Your typeform results

My survey participants have said that they can only see about 5 words of their response (text fields) at one time, making it hard to answer effectively.  Is there a way/setting that I need to change so they don’t have that issue?  

Hi, i have two points where i ask for a email adress but want them to get the email notification but i can just choose one, is there a solution for this? Kind regards 

I want to offer all participants entry into a draw to receive a voucher.  But to do this I’ll need an email address.  Can I still say the survey is anonymous??

How do you do this???I have a form that I have closed, but everytime I go to view the results it says that the report is private…I am trying to export a report for a form that I have closed. I dont understand why this function is blocked?The Help Center article does not have any of the information about this that it claims to. Is there no way to export a report unless your form is not private? because this makes no sense. 

How can I delete responses before we send the survey out since I did two tests first (and do not want those included in my results)?

Hi everyone,I accidentally edited a cell of connected google sheet, and now the whole row is gone. This is an application form for our agency and now the link that leads to the applicant’s resume cannot be accessed anymore, even on the typeform interface where all the results were stored. Hi, A bit new to Typeform but I was wondering if it is possible to segment responses. I worked with a school project and got responses from students and parents. I would like to compare student views with parents views by segmenting in two groups by age. Can I do that in Typeform Results or do I need to export and massage data there? Thx

We built our typeform questionnaire using advanced logic and calculations for each of the answers to get to a final end score per respondent. In the old lay-out I could see how this calculation worked in each question, but in the new lay-out I can only see the final end score. Does anyone know how I can see the build-up of the calculation in the new lay-out? Thanks! Hi there,We’re a training organisation considering the usage of Typeform, but need to check if it’s possible to setup unique exports or reports to either be accessed or sent directly to our team members.For example, there will be a question called ‘Who was your trainer today?’ with 20 different possible answers. If the questionnaire is filled out 15 times on a particular day with the answer Jane Smith and 12 times with the answer Bob Davies, then we would like Jane Smith to be able to access the results to her respondents at the end of the day, but to only see hers, not Bob’s, as this would be confidential.Ideally she would be able to access these results via a unique URL link at the end of each day. Alternatively, she could be emailed a spreadsheet report of ‘her results’. Is this functionality possible in Typeform and if so, how would we go about setting this up?Thanks in advance. 

Hi community I’m quite inexperienced regarding surveys.In a larger format - what is the best way to create populations and view their responses by individual questions?For example I want to view the population based statistics for the question “are you grateful for this question in order to teach the whole community?” by everyone who previously answered “man” in another question. Is there any typeform function supporting this? Or is it done best with excel- and then how to create the functions? Any tips on where I can dig into it more on my own?Any feedback would be appreciated!

How do I receive email results as soon as a survey is submitted and can I add multiple recipients to those email forwards from Typefrom?

So, i have a Typeform with branching and calculations that lead the respondents in different ways after the first question. I want the respondent to get an e-mail and a nice looking PDF with the answers, but only the answers to the questions that appeared to them during the typeform. I’ve followed these instructions (but used Google Docs instead of Slide):It works, but heres the problem… I know i can get the answers by writing all the questions like this {{Question}} but then I get a bunch of blank rows where the markers for unanswered/irrelevant questions is.. And that doesn’t look very nice. I also would like it to look like this in the PDF:Here is question one: Answer to Question oneBut if I write it all out like this:  Here is question one{{Question one}}Here is question two{{Question two}} and question two wasn’t a choice for the respondent, i don’t want it to show at all.  Sorry if i describe it poorly. So when i open Trello on my desktop it shows me a beautiful list with all the answers. When i open the app on my mobile phone (iphone) it just shows me a link and i have to sign in to typeform.. Does anyone have the solution for this? It would save me so much time just to handle everything on my phone, because of the spoken reply i’m sending.

Hi there! I need help so what better place than the community for ask for it :DI need to filter the ‘community feedback results’ by date - particularly the summary tab. Currently it looks like I can only see totals (all time) in the summary section. See below so you know what I mean:  Does anybody know if I can filter the summary by date? I want to see the % split per week, but I can’t find a way at the moment.  As always, gracias.

Hi there, In a form with several multiple-choice questions, I have several long text-related answers. For further processing I need to get the order of the choosen answer in the list (1, 2, 3 … or A, B, C, … ) instead of the text of the answer itself. Any idea? Thanks.

Is there a way I can create a quiz where each question gets tallied to have a percentage of each possible answer at the end? For example, I am creating a quiz to see the percentage of each social style someone identifies with. Each answer to each question will tie to a social style. At the end, I would like the answer to be percentages of each social style. Also, is there a template that already has this feature? Thank you!

I have Basic Paid plan still it says Upgrade your plan to check Survey results / Drop off of people at each step. Whats Happening ? 

The Insights tab is reporting 116 responses on my form, but the Responses tab only has 6 responses collected. I’ve tried clearing my cache, incognito windows, and hard refreshing the form with no success. Any idea why this would happen? Or how to retrieve the responses that aren’t populating? Edit to add our account hasn’t hit the response limit per our plan.

Is there are way to set up that I get an email whenever I get a new response?

Hey, I am building a number of tools around marketing for our blog. Users enter their info, which is then added into various templates, like a business pitch.  We collect personally identifiable information that way, that we actually don't need as a company. I know I can delete the responses manually, but that is not much of a deletion concept.Is there a way not to store this information in the first place? Maybe it can be deleted automatically after the user finishes the Typeform?

Does anyone know if Typeform allows to display instant results? That is, showing the people who completed your survey a real-time summary of the collected results. 

HiWe have a form that has been reused from last year.The date is set to close in Sept 2021.The link to the form has been sent in an email, when you fill in the form from this link results don’t show.When you fill in the form from the actual Typeform it works.Please help!!Thanks

How do I sort my summary/results to see only respondents who replied a certain way on a question. Ie. I want to see a summary of people who answered X on Question Z
