We are running 10-15 online sessions as part of a leadership training. After each session, we want to get feedback on the session: Participants rate the session Moderator rates the sessionQuestions I have:how can we build this, so we can compare then participants vs. moderator perspective? Maybe: first question is: do you answer as moderator or as participant???? how can we build then a full database to compare over time, across moderators, clients, regions …? Is there a chance to create automatic QR-codes, so that each session has an own survey while we can still then analyse all surveys and know a unique session identifyer? Ideally this would be linked to zoom/ teams, so that it happens automatically, but this might be wishful thinking. Any help highly appreciated. If someone is interested to do this as a consultant piece of work …
Is there a way to pass data from one page to another? Like on page 1 it asks, “which do you like New York, Chicago, or Detroit style pizza? Then, on page 2, it says “on your [Answer from first page] style of pizza, what toppings would you like?” With a check box list of options? and on page 3, it says, “you are confirmed with a [Answer from first page] style of pizza with the following toppings: [Answer from second page]” I know I can do conditional pages, but that won’t work given the possible combinations of pizzas and toppings. Thanks and apologies if this is an obvious answer and the typo in the title.
We are using a typeform for a camp registration. We have where parents/guardians can register and pay a down payment or pay in full. When it gets to the payment portion, the total is not correct. Please help!
Hi,I’ve set up a typeform which should go to one of four end screens depending on the score received. The correct screen briefly shows up for a second before disappearing. Have I set something up wrong? I’ve included some screen shots of the logic and screen set up Thank you for any helpAmanda
I have a registration form for a sports class. Within the form, using a Multiple Choice question, I ask parents how many students they would like to register, with possible answers ranging from one to five. I require an answer and allow only a single choice. I then have five question groups created -- one for each of the possible answers to my Multiple Choice question concerning the number of students to be registered. Within each question group I present the appropriate quantity of name and birthdate fields, along with a concluding Agreement field. I have created logic for the Multiple Choice question, so that depending upon the answer, the user is then directed to the appropriate question group. The logic works as follows:IF “How many students would you like to register” is “One” THEN go to “Register One Student Only.”I repeat this for each of the five possible answers. The problem I am having is this:Suppose the user selects “One” for the number of students he wishes to register. He i
Hello,I´m having an annoying issue with the Messages setting in the Field Keyboard instruction to go to next question. Even if I clean this field and save it, on the preview mode it´s empty and that´s the goal, but after save it and publish it, on the publish view it shows ENTER Ctrl + Enter ↵ message.I already used different browsers and cleaned the cookies/cache several times, and it´s allways the same. So, I guess this is not working propperly? Can you check it please? Is there any solution?
Hi there, I was searching for any option to analyze our surveys’ performance, but it seems there is nothing available? We’d like to know about the ‘starting/opening’ amount, the conversion rate from question to question until it’s submitted. Is there any tool that helps with this really crucial insight? On the other hand, is it possible to A/B test surveys? So for example I have Survey A with 8 questions, and Survey B with 3 questions. With the necessity to see each performance too.Hope someone can help, as these are basics for any kind of tool today.Thank you :)
Hi, I am new to Typeform and not very literate with coding - so this is probably an obvious answer (i’m just not sure if it’s obviously yes, or obviously no!).We have a workplace intranet that is powered by sharepoint, in as much as the web address is www.mycompany.sharepoint.com and we need to login with a Microsoft accountWithin that I have a team site with buttons as links to other pages (still within sharepoint.com).Can one of those buttons be a typeform link? And can it be both an external link and an embed link, so that the user remains within sharepoint? The idea I have for Typeform is to use it internally as a decision tree. I am a financial adviser and I want to create a user-friendly decision tree so that my support team know what investment I am currently recommending based on the client circumstances they are faced with…. i think Typeform would work well if the above points are achievable?!Thank you
Hi would anyone know how i access the feature allowing me to design meta images for preview links…? I’m clicking on the ‘design’ section and it’s not showing up…
Hello everyone! I’m struggling really hard to find the logic option for my quiz (I’m not even sure if it’s possible with Typeform but I’m hoping). The quiz is on what culture fits best for each person so with each question, the person will get a few various countries. For ex. option A is: USA, UK, Ireland, Germany option B: India, Nigeria, Japan etc. Those countries don’t stay in the same packs - they change for each question. The goal at the end is to have the country or countries that got selected most and let the person know which cultural fit is the best. However, I’m getting really lost -- all I can see are number options. Does anyone have any idea? Would be super appreciated. Whoever helps out will get access to this quiz for free once it’s out :) It’s a highly researched quiz so the answers will be very interesting!
Can someone tell me if the form on this website was built with Typeform? If it was, Is there a way to clone/copy their form to build one similar? Thanks in advance!
I have a hidden field called reviewurl. This is being populated by the form url and will contain a full link. On a statement module, I want to include reviewurl as a clickable link. I can have it populate the page as text, but unable to use the variable to create an actual hyperlink. Is this possible?
I have read all the articles and somehow its just not clicking to me?? How can I make my next question apply to only the previously answered question? for example, if they choose 2 topics as their area of expertise how do i reroute my following question to only be subtopics that apply to the previously answered question and not other options? heres my form
Hi - I’ve found TypeForm 95% great - but the issue with the OK button is a big nuisance; I trialled my form with a dozen friends and 5 complained about the inconsistency (sometimes there, sometimes not); it spoils an otherwise very professional look. ….. I’d also like to be able to make some combinations in a drop-down list incompatible … for example it could be:Which of these do you like (pick as many as you want):Ice CreamPizzaNoodlesCakeNone of the abovePrefer not to answerOtherSeems like you could tick them all, including none & prefer not to answer?
Hi all! I am creating my first typeform and trying to build a 360 Performance Evaluation Form. The form will be completed by four different sets of respondents and I’d like the results to be sorted based on the respondent category, so that i can compare the answers of all the respondents A, with the answers of respondents B, etc. Is there a way that I should design the tool that will allow for an easy sorting of the answers in this way? Thanks!
HI all, I am new to Typeform and running into a logic issue. Question 3 has multiple different answer opportunities. My logic map is correct based off the rules that I included but when I test the survey and provide answers that should take me to question 4, it pops me out to the end. I cannot figure out what is broken here.
Hey there! So we plan to run a quik survey of 6 questions on an ipad at a self-service restaurants. I think typeform could be our sollution, but please let me know if it works the way we intend to use it,In general we would place the iPad running Typeform at the cashier desk, and ask the questions regarding the service. We would like the questions to restart after each session of course. I think that the Plus package is the right one for us. Am I thinking that right? Would it work?Thank you in advance!Gergely
Hi all, I am new to this site and have added a typeform to one of my pages on my website I’ve tested the form but see no email notifications come through. How do i set it up so that i get an email notification when someone completes a form?
I sent a form with 6 slides but only 2 are showing
hi there, im trying to add a field onto the multiple choice feature that say’s “please add more”. How do you do that?
I want to ask 3 dimensions like Length, Width and Height under 1 question.Ex: (*Reference taken from another platform)
Before I dive in too hard here, I really want to know if what I describe is possible. I’ll try to be as clear as possible. We need users to respond to their abilities on many role-specific responsibilities. After they complete the entire questionnaire, they press submit and a copy goes to them and to us. AND then for any areas they need training on, we want those responsibilities to populate all together into another form with the resources for that training. Two different ways we can consider:Example a:In 2023, I have completed 10 or more (select all that apply):financial conversationsmortgage applicationsmutual fund applicationsBranching needs: If user doesn’t select one or more options, the branch would send them to another form that shows only those not selected, ideally as a checklist, that would also have links to the training resources. Example b:Topic specific - financial conversations (select all that apply):In 2023, I have completed 10 or more financial conversationsIn 2023,
I have just created my very first Typeform. When I test it, I have noticed that some questions do not display the OK button until the question is answered, whereas all the others do. The settings are identical in every question and none of my questions have the required button switched on, so I can’t see why this would be the case.Any ideas?
I would like to design a personality test. The evaluation should come after the questions. I would then like to optionally collect contact details. In the outcome quiz, the result is always announced at the end.---------------------------------------------Ich möchte einen Persönlichkeits test entwerfen. Nach den Fragen soll die Auswertung kommen. Anschließend möchte ich noch optional Kontaktdaten einsammeln. Bei dem Outcome Quiz wird das Ergebniss ja immer zum schluss bekannt gegeben.
I’m trying to create logic for a multiple choice form where you can pick unlimited answers (in this case, there are 6 buckets to choose from). Even if I select one of the buckets and hit continue, it shows me all other screens for the options I didn’t pick. And just to give more context, this form is an “order” form where people can pick a product or all 6, input the quantities of each item they want and then at the end we ask for their name and shipping address. So obviously if I pick the Marine Layer jacket then I only want to see the screens pertaining to that (sizes) but instead if shows me all the screens for ALL items. I’ve attached a couple of screenshots to hopefully show you all what I’m doing. Here is a typeform article that is doing exactly what I want to do but something isn’t clicking with me:https://www.typeform.com/help/a/use-branching-and-calculations-in-logic-to-show-relevant-questions-360054770931/I feel like I’ve tried to match exactly what they’re doing in the artic
