Build your typeform

I have added an image as a banner to our Survey and its not sharp even though it is a high res. image. Can anyone help? I´m attaching a screenshot 

I seems that I can have a hyperlink in my original Typeform, but when I convert it to chat it no longer has the link.  Is it possible to have a link in the chat version of my quiz?

Hello,I am attempting to create a four question quiz and am having difficulty trying to figure out how to configure the backend logic for the equation/end scores.Each question response is added to a custom variable (field_1, field_2, field_3, field_4):My issue comes with generating the 3 different calculations off of those inputs from the four questions. Here are the calculations that I am trying to work out: Calc/score 1: [(FIELD 2 x FIELD 3) - FIELD 1]Calc/score 2: [Outcome of Calc/score 1/FIELD 1]Calc/score 3: [((FIELD 2 x FIELD 3) x FIELD 4) - FIELD 1] I can multiple two fields without issue, but I’m not sure how to create a custom variable to represent the sum of 2 or 3 fields being multiplied together. I also can’t have multiple ‘Then’ steps in one section of logic that would help complete this as well. Any thoughts/feedback on if this is possible would be greatly appreciated.

I am building a quiz that compiles scores within 4 different categories based on 4 different answers per 5 questions each for a total of 20 questions before displaying a custom ending based on which category has the highest score. How can I compare the cumulative score to 4 different variable sets and display an ending based on which of the 4 variables is higher than the others? I have the questions mapped with the corresponding calculations but can’t figure out how to have the 4 scores compare to eachother in order to have the final ending.The 20 question quiz asks a question and respondents choose 1 of 4 answers that maps to a value of 1-4 per question:strongly disagree (1) disagree (2) agree (3) strongly agree (4)Then you would add up the scores for questions:5, 7, 9, 13, 19 (for a total of 5-20 for @score_a) 1, 4, 10, 12, 15 (for a total of 5-20 @score_b) 2, 6, 11, 16, 18 (for a total of 5-20 @score_c) 3, 8, 14, 17, 20 (for a total of 5-20 @score_d)Then you would compare the total

Hi @Liz and the Typeform team, My question is the following:I’ve an image select question with option 1 and 2,I’ve then the following logic rules: if 1 is selected - go to question A, if 2 is selected - go to question B.So, if user selects option 2, the form skips question A and goes directly to question B.My problem is that after the completion of the entire form - in the response results email I still get the result for question A (which was skipped and therefore is empty). Is it possible to remove these logic jumped questions from the response results? I know that if I view the results in the new “table view” mode - I can hide chosen columns, but I plan to have multiple logic jump based questions (much more than two) and therefore I will end up with many unnecessary empty columns (for questions that were jumped by logic rules) which I would need to hide every time I receive a response. Good afternoon! My problem is this.I´ve created a quiz with 8 questions (multiple choice).For example, in question one, if you answer A or B you redirect to an ending and if you answer C, to another one.The problem is that after reading this ending and want to continue the quiz I don´t know how to redirect to the next question.I thought that I could do it through the button link, but I can´t redirect to the next question.What can i do?Thank you!How do I do this?  

Hi, I am testing one of my published typeform and I’ve noticed that all of the vimeo videos I added are not autoplaying on my laptops. I found that I have to right-click the video and select “show controls” and click play button manually to play each video. But they play automatically without any problems on typeform ‘create’ page. Is it a problem of some settings of my laptops or something? How can I fix this?*I don’t have this problem with my mobile.  

When creating the survey I can clearly see my question numbers ie group 4 (About) questions a-c or group 5 (Corporate Governance) questions a-c however if I preview the survey the question group title is not shown, neither is the question group number ie 4b. It just shows as a,b,c etc.I’d like this to show the group name on the survey for clarity to our respondents. It also enables them to reference the group and question number if they are unsure about any of the questions.. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? TIA :)

@john.desborough I’ve added the variables and logic based on an answer of yours to a question a year ago: v_cat1_vs_cat2 and the logic rules would be something like this  if cat1 (ie gut) is gt 0 add cat1 to v_cat1_vs_cat2 if cat2 (ie immunity) is gt 0 subtract cat2 from v_cat1_vs_cat2 then if the value of the “..vs..” gt 0 add 1 to the cat1_is_biggest variable if the value of the vs variable is lt 0 add 1 to the cat2_is_biggest variable repeat for all combinations.. Now that I have which of the categories is highest, though, as you say, there are some that are tied, how do you now send them to specific ending pages?I would so appreciate your help with this. Hi Typeform community, I’m building a survey to test a feature on our website. The user answers a few questions in Typeform, and then a link opens a tab to our external website. After testing the features, they manually close the new tab,  and finish the survey on Typeform. Is there a way to include the hidden field in the link to our external website? For example, how could I pass the hidden field “userId” in a url like this? www.ourwebsite.com?userId=123.This would let us know which user was testing the feature. I’ve figured out how to add hidden fields in the text of a question and at the end of the survey, but the feature to add a link within a question doesn’t seem to recall the hidden field. Thanks,Shouvik 

Hi Everybody,  I am coming to this community because I have a question to ask you about Typeform. I am looking for a wizard form who will help me to create a specific form and custom redirection according what the visitor will click  Let’s say, the question one is :  Am  I :a student a parents  a school  a teacher and I decide to click on the “Teacher” section, custom questions will appear next according to my first answer. when all the questions are answered, the visitor will be automaticaly redirected to a specific page based on the informations he/she will give it to the typeform.  Does those features are offer with typeform ? Any ideas how to make this happen ?  

Hi, I created a form and apply logic and wondering why I don’t see the PRICE variable. I can only see the QUIZ variable. I am sure that the form created is not  a Quiz type. I can create a new variable as a solution though.  

I created a quiz and only 5 of my 8 questions are showing up.  I have the basic plan.  Help please.

no buttons on my computer to “open” them. Help!

My organization is US based, but also has offices in the UK. We’d like to use Typeform in the UK, but believe we’d need that data to be stored in country. Is it possible for our UK team to use the software and have resulting customer data housed within the UK or EU? 

I have created a Typeform and the first question has been set up to a logic that sends respondents to an ending page which should send respondents to a  new typeform based on their answer.I´ve published the three Typeforms, but when I hit the “continue” button on any of the two final pages, nothing happens.

So here i want to do :I ask 33 questions, (3 on each of 11 management skills).I calculate a score on each 11 skills.Then i want to show ONLY the 6 skills with the better scoreAnd i want that the person choose 3 skills within the 6.How to do 3 and 4 ?

Hi Typeform,when using the calendly integration and a logo the question is overlapping the logo. is it possible to either (1) fix that or (2) hide the logo on the mobile view only?   

Hi Typeform,usually when embedding Calendly it’s possible to select colors that are passed in through parameters into the iframe (see:   https://assets-help-site.calendly.com/help/article/how-to-customize-colors-and-text-when-you-add-an-event-type-to-your-website/) We did not find the options to configure these colors (and potentially also the cookie dialog settings) when using the Calendly integration, which is why it’s always blue. How do we control the color settings of the integration? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi. When creating a question of the type “dropdown” its open up, in the survey, to “write or choose an alternative”. If i want to stop the possibility to write and force a choice in the dropdown. How can i do that?

Is there any other way of accessing or changing the logic in your typeform other than clicking:Logic >  “Branching and calculations”-window  ?(I’m using the simple logic)Some notes of the reason why it would save me time I.e. my sanity:I have about 118 questions in my main form, and the majority are question groups with approx. 5-8 questions in each.  In the old builder I could just press the logic-button on a specific question and make the change and move on, now I have to: A  Access the aforementioned window ( highlighted above ), wait for questions to load, scroll, wait some more, scroll too fast and thus backtrack slowly to find the specific question.  B  Try to search for the specific question, which would be easy if I could for example look for Question 38b when searching but I can’t seem to understand how or if it’s possible to do so. My questions are asked in a way that they are hard to identify in this context: I usually ask something generic as “Write the measure of X”
