I want to make a form for booking a mentor, I have made it, but what if two people book a mentor at the same time?Of course it will be messyMy question is, is there a way for everyone to book one mentor so the schedule can't be booked again?

Hello. I am trying to play with the Replace function mentioned in this help article, but it is not showing up as an option when I’m editing the logic on my typeform. I have both Score and variables, plus hidden fields, enabled. Do I need to edit some settings on my Typeform, or is something else going on? 

Hi thereI have 2 questions:1/ I’m on free plan now. I create a type form and want to integrate with Mailchimp. However, they ask me have to upgrade the plan in order to publish the template form.. Because I’m on free plan, do we have any template form I can use and publish it for free?? This form is just a test, I want to know how it look on Mailchimp 2/ I want to embed the type form to Mailchimp. Do we have step-by-step instruction?  Many thanks

Hi there I have a Yes/No question in the application form I am building. A yes answer leads to route 1 and one following question, whereas a No answer leads to route 2 and several other questions. If the respondent chooses No I’d like all the following questions to be required. If the respondent answers Yes then only the one is required.My question is does the system know to accept submission of the form based on required responses only on the respondents chosden route? Or will it be confused and only accept submission if all respondents have answered all required questions?Hope I’ve explained the conundrum clearly.Many thanks

Hi, Typeform community! We just upgraded our plan from free to Plus, and the quizzes we built out for testing on the free plan are no longer visible. It’s like our previous workspace disappeared completely after the upgrade. Is there any way we can retrieve them? 

Hello, I have the following doubt.I have made the logic in which in the last question when answering it I should jump to the final greeting but when I get to the question I answer it and it stays there without sending me the final message. the only thing that appears to me is a "send" button that when I press it sends me to the final greeting.what am I doing wrong? 

I am creating a form for users to complete - but their answers are more for them than for me. Is there a way that after completing a form, that same user can access/ save/ print only their own responses after they submit them? I hope this is clear! Thank you! 

Hello!  Hoping someone can help me out of this rabbit hole.  We have a question where people can choose to upload docs “one at a time” or “as one package”  We are able to get this rule to work effectively.  THEN we reach the struggle - The goal: Have people go to question 11 (see below) and based on their selections Question 12. will allow them to upload ONLY the documents they have selected in Question 11 Consumer view of question 11:  Logic from 11 - We are able to flow people through ALL of the optional uploads required but we are NOT able to find the correct logic to have it ONLY open the file uploads IF they checked that box in question 11

Hi All,I’m trying to branch a Yes/No response to my Q4 based on your country answered in Q3. Parts 1-3 of the logic is seamless. Part 4 is just not catching. Help?Like this:If Yes to Q4 + Country A,B,C in Q3, go to Q5 If No to Q4 + Country A,B,C in Q3, go to Q6 If Yes to Q4 + Country X,Y,Z in Q3, go to Q7 If No to Q4 + Country X,Y,Z in Q3, go to Q8That last one is just not catching on. It’s sending all X,Y,Z to Q7 whether you answered yes or no.Any ideas?

Hi, My type form is access for a single user in one device. The user needs to receive the feedback of a client. The user has to answer for all the different clients. If the user doesn’t finish with one client, when enter to the other client it comes the partial answer of the previous incomplete client. How I can avoid this? Thank you for your reply

Hi, I’ve created a form where users have to upload and image.When creating the form, when I click on upload an image it opens a popup to upload or drag images. So, it seems to work. But, after embed on the website when I try to upload an image it doesn’t and automatically goes to next question.And my plan allows to upload files.Any help will be appreciated because can’t figure out why.Appreciate your time.

Hello, I just joined and got a basic membership to test out an idea for an e-learning. I get an email address at the start and then send out a mail notification to myself and to the respondent. In preview I don’t get any mails, when doing it “live” on the published form I do get the “backstage” notification but not the recipient one, and with every test I burn up my 100 responses / month. What could be wrong with the mail notification and how can I test this without using all my responses?Thanks for your help!

I have a lot of differents grids (top, bottom, underwear, swimwear ...)Rather than asking a question for each multiple choice grid, I would like to ask only 3 questions (entered a number for chest, hip circumference...) to give all sizes for each clothing family.What I don't understand is how to use those numbers next. Shouldn't there be a database?

I’m looking to replicate a spreadsheet where I can have multiple lines of data entry, that could have some math checks between the cells in real time, that could export the answers to a google sheet.Any idea on how this could be done, if possible at all? I’m new to the platform and tried out all the question types and didn’t think it was possible, but I thought I would ask.

This is super annoying and I see that so many other people have had this issue. I only have 10 questions including my welcome screen and it’s saying I can’t publish due to the fact that the free form doesn’t allow for more than 10 questions. But I don’t have more than 10 questions!

Hello everyone,I'm wondering how are you dealing with the challenges of preparing a great Typeform. Because, the goals we want to achieve with the Typeform usually depend on factors like:Asking the right questions, Choosing the right visual content (pictures, videos, icons, emoji, etc.), Finding the proper "Time to complete" according with the responders context and patience, Etc.I'm curious if you ask for second opinions te help you build or iterate your Typeforms.I'm also curious if there is any need for a testing group to provide feedback on the Typeforms before launch or even for further optimisations.

How to find the maximum number if I have 6 different variables in the test, which should give the desired result depending on the one that is larger?
