection (connected to Convertkit) before people are allowed to see the results of their quiz options? I have about 7 potential answers people can see depending on the results of their quiz - how do I add the same ‘please enter your email to get your results’ type message before each of them in a way that means once they enter their email they immediately get their personalised answer?

I use this platform for educational purposes, unfortunately I do not know an optimal way to reach my ideal number of respondents, so I would like to propose to help each other, and thus create a sub-community within this platform in which we can better disseminate our surveys .Uso esta plataforma debido a fines educativos, lamentablemente no conozco una forma optima de llegar a mi numero ideal de encuestados, por lo que me gustaría proponerles ayudarnos mutuamente, y asi crear una sub comunidad dentro de esta plataforma en la cual podamos difundir mejor nuestras encuestas. 

Hello all, I am planning to start a lead generation agency. I will have separate landing pages for each client and running ads to these pages to collect information that I can send to my clients. The problem I see with this is there only being an option for ONE URL. How can I change URLS and is this way feasible to run a lead gen agency.Would love a response. Thank you

HI team,  I am a newbie so hello everyone.  I have a form in which I am asking for multiple dates.  I note that whilst I can choose DDMMYYYY, in practice, the respondent can simply enter single digits such as 1/1/5 which does not fill me with confidence.  Is there any way we can make sure the XX/XX/XXXX fields are completed in full before they can move on  (like it recognises when a phone number is incorrect?) Many thanks Ian 

HelloI am copying the embed code for Pop out so that users click on the button and form pops out.When I past the code the button aligns to the left and I want it in the middle of the page.I have added the following to the html code which is okay on laptop/pc but on mobile it crops the button.  It is not responsive.width:40%;margin left:30%;margin-right:30%;The website is WordPressThanks for any help on this.Best regardsJason 

I don’t know about you but the people receiving my surveys answer them on their phones. For them it’s easier (one click) to scan QR Codes. That’s why I have tons of files named pgn. When I’m trying to look for a specific one, even when I open the file, I cannot know what it is unless I scan it. Obviously, once you download the file you can rename it but it would be great if the image file could be downloaded with the name of the survey. It would save me time and headaches!

I would like to receive an automatic notification via email whenever a customer completes one of my surveys. How do I set that up? Thanks for your help!

hi I’ve followed your instructions to cancel a subscription but unfortunately your  ‘ Cancel subscription button is not on the plan and billing page. Please advise how I can cancel the subscription

I have an “A” and “B” end page already created.  I have a qualifying question at the start of the survey and I want the people who qualify to take the survey to get a different END page than those who do not.  When I go to the LOGIC for that question, it ONLY gives me “SUBMIT FORM”.  How do I select the right END page for survey takers based on the qualifying question?

I have a free version, trying to upgrade to the monthly professional version.  I’m in the U.S., paying with my Discover card.  The card is valid, not getting any error messages.  I click on the “upgrade now” button and it does nothing!  GRRRRRRRR

Hey,So when a customer fills out the Typeform and ends on the ending slide. I currently have a button where I send users back to the front page. Is it possible to make a button link that just closes the Typeform? Instead of sending them to another page?  Your help will be appreciated :-) Best, Andrew

Hello. I set up the cloudflare app but there is no thing to set the exact form to show.

I want to use hidden fields in my form for a person’s name, but it's recommending marketing services, and I wish to use it with excel, can you use an Excel file with peoples names with hidden fields? versus having to use an external marketing program? and if so, is there any instructions on how to do it I could not find it in the help centre. Thank you in advance for any answers they can help.

hi  i have created a form to send to clients when i test this the logic works however when i send to clients its not working any ideas if im missing something ? thanks

I have built out a pretty extensive set of questions, numerous @’s to recall responses, some logic, and various jump to’s in a Question Group.  I have now duplicated that group (I need to duplicate this 20 times). On my first test run, I noticed that the @’s in the second Question Group were still referencing responses in the first Question Group.  I assumed that Typeform would intelligently update these within the Question Group, for every duplication.Is this not the case, or did I do something incorrectly?Unfortunately, if this isn't the case, I’m going to have to correct all of these within every (20) Question Group, with approx 40 questions in every group, and nearly every question uses an @ from the previous question to tie the entire form together coherently.  I’m really hoping I did something wrong in the duplication :-)Thanks!
