 i have purchased business account in typeform for directly integrate typeform with salesforce so i have installed typeform package in salesforce but i want to map typeform picklist values with salesforce feilds,i did't understand how can it possible? (sfdc feilds also not showing for mapping)for reference,following question which i want to map in salesforce (i have already created 4 contact custom feilds which lookup relation with contact) Q. which contact do you want to edit?  A] Buyer's contact  B] logistic contact  C] Technical contact   D]  Financial contact

I’ve connected the Asana Integration to my form but it doesn’t seem to be pushing the information into the Asana project correctly. It sometimes works but other times doesn’t. I think it maybe the type of fields I’m trying to push information into. IE: When I select for the information to go into a text or multi-select Asana field, the information doesn’t move over to the form. Also, it won’t assign the created tasks to anyone no matter the logic that I set up. Anyone else run into these type of issues when trying to integrate Asana?

Hi, I am using a typeform integrated on the last slide of a Ludus presentation. Since my typeform starts on an input text field, my ludus presentation skips all slides and jumps to the last. I believe it’s because text fields are active by default and therefore it automatically shifts ficus to it.any way to make this text field inactive by default?

Hi there,We have created a quiz with multiple choice questions and are collecting both individual and group scores, per section (e.g. 5 questions in Finance, 5 questions in General Knowledge, etc).My question is, whether there is a way to have the individual scores (e.g. 5/10 or just 5) automatically populate a Google Sheets file?I've seen your video and can see that it works with 'written answers', but I would like to know if it also works with a scoring system/quiz?Thanks

Hi, I’m trying to integrate my typeform with a third party. They ask that I set Typeform to redirect on complete (easy peasy) but they ask that we append some fields in the redirect url itself, in the format redirecter.com?firstname=”X”&lastname=”Y”&email=”Z” So I just need to specify X, Y, and Z.  Problem is, I have no idea what to append. There’s no clear name for first name, last name, and email address in my typeform itself, or in the csv file that I downloaded with columns in it hoping to see some sort of traditional field name. And when I use the @ sign inside the typeform itself to try to find a field name,  the auto-suggested value at the end of the @ sign is of course the entire question itself, rather than a traditional-looking field name.  For example, the value of my email address “field” when I type @ and select the email question is: Hi there! What’s your work email address? Am I seriously supposed to append THAT into my redirect link, so that it reads: redirecter

How can people who need answers call a person who answers the phone or chat at Typeform? 

Hi, We are working with Enormail. Via Zapier we are connecting Typeform to Enormail. For what I can see it is only possible to select one email list in Zapier. Is it possible to direct different outcomes to different email lists? Thanks!

We are using Firebase as our data storage, and are wondering if it’s possible to directly connect the typeform data into our firebase API? This will allow real time data to be displayed in the administrative portal of our own app. 

Hi Typeform community!We have embedded a Typeform on our Shopify website as a critical step of our customer journey. Everything is working fine on desktop and iOS. However, on Android, bad new → when our customer reaches a ‘Number’ or ‘Text’ question, it zooms in (big time) and the experience is strongly degraded. Hi everyone,I'm using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and, when creating a new lead inside the CRM, i have to choose some data from a dropdown list.Now, i'd like to "import" that same dropdown list from the CRM in a Typeform question, so that i will be able to send that answer inside the CRM through Zapier (as a customer property) when the Typeform is submitted.Is it possible to do this? Hello,I am an Outsystems developer and I was creating a program to run a survey.I come across Typeform which I like a lot, there is a concern.I need a system to store my Questions and assign some score to each questions, furthermore I need a score for each answer.The total result of each quetionnaire is a calcualtion of each answer score by the question value.all this done for several Questionnaire to get a final results. For this this I was using a programming system but the user front end is not so attractive.I was considering connecting Typeform to Outsystem (there is an integration to embedd it) but I would need to have access to Questions table as well as results for each quistionnaire (json or anything).I was thinking to use MySql integration but have no idea of how tables are exported to MySql.Do you have any idea or suggestions? thanks Giulio

Hello!We are currently using the basic integration but have a question regarding further options.Can we integrate a form with Klaviyo in such a way that we can create tags based on the responses of a type form? It would be nice if the answers people give would be added as tags to their profile in Klaviyo so we could build email lists based on their answers. Thanks for your help.

I am able to connect a typeform to our Zoho CRM account, but there are some fields in our Lead form that are not appearing when I try to map the fields in the typeform. At least one of my custom fields is showing up, but not others. Anything I can do to troubleshoot it? Is there a way to manually refresh the fields that Typeform reads from Zoho?

I noticed that if somebody exits a quiz their email is not being sent to mailchimp.In my typeform they go through 4 screens and if they don’t press “submit” on the last screen I lose a lead.How can I prevent that. Ideally the email would be sent even if they exit.A lead costs me about $30 and I would like to to avoid unnecessary losses.Thank you

But when I go to test the form - the details submit and then never turn up in my MailerLite subscribers list?Not sure what I have done wrong or if anyone else has this issue?

Hi, Im trying to connect convertkit and type form. I have my api secret alreadyI have created a form with email and first name in convert kit to be able to connect with my typeform question (first name and last name). I don't know what i'm doing wrong, that when I try  to connect them, first name and email, those options are not displayed in my options from the convert kit formI don't know if my convert kit form is wrong even though first name and email are not custom fieldsMaybe im doing something wrong in typeform?

The number of complaints i received per day vary, like 5 complaints of Feb 16th, 2 on 17th , 7-8 on 18th, you get the gist.I would like to make a report using Bar graph which displays a simple formation of number of complaints received per day (ex. 5,10,15) on the vertical axis by dates (eg. Feb 14, Feb 15, Feb 16) in the horizontal axis.That is all!EDIT: I now have the dates being repeated in the graph , Can someone help me with the dates not being repeated ? thanksTypeError: list() got an unexpected keyword argument 'excludedResponseIds'
