Integrate your typeform

Hello dear community,Have any of you ever used Typeform to either implement a chatbot in an iOS/Android app or implement a quiz in an app?Would really appreciate examples so I can have a look how it “feels” like as a user. Thanks and best regardsFlorian

two questions… is there a way to connect more than one typeform to a single board? We have a board that we use for Internal requests, feedback, a nomination, etc, each with a distinct form.  But it looks like the powerUp only allows one form to be connected to the board?   Looks like Hidden fields don’t work in the powerUp?  The options of naming cards ONLY with the visible fields people complete is pretty limiting. Are there are options or ways to name cards differently? (eg: I’d like to name the cards something like “Employee Feedback” or something like that, not with just the information the user submits in the form)

I’ve created a survey with opinion questions. Each opinion question has 2 fields followed by the range of response (i.e. 1 - 5).I originally had the question (i.e. Is the Vision of your company documented?) in the 1st field followed by a definition in the 2nd (i.e. Vision is a high level desire for the company). The integration pulled the 1st field to Sheets. Because I’m using Document Studio to present a resulting .PDF, I wanted to have a simple column header/field name within Sheets (versus the long question as the header/field name).Thinking that the integration pulled the 1st field, I then changed each question to the following:The 1st field is a category (i.e. Vision). The 2nd field is the question (i.e. Is the Vision of your company documented?).When the results are sent to Sheets, it still sends the longer question (2nd field) rather than the 1st field. I’d prefer to have the 1st field as I’m using that field name for my variable/integration with document studio.Any explanation

Hi Guys. I just updated my typeform and connected to excel. However, when I try to extract the files uploaded by respondents i.e images from my excel, it says file cant be found. Why is this so? 

Hi there,Hoping someone can help. We have already successfully created a Typeform which pushes to a notion database which we created when creating the Typeform. (I read somewhere that it can only connect 1 form at a time - however the example below was created first and didn’t work, so the issue is not that we have multiple forms trying to connect)However we created a Typeform and tried to connect it to an already existing database within notion, and it seems that none of the information from the form got pushed through to notion when we tested it. Anybody have something similar happen when connecting to an existing more complex database? 

I have set up integration with Mailchimp, however it has only sent one email address from typeform to mailchimp in the last 4 forms. What is going on? I want to be able to walk away from this and know it is reliably and consistently sending emails to mailchimp. It clearly is not doing this and if you want any kind of help with this, well it would appear you have to write on a forum to get an answer. Tbh, it is a lot of money for very little in return. There are plenty of other options out there. It doesn’t even send form reports in PDF format. You have to do that manually as well. The whole thing is pointless if it won’t do what it is supposed to do.  

Hey crew, Hope you are well. I just had a question if anyone had connected Typeform to Front  and if so was it done natively or via a third party connector like Zapier. I cant see anywhere i can do it natively in the Typeform integration.  Cheersry 

I am sending user name and email from Calendly, so I can save them in hidden fields.Can I pass them to Airtable using the integration?

I’m hoping to use typeform for provide the attractive front end, to a survey backend that we’re looking at building. Essentially we will be running surveys, but each question is generated on the fly so we cannot prebuild this in a google sheet or something like that.Is there any way to do this that isn’t a giant build? I was hoping there might be an API to accomplish this, but I havent been able to find the functionality in here.Any thoughts are appreciated! (however we cannot eliminate the on-the-fly requirement)

Hi! I am working on a membership automated flow for our company. What I want to do is:Application process:Stage 1: Answer form 1 - wait for 2 working days after submission to send an email acknowledging receipt of application (already set this time delay up on MailChimp)Stage 2: Answer form 2 - this is where my question goes in. Is there a way for us to detect which applicants who completed form 1 haven’t submitted form 2? Because what we’d want to do next is to send them automated reminder emails (e.g. “5 days left to submit form 2”).  I know we can detect them manually if we check each applicants, but my clients want it automated so we can focus on other areas of our network. Hello there! Once I integrate Typeform with ActiveCampaign, how do I send different email messages based on unique Typeform answers?I only want people who answered the Typeform a certain way to be sent an automated email from ActiveCampaign. Is this possible? Thank you in advance!

Hi,Typeform newbie here!I would like to send the responses of one of my Typeform forms to a MS Azure Sql Server database. I have access to MS Power Automate, too.Now, one way of doing that could be the Webhook that is triggered with every form submission. MS Power Automate can receive the Webhook and then write the data in the Sql Server database. But knowing the above method may miss a submission if the Webhook does not work for any reason, I wonder if there is another way of doing this. E.g., does sending the responses to an Excel and then syncing that Excel with the database make of a more reliable alternative?Thank you in advance!

Hi, I’m trying to track submissions on 3 different typeforms using Google Tag Manager for 3 Reddit ‘conversion’ ad permutations. Should I be connecting each typeform to the same container, or different containers? My goal is to track each form submission, and be able to tell which survey was filled out. However, these forms are not embedded on our landing page, and I’m getting errors when testing the first container I set up. I’m currently using the Reddit pixel tag for each typeform & the pageview → event type: form submission trigger. I’m not sure why I’m encountering issues or if this is even the best approach to tracking the submissions of these forms.  Any suggestions, help, or feedback would be most appreciated. Thank you! 

Hey y’all!  New user here and wondering if we can import data into a hidden variable from a table based on phone number or another key?   I don’t have a CRM to connect to so wondering if this can be done via table. Any help would be appreciated! 

I have just integrated Typeform with Salesforce. We have 1500 responses in Typeform.If I choose ‘create new record for every response’, it is creating duplicate records every time the responses are pulled from Typeform.If I choose ‘Upsert’ option, it gives an error ‘Exception: Search term exceeded max length’.  What is the best practice here? Should we delete the old responses in Typeform? Is that to be done manually everytime responses are pulled to Salesforce? We have files uploaded as part of responses, so I am not keen on deleting responses in Typeform.

I operate a rental business.  I need to review all options selected by my customer before taking payment to ensure I have what they requested available AND that they are ordering for a location that I will travel to.  I would like to use Typeform to collect my booking requests so that my customers can “build” their list of options & event details, but I do not want to take payment within the TypeForm (unless there was a pay later option?).  What integration can I use that would collect all of the data submitted in Typeform and use it to create/send the invoice for payment after I have reviewed it for availability?  Does the integration with square do this?  

Hi all!I’m wondering - Is it possible to use typeform as the actual Sign-Up/Login form for my Woocommerce based Wordpress website? I’d like for a person to be able to visit our website, fill out the Typeform, and that submission CREATE a new user in Wordpress OR allow that person to login to my website. I much rather use TYPEFORM because I’m starting to realize our current onboarding process is too clunky?

I’m receiving the following email saying the integration deleted. It would automatically remove integration even after I’ve added toggle on.  This was not an issue earlier, but it started happening yesterday.This typeform collects images and videos from the respondents. Is there a possible link with the type of responses? Or is it a different issue?   

Hello! I have quite a complicated Typeform problem I’d like your brains on. We’re trying to use a Typeform to manage our referral program. Is there a way to use Typeform to ask someone what their email is, what the email of the person they want to refer is, and then generate an email “from” one email address to the other? We’ve got access to Mailchimp and Hubspot paid accounts so trying to figure out if there’s a solution which involves either of those. Many thanks! 

Hi, I’m trying to set up a test mapping with a custom object and am getting errors for the test response. The error message is “Invalid field  for Survey__c” but I can’t tell what the invalid field is. There are only 3 fields mapped and they’re all the right field types. Is there anywhere else I can see more information about the error?

Hi everyone. I’ve connected Typeform with Asana. \In my typeform I have question group, underwhich I have 5 questions allowing the user to upload 5 images or videos. As far as I can see, I can only get the Asana integration to put though one of these files uploads. Does anyone know a work around for this?I have the slack integration and this works fine.
