Hi,I’m trying to use the Lead Capture Chatbot Template. When I preview the template it does show the chatbot design. However, once I click on the “use this template” button, the design loads as a regular typeform design. Any insights on why this is happening and how I can correct it? ThanksChatbox in preview   But this is what loads when I choose the template

Hi guys, I have a list of unique order ID numbers on google sheets.I want to send previous customers to my form but ask them to submit their order ID first.How do I get the form working so that it checks the submitted order ID from the customer against my google sheets list to see if it is a valid previous customer? Thanks in advance!

When enabling redirect on the form, ending isn’t displayed. Is this expected or there’s a workaround to show the ending too.Thank you!

I’m trying to change the nomenclature on the quiz results page. I’m creating a quiz for a class. But I want to insert different words than “Extrovert,” “Introvert,” etc. How can one make such changes? Is it possible to do so?

I have 4 different surveys that are very similar but somewhat customized to 4 different respondent groups. For 2 of them, at the last question the “submit” button appears. For 2, the submit button is missing (checked on multiple devices).The question is not set to be required. If I try to skip it (scroll down) the submit button appears suddenly. How could I have the submit button available at all time?thanks

Is there a way to enable my typeform to automatically click into the answer of the next question? Right now when someone answers my first question and hits “ENTER” or “OK”, if the next question is a fill in the blank or date they have to click into the answer section which is not a great experience. I would prefer to just allow them to keep typing without having to click into the question box. Is there a way to do that?

I’m trying to create a simple typeform to recommend certain products. Based on answers it is possible that more than one product is a good fit but I cannot figure out how to show more than one ending. Is this possible? Thanks!

I’m creating a customer survey where I ask my customers to rate (1-5) different areas of my service (coms, speed, quality, understanding). If the rating is 3 or higher, I send them to the next question but if it is lower than 3, I want to ask for more info, then send them to the next question. I’ve tried this but keep getting an error “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” for wanting to go to the next question after each “more details” question.Any help on how the logic should be set up would be helpful. Thanks!

After having no problems for years, many of our forms have just broken suddenly. And there is no way of contacting typeform directly (even though we have a pro plan).Terrible service… enough to make us want to leave.Is anyone else facing the same?

Hola, Estoy creando un cuestionario, y en una pregunta me está pasando siempre el mismo error. La borro, la vuelvo a crear = Mismo fallo. Copio una correcta, la pego en esta posición = Mismo fallo. Se trata de una pregunta de tipo “Respuesta larga”. Esta pregunta la tengo como “No obligatoria”.En todas las preguntas iguales del cuestionario, me funciona bien = Me aparece el Botón “Aceptar” que puedo pulsar y pasar a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada. En esta pregunta NO me aparece el Botón “Aceptar”. Si pulso “return” pasa a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada… Pero esto me puede causar errores ya que tengo que enviar el cuestionario a muchos clientes, y posiblemente alguno de ellos se bloquee en este puntoÚNICA DIFERENCIA DE ESTA PREGUNTA CON LAS DEMÁS DEL MISMO TIPO: En el apartado “Lógica”, tras esta pregunta se direcciona a 2 distintas posibilidades dependiendo de lo respondido en una pregunta anterior de tipo “Elección múltiple”. Gracias,Saludos

Hi everyone,I have entered the questions for the survey, there are about 18 questions. I then took care to click on "publish" before sharing but only 3 questions out of the 18 are displayed and then the survey appears as completed. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

I am building a form for parents to register their kids, but I want them to register multiple kids if they want to. After a parent register their first kid in the ending page, I want to ask them if they want to register another, If they do, sending back to the question to give me the name of their kid and continue with the flow. 

Hello folks,I’ve encountered the problem and i don’t know how to solve it.So I have a question and 10 answers (=product). If a customer chooses 5+ products, i need to change the price of each product then. How can I do that?I thought creating one more question where the customer chooses “How many products do you want to buy?”, and then duplicate the previous question with 10 answers and change price.. But it takes a lot of time and I don’t want to add lots of questions to my form. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?

I started my free account and was provided access to the account for my place of business. I duplicated a registration form and then started editing it. After running a few dozen test registrations, I would like to delete the entries. However, I seem to be locked out of the ability to do so because I was not the original creator of the form. What needs to be done so that I can delete entries in the form that I duplicated and am now using?

I need to add a URL that the user can click to preview a larger version of the picture. How can I accomplish this?

We are doing a research survey and would like to have the survey taker to provide an email so that the survey gets forwarded to a friend. 

Is it possible to create a group of questions that repeats? Say I have a form that will be filled out by students. Where they will enter information about a project they are working on and all their group partners. So the form would have 10 standard questions and 5 questions per group partner. But the number of group partners are not known at the time the form is created so it varies per project group.
