Build your typeform

Hi all! In setting up a sub-question as multiple choice, because the question is long, the configuration button gets hidden behind the main question header. Attached is the screenshot. Sub question configuration is obscured  As you can see, for question 7a, I need to set it up so that my users can choose more than one answer. But to do that, I need to click on the “Multiple Choice” box in the upper right hand corner, which is at the moment, hidden behind the “7 → All About Data” header. I checked this issue in more than one template; here is something similar in a different template. Same problem with question 2a’s “Multiple choice” being hidden behind “2 → Thanks! Lets look at social Issues”. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi there !  I am building my typeform and I would like to do something but I don’t know if it’s possible. I have 6 same questions and 6 same answers. You have to choose one answer for each question.When you chooses an answer for the first question, I would this answer erased for the next question etc etc etc. Is it clear ? Could you help me ?Thanks a lot.

We’d like to pass additional data to our Typeforms via the url. We’d like to be able to modify a form url like https://form.typeform.com/to/ABC123 such that additional data from this url ends up in the results when the form is completed. That is, the data would appear in the CSV per row when the results are exported.It would be fine if the url auto-answered questions that the person sees. It’d also be fine if the data populated fields that were hidden.Now, according to the documentation, there’s supposed to be an option to add custom hidden field data via an embed. From the code snippet, it looks like this data is in the url, which is what I’m looking for. But, I followed the documentation exactly, and I don’t have any “Advanced” section in the sidebar for a standard embed, and for the other embed modes that do show the “Advanced” section, I don’t see any “Hidden Fields” subsection. I didn’t see anything about it in the pricing plans either, so it’s unclear if it’s not available becaus

Dear all,I am trialing TypeForm currently.  I have a number of forms that I need my potential clients to complete and sign.  A couple of the forms are Tax forms and need to be signed by hand / wet ink. Can I have a hybrid solution where I can collect certain information and have them complete / sign the TypeForm forms online but also have the ability to download the Tax forms and send back in the traditional way?Thanks,Andy.

Can you use video and images while in a trial?  Is there a time period on the trial?

I’m trying to put a quiz together that has a series of 12 yes/no questions and 24 possible endings. I need advanced logic but I’m not seeing the “and” option-- I need something like “If 1 is yes AND 2 is yes AND 3 is no AND 4 is yes or no AND 5 is yes AND 6 is yes AND 7 is no….” then it ties to a single result. Each result basically needs to have a very specific profile. In looking at the Advanced logic options, I’m not seeing this sort of specificity. Any ideas? 

Hi, today I’m working with typeform logic jumps and I need to know hoy to start the same form from diferents stages ( I mean, the user accesses the form from a QR code that must be synchronized between the users who can access at different times (all must answer the 10 questions but not necessarily start from the same) my question is how to make a callback from a specific question and also assign each user a consecutive id).

Hello.  I’m hoping someone here can help!  I want to have a client build their own budget.  In reviewing a few of the videos and questions, I think this is considered “scoring”???  But I cannot find exactly how to do what I want.  I want to build a total dollar amount based on the summation of each answered questions.  The questions are based on a “good / better / best” scenario where all“A” answers are Good “B” answers are Better “C” answers are Bestand each  individual A/B/C answer has an assigned dollar amount. The user would pick one answer from each question and the final page would show them the total of each of their answers.  Can I do this??  I’m new to typeform and checked many of the templates but didn’t see this type of thing.  I started the form so could share (if that’s possible). Hello Everyone,The company i work for has been in business for 35 years and has produced 1000’s of products, a vast majority offering a great limited lifetime warranty.   Each item comes with its unique identifier number, so that when warranty claims come in, we can find the right replacement.My Goal:I would like the form to ‘Autocomplete’ the identifier code as it is being typed. Similar to what google search does as you start typing. Eventually I want to see if I can make an image appear after the product identifier code or part is selected so that the customer is certain they are requesting the correct item/part replacement.From google definitions:‘Autocomplete’ finishes words or phrases while typing, and autocorrect automatically fixes spelling mistakes. Autofill is a software function that automatically enters data in web forms and spreadsheets. Hello! I have a type form which requires a payment and there is a discount code which sets the payment to $0. I made the payment section required but users can still bypass it and use the rest of the form. They just can’t submit it at the end. But in this case even those who use the discount code and the payment is $0, they still can’t submit the form without filling out their credit card details.I would like to make it so when it is $0 it can be skipped, but when it is not the user cannot move forward without making payment. Is this possible?Thanks!

Hey all, Trying to set up a Customer Satisfaction Survey and I want to use the question; Overall, how satisfied are you with (product name)? Here I would like to add a 5-point scale with labels for every point; Very dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied.I can’t seem to find a way to have more than 3 labels, is that right?  Thanks! 

I want to add answers of all typeform questions in my survey to the redirect url. In the middle of my questionnaire I have made a logic jump, but right after this question I get a submit button which I cannot seem to get rid of.

I have thought about using a tracking web service (OnewebChange, Wachete,...), but I don´t know if there is an easier way, like a back up copy or a register (log) of the changes that a form has had. Can you help me? hi, i subscribed to free package to go through process so whenever i tried to update background image at header or add new image it gives error “ An error occurred while processing the image “  i tried both ways by choosing image from gallery or uploaded new image but issue is still there.can you please suggest why this is happening ? is it because of free account or server issue ?Thank you.

Hi there,I’m new to Typeform and might need your help! I’ve set up total 6 groups of questions that customers can select Yes/No, and the questions will go down different paths and be landed on different ending pages following each logic jump.I would like to put a page for a simple survey in the middle of the questions and a page for rating scores in the end so that all the customers answering the questions can also answer the survey during the test and rate the test right before they see the ending pages.Is there any way that I can put these 2 mandatory pages between and after using multiple logic jumps? Thank you!

Hi, I’m trying to add the option of giving extra feedback or skipping it. I can logic jump from the yes response, but not the no response. The drop down appears for less than a second then disappears before I can select a place to jump to. FYI: I’m in trial mode and it isn’t published yet (this is my first one!)  Thanks.

The idea is that each checkbox generates a value that I then can import into Hubspot to make a calculation for personal score.However, I already have some difficulties to set up a quiz in general, let alone give each answer of the multiple checkbox a value to generate a score with. Where should I start first?

Hello everyone.I have a problem with a typeform I am trying to build.I want to calculate the number of weeks a women has left to get an abortion and show that number on the last screen.So I asked the question in which week of pregnancy the woman is. Then based on the country she is in, I want to let her know how many weeks she has left to get an abortion legally. Is there a way to do a calculation inside a question, so that I don’t need to build a thank you screen for each possible number of weeks. For example:A woman is in her 5th week of pregnancy and I know she is from Germany. In Germany abortion is legally possible until week 14 of pregnancy. So I can calculate 14-5 = 7So can I let her know: “You have 7 weeks left to get an abortion”, without having to build a separate thank you screen for each number of weeks?Something like: “You have (14-score) weeks left to get an abortion” Thanks in advanceDaniel

I’m working on form that collected some employee information and one of these informations a 16 digits of employee card, the issue that typeform give as max 9 digits, if there any way to go around this, even I try to used short text answer but again I have a problem with validation as I need to make sure the inserted data is number only. Any idea or way that could help me, and thanks in advance :)
