Your typeform results

Hi,I have a cancellation form, where I want a user who cancels for the first time to be showed a question. However, after submitting the cancellation once and then coming back at a future time to cancel for a second time, I’d like for a question in the sequence not to show to them.Is there a way to prevent the question from showing the second time they cancel? Perhaps, this can be done by looking at their email and if it’s a duplicate of an old submission then remove a question from being displayed in the sequence.Thanks!

I want to implement a calculator: A person takes a survey, selects certain answer options (product parameters, each has its own cost) and I need to show the user the cost of the product in real time, depending on the parameters selected by himThat is, so that the results are shown not at the end, after passing the survey, but right during the survey. For example, a person removes / adds some parameter and the cost changes on his screen in real timeIs it possible to implement such a calculator? I will be very grateful for any advice, help. Using the exact same typeform, with the exact same URL passing a hidden field #ref. The link to the typeform used is the same every time. The link includes the hidden field populated with a code. However, with hundreds of users signing up with this typeform, around 10% of the time that #ref is not recorded in the typeform results. It is blank.  Why would this be, everything is the same every time with this form, only in 10%+ of the results, the hidden field is not populated. Any ideas?

Dear all,  I am a new users of Typeform and needed your help please! I send out invitation and asked the participant to give their name in both cases whether they will be prensent or absent. However, some has anwered me in type “yes”, instead of type their name. Is there a way to know who has done that  to trace down the participant and add their names on my list please ? Many thanks!

Hi everyone!When you download the results of a survey in spreadsheets, an alphanumeric code appears in the first column. The name of that column is a hashtag.What is this code? Can it be related to the identity or IP of the person who responds? I have to do an anonymous survey for a client, and he is concerned about the privacy of the responders. Many thanks!!

In our form we upload a headshot of the model along with their details. Since yesterday it has been throwing and error :AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE UPLOADING THE FILE”I have no idea how to fix the problem. Help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi all,  We just created our first typeform and it looks nice and easy. Now we are challenged with the structure of the results. We are saving the results in a worksheet and the structure is growing with the typeform. Do you people have recommendations how restructuring works best in worksheets or databases? What is possible? Hi!I have some issues with hidden fields in embed typeform. I did everything as it was written in the article (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/dynamically-pass-hidden-fields-from-a-url-to-an-embedded-typeform-for-advanced-users-4404652303892/) but cant get hidden field value properly. As I run the typeform directly from the link (https://z3kpdg9qv6h.typeform.com/to/SE5IuPna#id=xxxxx) the hidden value (id) is collected properly, but when I use it on the website (https://www.expert-transport.pl/a#id=xxxxx) I can’t get it. Can anyone check the website source and tell me what am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!

Hi at all.I’m Lluís V. from Barcelona.I have more than 50 questions in my survey and when I send the Responding Notification, I just want to include some questions and answers.If I use the @alltheanswers variable , I get all the questions and all the answers and I only want to show some questions with their answer.I’m able to show the answer by using @answer1 ,@answer2, etc…, but how can I get the corresponding question ??Thks for reading.

We created multiple workspaces. We need to download to the results from all the workspaces created.Initially, we go to each workspace then go to results to download in excel file. But this is a tedious process since we have at least a 100 workspace. Is there a way to bulk download the results from multiple workspace? 

This is a nice Typeform from Profitero and at the end you see your results visualised with this spider graph. Hi everyone! We have a form we built for clients to submit testimonies. Recently a client filled out the form and said 100% he submitted it. Of course on our side, we have no record of it. Is there any way to retrieve this information or is it lost forever? It’s difficult to get someone to do this in the first place so I can’t possibly ask him to repeat the process. -George

I want to add a feature to my Shopify store that will allow visitors to “Make an Offer” on certain used items. Is it possible to see the URL from which the completion came from?For example:User visits mysite.com/product/some-used-item and clicks the button labeled “Make an offer”I want to be able to see the product they are trying to make an offer on based on the URL. On our last slide, we have a Calendly app and once complete it turns to our endings slide.  We’ve had  people say they completed the typeform but it isn’t registering as a result.   Does anyone know if we are missing a component to make it appear as complete?Thanks!

Dear all, some of the question in my survey are long text. When I download the answers, this gives a very long sheet that can’t be printed in 1 page.  This time I shortened the questions in the responses one by one, but I have 20 of these surveys to send out and I’m wondering if it is possible to create a kind of format so I don’t need to repeat this action every time. Thanks for ideas!

I have over 200,000 responses to a survey.  It locked up once, and seemed to work better when I deleted all of the responses.  We’re back up over 200k and I’m trying to delete the responses but not having any luck.  The screen gets to the “deleting...” stage, but then reverts to the previous screen and the responses have not been deleted.Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?

Hello, I would need to create a questionnaire, with scored response methods: at the end of the questionnaire, depending on the score levels, a personalized result is displayed to the respondent. For example, the person answers a questionnaire on human resources: the higher his final score, the more his current organization will be out of step with his needs. On the contrary, a person with a low score will have an organization closest to his needs. How to configure this dynamic final display?And moreover, what is the right pricing to choose to get all the needed options ?
