Hi there,I’m running into an issue with the Calendly integration feature.When I publish this form that has a question on the left with a submit button under it (by default) and if someone presses that button, the form closes immediately without allowing them to book a Calendly appointment and there’s no way to go back. It’s a bit confusing, has anyone else experienced this?   

New to Typeform- it comes highly recommended….but I am doing a survey of the BEST OF my town and trying to figure out the best for for that. I seem to keep going down a rabbit hole and not getting where I need to get.   Thanks, Mike 

Hi, I am creating a form where I would like users to be able to search for images and select these images as part of their response. A little bit like you can go to Shutterstock or Canva and search their library of images. I would like to offer users the ability to search a huge gallery of images and then select one image in their survey response. I can see in Typeform that we - as the creators of the form - can search a gallery of images but I can’t see if its possible to pass this facility onto the user filling out the form. Anyone know if this is possible? I want to upgrade my Typeform plan but I’m not sure if (a) the above is possible and (b) if it is possible, which package i need to subscribe to.Much appreciated.

Hi I have only 7 questions and a Welcome screen and no ending but it won’t let me publish under the free version.  It is saying I exceed 10 questions

Hi, I just posted this question to support but thought I’d try here as well.  I have a little form soliciting responses to questions asked by The Rain that are part of art installations in my town.  The last question in the dropdown is “What else should The Rain ask?”  As I install more questions, I’d like to insert them above this in the choices in the dropdown.  But when I try to do that I get a warning that if I add or reorder choices I may lose all response data.  Plus, my website lovetherain.org is publishing the responses, so I’m worried that those may disappear if I add another choice.  Is there any safe way for me to add to the choices in a dropdown question?

I am trying to create a question with responses that will have the following characteristics’:First four characters of response will be required text, e.g., “ABCD” next three characters will need to be numeric, e.g., “123”Can this formatted valid response acceptance be included in a typeform question?

Hi, once someone has properly completed the form I want them to see a page saying everything went right and that their answers have been recorded. How could I do it?

Hi TypeForm fam! So, the progress bar is not ONLY the thin strip of line, and we no longer have the option to see % complete. This is fine. Unfortunately though - the progress bar is a thin, white stripe of line which is hard to see on the grey TypeForm template I’m using. I’m wondering if I can make the TypeForm Progress Bar both wider/thicker so it’s more obvious, and darker (e.g. black) so users can actually see it against the grey TypeForm template? 

Hi team,I’m trying to display a ‘change of text’ in a variable based on a score calculation.Similar to John Desborough’s approach here -  I’ve setup 5 question groups each Likert-style score is allocated in the ‘score quiz’ sectioneach score is entered & added to a ‘group score’ variablegroup score inserted into variableeach group score is summarised with ‘score’ + ‘response’ variablesrules and calculations into [response] variableNow the tricky bit…I’m trying to replace the ‘default’ text entry of [response] with a text phrase that is calculated from one of two rules (see image above).Once all values are entered, the text isn’t being replaced in [response] variable…The ‘default’ value is being displayed and rules being ignored.I want to use this method in the final summary statement screen rather than use ‘jump to...’ endings method.Any insights or tips greatly appreciated!cheers,Jason

Good afternoon.  I am needing a form that takes partial completion.  I am replacing an old landing page and looking for alternatives that can be posted on my own site (hence TypeForm trial).   The Problem:  There are three big steps of lead capture.  1.)  Address2.)  Address with email3.)  Address with email & phone number.   Long-story short… I need all partial leads (including the 1 or 2 questions that lead up to the phone number question).  Just an address gets postcards.  Addresses with emails gets video email (personalized and drip).  Phone numbers get texts and calls.  I need all leads, not just the ones that fill out everything.  As I understand TypeForms now, it can’t do this without putting a “submit” button on every step and possibly generating 4+ leads for every person who completes the form in its entirety.   I saw a previous post from 8 months ago that mentioned an article that directs on how to handle this, but the link gets a 404 message.   Please advise.  

How do I set up payment for my form?

I want respondents to get their answers which they filled in the form. How do I manage?

Can we populate a field as “hidden” when someone from our CRM clicks on the survey. Meaning…can we not ask them questions we already know the question to but have it populate. The best example is email, we are asking for their email in a question before they get the survey. So if we have that already, can that question be hidden?

Hi all,there I am again with another problem with a logic jump:at the end of my form, I actually choose “always jump to (a preformulated) ending”, but the form jumps back to the first question.I attach 3 screen shots, 1 with the last question, 1 with what comes up (“email address” is my first question), and 1 with my “logic” construction on that level.If anyone has an idea…Merci!Cheers to all,Hélène

I am new to Typeform and need a few basic logic jump tips to move to a particular question if a certain answer is selected

In trying to map a typeform to AC we are running into trouble with the name field. The Typeform requests the name as a short answer field. (There was not a name option like there is with email.) Is there a better method for collecting name? Here’s the rest of the problem: the name field in typeform just asks for name.  We need separate fields for first name and last name (how do you get that on one page?) Please advise on how to proceed.  

Hi all! I am running a seudo ecommerce from typeform, using an Image Selection type of question. I have done all the logical jumps and can get to a working ecommerce with integrated payment funcionalities.The issue is that every week my company rotates inventory and I need to manually change every question (over 50) with 20+ items each, taking a lot of time. Basically I need to change names and pictures (logic and calculations remain the same).Is there any way to do a bulk update? I was thinking of something like importing a spreadsheet with all the information to be updated on the questions? Any idea? Thanks!

Hi, I have a premium account for type form (1 seat) and another department didn’t realize that and created a free typeform. They would like to transfer their completed form to my premium account instead of recreating it. Is this possible?

in preview mode on the PC the dropdown choices work fine but previewing the same on the iPhone 8 plus, I am unable to activate the dropdowns no matter where I touch on the screen.Anyone have helpful hints?kind regards

i am having trouble uploading a gif as a background for my typeform and no matter how much i compress it, it will never let me use it as a background, is there a way to upload it to typeforms gallery and use it there? its upsetting to see that there is an option to upload 10mb files in typeform but can only use 4mb sized files when designing one. 

I have tried searching and can’t seem to find what I am looking for.  I have never used anything like this before. I am trying to create a form where someone can sign up to a paid service however I need them to accept the terms and conditions.  I have the legal question added but don’t know how I can get the T&C’s to be displayed so they can read them to accept them. Thanks for any help
