Your typeform results

I can't set an auto-reply due to error.It seems that I’m not allowed to edit this…Would you please what I should do?  

I created the scoring quiz and added the values per answer. My dilemma is having the final score be tallied and displayed on the end screen...which I can’t figure out how to do. 

ince one of my typeform is 3 hour long, i wish to know if they can pickup where they paused?

Hi there,I’ve got a number of similar forms set up in a workspace, and I’d like to know:Is there a way to be notified when a response is submitted to ANY form within a particular Workspace (rather than going into each form separately and setting up notifications? Is there a way to WHICH forms have new responses in a Workspace dashboard at a glance?At first, I thought the ‘Updated’ column showed you when the last submission was, until I realised they were when you last edited the forms yourself 😏Thank you in advance,Chloie

I see that I can download individual responses in excel but I’d like to download the report in excel, too. All I need is the #of answers and % as it’s a survey we use regularly that has only multiple choice questions. Thank you,Gustavo

I am trying to set up Google Analytics and Typeform so that it captures the correct Source / Medium within Google Analytics.One of my clients has a separate typeform domain set up for one of their forms - a link to this form can be found in the main navigation therefore it can be accessed from any page on the website. At the moment, tracking has been set up but all of the conversions currently have a source of referral, and when I look into this further, they are all from their website (eg self-referral traffic)How am I able to set up tracking so that I the correct source / medium is attributed in Google Analytics when users complete the form.eg a user lands on my clients website via Google Ads > they then click on request a quote > get taken to the typeform domain > fill out the form > once complete, a conversion should be attributed to 'Paid' in Google Analytics.Similar to organic - a user lands on my clients website via Google Search > they then navigate around the we

Insights / Views : is that unique user or if a user comes back at a later time it counts as a second view ? 

On completion of a questionnaire i’d like to have the results emailed in a user friendly format rather than excel etc. Any ideas? 

The Results shows ‘Date’ column that has DateTime value.What is the field that holds the above date? The ‘hidden’ list does not show any date fields I want to save Date only (no Time part) to the response sheet based on the current date as of a specific timezone (say EST). If I create a hidden field, say DateOnlyEST, how do I assign it the current date as in EST, on Submit?The reason, I need date only column is for reporting purpose. We can trim the time part from the current ‘Date’ column, but the goal here is to avoid cleansing the generated response sheet.

Hi! I was curious if there's a setting I can select to notify me when someone has completed my form - to alert me to go check their results.

HiI would like to generate a report with each question from a survey but only include respondents who have been filtered, not the full sample. How do I make this kind of report? 

We have a requirement that if a user submits multiple times in a day, only the most recent response for that day should be saved. In the typeform, on Submit, how can we add logic to find existing responses for the same user (let’s say a user is identified by first name and last name fields) on the same day and delete them first, before saving the current response?The solution for the above will also help solve another requirement (say) to restrict only one response (the latest) per user per quarter.

Hi all, Can someone please tell me if you can automatically capture email ID of the responder without specifically asking them to type it up as a response to the question? This is to avoid potential errors when completing the form, the MS Forms already offer that function, is this possible in Typeform?

Hi I am trying t analyse answers from Typeform in Excel and organise them in such a way that ONLY answers that been submitted are showing in the excel. However when downloading the excel data shows columns with all answers and questions even if only some were selected ( multiple choice). This makes the review difficult as the logic to some questions can populate duplicates. Is there a way to pull data with ONLY answered questions?

Hello, I've linked a form to a Google Sheet, but the questions in the first row are arranged in a completely random order, making data analysis challenging. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thank you! 

Followed these instructions to create a multi-question quiz, each section has its own variable pair, one to represent the score, one to represent possible outcome based on final score for the section,Build a quiz with multiple scores - Help Center | TypeformWhat’s interesting is I can see from the outcome that if I select all the 5 point options the outcome will show 25/25, but the outcome text will always be the one defined for the lowest score range,In the ending page I tried greater than or equal to, I tried greater than for the possible score ranges and the appropriate text to set the outcome variable. I double checked the help content and the configuration.

Hello! I print my patients’ responses to the PHQ-9 TypeForm we created. Strangely, when I do this, the first page is completely blank. I attached a photo for reference. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I resolve it.Thank you for your help! Dr. Ginny McFarlane 

I duplicated a form I created for one of my clients into another client's environment. Now both clients say they can see the results from both forms in the table. How do I seperate the results into separate tables?

Hi community,  is anyone else also experiencing issues with the follow up email? My follow up settings seems active, I just submitted a dummy response. I don’t have an email in my spam folder, the inbox is valid.    

Hello everyone, I’m new to Typeform and really enjoying playing around with the logic.Apologies if this is a noob question, I’ve searched and can’t find the answer…How does one display results from a Multiple Choice question (that allows up to 24 multiple answers) on a summary page?This is NOT for a quiz, but to gather instructions for where to place advertising…Select which coffee carts you would like to advertise at*Main Town, East Street West Town, South Street  Central City, East Street etc Thank you kindly! 

Is there a way in the Insights or Summary section to view how many people finished at a certain ending?I thought it would make sense to be at the bottom of Summary considering it shows breakdowns of all the user’s selections, but I’m not seeing it there.Like I know I can figure it out if I go responses and user filter logic, but I’m hoping for a more convenient process.
