Google Docs importer: error #1 still appears

Hi dear community,I just tried to import a typeform from a google Doc (approx. 40 questions) and I am getting this error message: As it says “/fields/28” Is it true that this error is about question 28?I checked my question 28 but everything seems in order. I also checked the other items and everything looks fine. Can somebody please help me spot the error?You can find the import google doc here .(i will share it publicly and then restrict access after this issue has been solved) Cheers! Adding hidden fields to response options

Hi!My company has a number of different online marketplaces and we are planning to use Typeform to collect on-site CSAT feedback from customers across each marketplace. The surveys for each marketplace are exactly the same, the only difference is that the questions, and sometimes the response options often refer to the name of the particular marketplace. I added a hidden field called ‘market’ to the URL and have figured out how to pipe this into the question text. However there doesn’t seem to be an option to pipe text into the multiple choice options.I feel like this leaves me with two suboptimal alternatives: 1. Create separate CSATs for each marketplace - this is annoying because then I likely have to merge  all the data files at the end2. Change the question wordings so that the marketplace is only referred to in the question and not the response options - I gave this a go, but now the questions sound a little weird to be honest. Does anyone know of any other solutions I could look

Prioritising picture choice selection

Hello,I’m trying to use the ‘picture choice’ function to rank a user’s selections. The order they select them is visible in the submitted responses but it is not clear to the user at the time of selection, which ones are 1,2,3,4,etcIf the user selects their choices without changing their mind then it is kind of ok, but people are people and change their minds! An ideal would be to have the selections numbered (just like say on FB when you select a number of images to post) - I assume this isn’t possible, but can anyone suggest a good way of ranking images?I’ve seen this post:  But I have 17 items to choose from, so that approach doesn’t really lend itselfAny thoughts much appreciated Lewis

Hey,I have embedded typeform to WordPress and it's working well but my typeform redirect to some other typeforms based on user reposes. When I redirects it open in new window. I want to show it in same window while transfering from one typeform to another.

Add translations to few more fields

Typeform does a great job with allowing to translate/customize fields but not all of them are editable and need to be improved, added to translationsFile size Uploading Stripe text translations, those are non translatable.

Multiple choice without auto-advancing

Hello,I have a Multiple choice question in which I want users to be able to select a range between 1 and 5 selections. However, when I test and select any one option, it auto-advances to the next question. How do I get it to stay with the current question (use case: I want to select 2, 3 or 4 other selections) instead of auto-advancing?

How to automate based on number of answers?

Hi community I would like to create a Typeform to measure brand awareness. I have 6 different partners who each need 1 000 respondents. Every respondent will answer questions about 2 partners.I have the following questions:Is it possible to randomize which partners the respondents receive questions about? When a partners have received 1 000 respondents, is it possible to automate/randomize that this partner no longer will receive any answers and instead the respondents get questions about other partners?BEST REGARDS Jocke

I’m struggling using the left side of brain!Can someone help me work out the logic for the following calculation:Qu.1 How many employees do you have? Employees as a numerical value800 x (Employees x 0.667) = total energytotal energy x 0.184 = Emissions kg CO2Then display ‘Emissions kg CO2’ on end screen Thanks in advance :)

create waiting list

HiI would like to close the registration form after 100 registration, however would like to refer the rest to a waiting list form. how can i  refer from form closed message to another survey ? it seems that i can apply text only on the “ending” message

A 16-hour day of work is GONE...?!

Hi all,I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a loss of an entire work session (in my case, an entire day), as seems to have just happened to me. Yesterday, I’d spent the day working on my survey; adding, deleting and editing questions, creating logic flows, grouping questions, etc… all the normal things.Nothing seemed out of the ordinary as I was doing this, and all of my changes appeared to “stay”, just as you would expect -- as I made further changes on the survey throughout the day, all of my previous changes were still there if I went back to the questions I’d edited. Logic flows remained, etc. We’re working to a deadline here, so I worked all day, through the evening, and finally stopped at 1:30am when I couldn’t focus my eyes anymore.At the end of that, I had to log out of my user account. Both my entire OS X user account and my browser (Safari, running on MacOS X) are set up to automatically re-open all of my apps and browser sessions to resume where I left off when I nex

What Vimeo settings are required to watch a video in Typeform?

Error message in TypeformWhat Vimeo settings are required to watch a video in Typeform?Has anyone else run into the error screen above? I keep running into it even after changing the privacy settings for my video. I can’t use the Public setting because this is a company-specific video and should not appear in search engines. I’ve tried changing the Vimeo privacy settings as outlined in the Vimeo privacy page here <link>. There are 5 different privacy setting options. Which ones can be played within Typeform? Please explain using the specific setting name from the Vimeo website.

Is this a funny thing that is happening when YOU create a form today?

I have tested this in 8 different workspaces today, after noting it happening at the end of day yesterday as well. When i create a new template from scratch I enter the name i want to call the typeform and when i am in the Create mode, it shows the workspace/My Typeform in the upper corner of the screen. I expect it to show the name I gave the form. When i leave the form and go to the workspace, it is properly named - at least now it is.. it did NOT do that for the 8 i mentioned above - it was all My Typeform. I just recorded this in a loom video at this link but this time going back to the workspace shows the correct name i gave the template. I’ve raised a support ticket about this but wanted to know if anyone else is seeing this same issue today… (yes i have cleared the cache, etc,lol)  des

Limit on endings

I’m curious whether there is a limit on the number of components and especially on the number of endings I can have in a single typeform? I’m thinking of a special use case, were I would need several hundred, maybe even up to a thousand, slightly different endings. Would that still work?

Problem with logic (wrong jump after option 'other')

Hi,  I have a problem with ´other´ and jumping to the wrong follow-up question. It starts with a question 14 How much do you agree with: I feel comfortable giving feedback to my colleagues.If the rating is equal or greater than 6 they will move to a follow up question where they can pick reasons for being comfortable (question 15).If it is equal or lower than 5 they will move to question 16 where they can select reasons for not being comfortable.  Imagine I rate question 14 with a 8….. I nicely go to the follow up question where i can select reasons for being comfortable.However, if I then choose for 'Other' i move to the next question >>> 'select reasons why you are uncomfortable'. This is not correct. It should move to a completely new question (17). See my screenshot below. Can someone tell why it is not jumping to question 17 but to question 16 instead?

Tallying "Multiple Choice" Answers

Hello! I work for a marketing agency and we often use Typeform with one of our clients for simple surveys and applications/forms. But now this client wants this physical form/quiz (see first attached image) turned into a Typeform so they can share it digitally. So far what I’ve done is break up each category of words into their own Multiple Choice question (see second and third attached images). Then the only way that I can think of to tally each word type’s results is to use the logic to assign a number to a variable that represents their respective word type. But then I would have to go through all four questions and map out all possible answer combinations for it to tally each question’s results accurately. There must be another way, right? 😅So my question is: Is there a way for me to turn this physical form into a Typeform without having to painstakingly go through every possible answer combination to be able to have the logic tally the results?

WhatsApp Link Generator with Typeform

Hello community,I am looking to create my own WhatsApp Link generator using Typeform. I know it is possible, since Callbell made one that sends the generated link via email to visitors.My questions are:Can this be achieved without using any integration?Will the actual wa.me link be made available for easy copying in Typeform?Is it possible not send the links to visitor emails? Are there other options?What kind of data do I get on my side whenever someone generates a link?Every comment is welcome, since there seems to be very little info about this topic. Thanks!

Worksaround request: dropdown options in a matrix

Hi, I had hoped to be able to use a matrix question with dropdown options instead of radio/markbox options. I read in the Q&A that that was not possible 10 months ago. As I did not see it yet in the question’s options, I take it is still not possible.Is there a workaround that is doing better then ‘split the questions up’ :) ?I have the same question for allowing respondents to fill in their answers in the matrix -- this wasn’t possible 8 months ago. Any workarounds? I would have to ask 12 questions + jump logic instead… Hoping for a better solution...
