Hi Typeform Community,I’m stuck on this query. I’ve reviewed many of the issues others have shared and yet, still can't seem to figure this one out. Hi, I just want to ask if it is possible to skip relevant questions if they already said no in the first place? Like if they ask if they’re married in question number 3 and I already set up a logic here but they ask again a relevant question in number 25. How would I skip this?

One of the things that I am seeing in here are folks struggling with “how to figure out which of X-number of categories has the highest score” so that they can route them to the proper ending or tag them for CRM usage. I have done a number of client-facing Typeforms to determine the highest scoring result and direct the user to the correct ending page in Typeform, with all the details available to be routed to downstream integrations. I have done 12-, 10-, 8-, and 5-category solution versions of this evaluation set up. I have also included ‘tie-breaker’ logic for the 12-category version so that if multiple ‘high scores’ are tied, they are routed to a tie-breaker question to determine the final routing. I have provided a link a little further down this post to a typeform ‘template’ for a 5-category, highest score. I have changed all the texts in 'messages' and I would like to export/import them to other forms within the same account. Is there a possibility to do this? So that I don't have to type everything again?Kind regards, Hein 

Is it possible to select and delete multiple steps in the build mode?  I can’t seem to figure out and have to go in to each one, delete, then confirm and repeat.  

Can I delete questions from my quiz, in bulk?  So not just one at a time 

Is anyone else still experiencing 500 bad server request errors on their Typeform platform? The platform status says everything is back up from yesterday's downtime, but I am still having issues.

HiMy respondents have experienced two main issues:On completing a question, it skips back to the beginning (I - the questionnaire creator - actually experienced this myself once before publishing). On selecting a response on a question, it didn’t automatically move onto the next question.Are these glitches common? Is there anything I can do? Thanks very muchCraig

so we havetypeform 1 with question A and B typeform 2 with question A, B and CIs it possible to use typeform 2 independently on typeform 1 AND to use typeform 1 in other circumstances to get answers to questions A and B then redirect to typeform 2 directly in question C?thanks !

Hi,I’m trying to use the Lead Capture Chatbot Template. When I preview the template it does show the chatbot design. However, once I click on the “use this template” button, the design loads as a regular typeform design. Hi guys, I have a list of unique order ID numbers on google sheets.I want to send previous customers to my form but ask them to submit their order ID first.How do I get the form working so that it checks the submitted order ID from the customer against my google sheets list to see if it is a valid previous customer? Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to change the nomenclature on the quiz results page. I’m creating a quiz for a class. But I want to insert different words than “Extrovert,” “Introvert,” etc. How can one make such changes? Is it possible to do so?

I have 4 different surveys that are very similar but somewhat customized to 4 different respondent groups. For 2 of them, at the last question the “submit” button appears. For 2, the submit button is missing (checked on multiple devices).The question is not set to be required. If I try to skip it (scroll down) the submit button appears suddenly. How could I have the submit button available at all time?thanks

Is there a way to enable my typeform to automatically click into the answer of the next question? Right now when someone answers my first question and hits “ENTER” or “OK”, if the next question is a fill in the blank or date they have to click into the answer section which is not a great experience. I would prefer to just allow them to keep typing without having to click into the question box. Is there a way to do that?

I’m trying to create a simple typeform to recommend certain products. Based on answers it is possible that more than one product is a good fit but I cannot figure out how to show more than one ending. Is this possible? Thanks!

I’m creating a customer survey where I ask my customers to rate (1-5) different areas of my service (coms, speed, quality, understanding). If the rating is 3 or higher, I send them to the next question but if it is lower than 3, I want to ask for more info, then send them to the next question. I’ve tried this but keep getting an error “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch.” for wanting to go to the next question after each “more details” question.Any help on how the logic should be set up would be helpful. Thanks!

After having no problems for years, many of our forms have just broken suddenly. And there is no way of contacting typeform directly (even though we have a pro plan).Terrible service… enough to make us want to leave.Is anyone else facing the same?

Hola, Estoy creando un cuestionario, y en una pregunta me está pasando siempre el mismo error. La borro, la vuelvo a crear = Mismo fallo. Copio una correcta, la pego en esta posición = Mismo fallo. Se trata de una pregunta de tipo “Respuesta larga”. Esta pregunta la tengo como “No obligatoria”.En todas las preguntas iguales del cuestionario, me funciona bien = Me aparece el Botón “Aceptar” que puedo pulsar y pasar a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada. En esta pregunta NO me aparece el Botón “Aceptar”. Si pulso “return” pasa a la siguiente pregunta sin necesidad de escribir nada… Pero esto me puede causar errores ya que tengo que enviar el cuestionario a muchos clientes, y posiblemente alguno de ellos se bloquee en este puntoÚNICA DIFERENCIA DE ESTA PREGUNTA CON LAS DEMÁS DEL MISMO TIPO: En el apartado “Lógica”, tras esta pregunta se direcciona a 2 distintas posibilidades dependiendo de lo respondido en una pregunta anterior de tipo “Elección múltiple”. Gracias,Saludos
