Hi. Just wondering if there may be any possible way for your team to modify the text sizes between portrait and wider landscape views to be more relatable to the rest of the text on the screen on VideoAsk? At the moment I have to select extra small as the option (which is the option I need to select to get the text to display to what I deem as an appropriate size for the wider screen view). See image below. However, when viewed in mobile it goes too small (much smaller than the rest of the text on the screen) and it appears I cannot adapt the sizing to suit from my side. Is this something your team could look at amending so there is a default that covers similar sizing to the answers and subtitles on mobile? I would be most grateful if this is something your team could consider modifying the default settings to accommodate this. The last thing I have noticed is that on the wider screen embed option as per the screenshot below. When you scroll on the page the video stutters a fair bit.

Hey everyone, I recently purchased a new laptop with an Intel Core i7 processor, and I've been encountering some compatibility issues with Typeform. Whenever I try to use Typeform on my laptop, it seems to lag or freeze intermittently, making it quite frustrating to use. I've tried troubleshooting on my end, but haven't had much luck in resolving the issue. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar problems with Typeform specifically on Intel Core i7 laptops ? Could it be a compatibility issue with this particular processor? Or perhaps there are other factors at play? If you have any insights or suggestions on how to address this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. those value , I want to display on the starting page/landing page/welcome screen/ws. so that user aware that form is available for how many left. plus my suggestion is, for now the limit is only set by numbers, can we custom the limit of dropdown dates and then have their own limits response based on list of that dates.

Hi there, I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working. Any ideas?

Hello! I am a high school student in Northern Colorado. I am enrolled in a class which requires me to create and complete a research study. My chosen topic of inquiry is into the impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence on the fictional novel publishing industry. To broaden the scopes of my research, I want to include prospectives from those who are actively creating the technology. For the survey I created, the generated response summary link appears to not be matching what I see for the actual total amount of survey responses. I've checked other surveys in the same account and can't duplicate this experience. Screenshot below for review. Has anyone experienced this ? Is this a bug? Does anyone know how to have this fixed? I took a deep dive through the community forums and noticed there was, 2 years ago, a thread on best use cases for Typeform. Let’s see how far we’ve come in just 2 years. Tell me your favorite form you’ve made and what the primary functionality of it is. Then, let’s take it a step further and talk about the ONE or TWO hiccups in the function (if applicable.) This may assist Typeform developers with coming up with workarounds or even updating based on community needs and holes in the service. I will go first, I suppose. My favorite typeform use case has been integrating all of the client forms and onboarding/offboarding my client’s do into their client portal. The hiccup? There isn’t a Typeform and Figma widget yet. Which is a bummer. Because we just pulled our client portal FROM Notion and put it on Figjam (due to popular demand from our employees [right brained people, for the most part]! When creating complex forms with logic branches that are evaluated in the order that’s shown in the UI, it sometimes becomes necessary to change the order. Right now, I would need to delete or update all branches just to replace the first branch. There’s needs to be a way to move branches up and down in the Typeform UI.

German has two modes (formal / informal) available in the app. Both French and Spanish languages also have two modes (formal / informal). Is there a way to have these? I can write the translations if you want. At the moment, in Typeform, the French translation is formal, while the Spanish translation is informal. And there is a typo, in "Confirmation that typeform was sent" for Spanish "¡Todo completado! Gracias por su tiempo."If you want to be coherent with the other messages (Spanish informal), it should be:"¡Todo completado! Gracias por tu tiempo."

Hi, I am making a simple form that people can choose from picture. These are the steps. picture selection of color shape of the table(every shape has different number of seats) for example they choose round shape I made a different answer that shows seating capacity of that shape 2,3,5,6,10 and for rectangle when they choose it will show 2,4,6,8 number of seater and the last step is to show the checklist of what they choose from color, shape. The problem is when I put the variable @ for 3 different shape seats, it show _ _ _ 8 _ (is there other way to make this show without the blanks?
