Typeform conversations

Hi Typeform Community, I’ve tried contacting Typeform support and have not received responses to multiple follow ups. No idea why. (Is this typical of Typeform support?) But I do love this community support function. Currently my company uses Formstack (formerly WebMerge) to create Forms that merge to Documents that are then sent for Digital Signatures and finally, the completed documents are saved in a shared drive and/or emailed off to the appropriate people.  Is this something that Typeform can accomplish as well using merging, API’s and integrations? Does anyone here have first hand experience in creating these workflows and merges? Thanks for any help!

Hello,I have connected GA to typefrom and tested filling out the form to see if the events/users are showing in GA. That worked but I am wondering if typeform passes the demographic or interest data along to GA. I had 5 people fill it out. I made an audience to filer the page containing the typeform ID. But no Demographic or Interest data is showing. It does show Geo, Technology, & Mobile.I am trying to get out of asking demographic questions within my survey if they can be tracked automatically.Any help would be appriecated.

Hello! I have a type form which requires a payment and there is a discount code which sets the payment to $0. I made the payment section required but users can still bypass it and use the rest of the form. They just can’t submit it at the end. But in this case even those who use the discount code and the payment is $0, they still can’t submit the form without filling out their credit card details.I would like to make it so when it is $0 it can be skipped, but when it is not the user cannot move forward without making payment. Is this possible?Thanks!

Hey all, Trying to set up a Customer Satisfaction Survey and I want to use the question; Overall, how satisfied are you with (product name)? Here I would like to add a 5-point scale with labels for every point; Very dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied.I can’t seem to find a way to have more than 3 labels, is that right?  Thanks! 

I want to add answers of all typeform questions in my survey to the redirect url. We use a form to capture clients details but the form is filled in by a member of staff. I push this data to Hubspot to create a client record. Problem is Hubspot sees the cookie and attributes the clients to the same company due to the cookie from the one member of staffs computer.  How do I stop this? 

In the middle of my questionnaire I have made a logic jump, but right after this question I get a submit button which I cannot seem to get rid of. 

Hi there,  GTM is blocked if you have a Stripe account linked to your Typeform. Does anyone have any work around or 3rd party services I can use on my site for setting up a conversion event on people who check out?  We were using the native Typeform GTM integration but IDK if there is another way of tracking this.  -Nicholas

Hi Community¡ I am using typeform to collect new leads, and my legal department is asking me to keep evidences about the lead generation process (acceptance,...)Do yo have any idea about how can I show the process that I had some months ago? I have thought about using a tracking web service (OnewebChange, Wachete,...), but I don´t know if there is an easier way, like a back up copy or a register (log) of the changes that a form has had. Can you help me? Hi there. I need help. The link that I am copying to send to clients is not coming out as a clickable link when I copy and paste it to an email. It is coming out as a link that the client has to copy and paste themselves. This is not ideal and does not look professional.I have also edited the URL preview and non of that is showing up when I send the link.I am on the most expensive paid plan. 

I built the survey but someone else is responsible for sending them. I need to know how many went out independent of the person sending them out

hi, i subscribed to free package to go through process so whenever i tried to update background image at header or add new image it gives error “ An error occurred while processing the image “  i tried both ways by choosing image from gallery or uploaded new image but issue is still there.can you please suggest why this is happening ? is it because of free account or server issue ?Thank you.

Hi there,I’m new to Typeform and might need your help! I’ve set up total 6 groups of questions that customers can select Yes/No, and the questions will go down different paths and be landed on different ending pages following each logic jump.I would like to put a page for a simple survey in the middle of the questions and a page for rating scores in the end so that all the customers answering the questions can also answer the survey during the test and rate the test right before they see the ending pages.Is there any way that I can put these 2 mandatory pages between and after using multiple logic jumps? Thank you!

Hey guys, I need to change my bank account for when I accept payments via Typeform. Anyone know where to find this? When I try asking it only brings me to info about upgrading… can’t even find where my bank is attached. 

Hi, I’m trying to add the option of giving extra feedback or skipping it. I can logic jump from the yes response, but not the no response. The drop down appears for less than a second then disappears before I can select a place to jump to. FYI: I’m in trial mode and it isn’t published yet (this is my first one!)  Thanks. 

I would like to be able to access again the form to modify my previous answers. Explain myself: I use the form to make and assesstment ex-ante and ex-post and would like to provide the client with a link to his ex-ante answers to allow him to modify it the answers if appropiate. Would be possible to generate a URL to the specific Form ussing the ID? any other way to solve it?

Hi y’all,I'm trying to make a survey in Typeform with multiple questions having multiple checkboxes. The idea is that each checkbox generates a value that I then can import into Hubspot to make a calculation for personal score.However, I already have some difficulties to set up a quiz in general, let alone give each answer of the multiple checkbox a value to generate a score with. Where should I start first?

Hello everyone.I have a problem with a typeform I am trying to build.I want to calculate the number of weeks a women has left to get an abortion and show that number on the last screen.So I asked the question in which week of pregnancy the woman is. Then based on the country she is in, I want to let her know how many weeks she has left to get an abortion legally. Is there a way to do a calculation inside a question, so that I don’t need to build a thank you screen for each possible number of weeks. For example:A woman is in her 5th week of pregnancy and I know she is from Germany. In Germany abortion is legally possible until week 14 of pregnancy. So I can calculate 14-5 = 7So can I let her know: “You have 7 weeks left to get an abortion”, without having to build a separate thank you screen for each number of weeks?Something like: “You have (14-score) weeks left to get an abortion” Thanks in advanceDaniel
