Hi - Does anyone know how we can embed typeform into autopilot to pre-populate email address please?
I’ve installed the Typeform integration on Intercom, but I can’t get it to save any blocks I create when replying to a conversation.I select ‘Save for later use’ but when I go to add a block the only option I get is to Create a new block. I am also having an issue with hidden fields not feeding through. I update the list of hidden fields on Typeform, yet on Intercom it is only showing the hidden field I had previously. Does the integration take a certain amount of time to update? Or is this a bug? I’ve tried refreshing the browser and using a different device. I’ve also re-installed the app on Intercom a couple of times, but I’m still having this problem. Any advice would be much appreciated!
G’day,We are currently trying to integrate Typeform with Microsoft Sharepoint via MS Automate.The purpose is to send a PDF that is submitted in Typeform to a specific folder within Sharepoint.We have successfully created an integration between the Typeform and Sharepoint, however, when Typeform sends the folder to Sharepoint, the file attached is a document with a weblink to the PDF, rather than the PDF itself.Does anyone know if it is possible for the PDF to be sent rather than a document with a weblink?

I am getting this error when I try to activate Form Field Mapping in Salesforce. Cannot Activate MappingCan't Map Same Salesforce Field To Two Questions: undefinedI tried multiple scenarios but it didn’t allow to activate mapping even if one single field is mapped. For some of our forms integration works correctly, but for some of them it doesn’t allow to activate mapping. Issue is the same as it mentioned here -
Hello,We have an integration through Typeform - Zapier - Affinity.We create a note with all answers of applicants in Affinity and the file is displayed by a URL. The URL since yesterday started to fail, with the message: {"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}It was running fine all the time, but yesterday started to fail.Can someone give hints on how to solve it? Hello, We’ve seemed to have lost connection between our Salesforce/Typeform integration because we’re no longer seeing form submissions populating on our Salesforce records. So far I’ve tried reestablishing the connection but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to do the trick. Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I’m lauching a NPS campaign with an email sent by Intercom containing a typeform link. I want to retrieve user information about who has fulfilled the survey so I wrote typeform link with hidden fields using Intercom user datas. I doesn’t work, i didn’t retrieve the datas i wanted. I have a new client that I am engaging with and have created a number of Typeform surveys for different departments but have only now just found out that their IT have blocked the use of Typeform due to some previous breach of privacy issues.I now have beautiful Typeform surveys that I want to get out and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to use the surveys but in another format like editable PDF or something?So frustrating.. *sigh

Hello,When trying to integrate Salesforce and Typeform, I enter to the two admin emails and it says the email was sent, but after checking the inboxes to confirm the integration there is no email. Does this happen to anyone else? How can this be fixed?

How do I add a third party tracking script to my typeform embed? this is a BASIC feature available on paperform.co why can't we do this with typeform?!? There is no setting I can find to do this. Why is this so difficult?

Hello!When I first setup my MailChimp Integration on Typeform, it worked well.Now, when someone answers our Typeform, their email addresses won’t be added to our MailChimp list.I noticed this twice now and I was thinking maybe they didn’t consent to adding their email addresses to our subscription list (opt in) - which they were supposed to receive an email for.So, I tried using a temporary email address to answer the form, but it didn’t receive any opt in messages.What seems to be the problem? Is it here in Typeform or in MailChimp?I hope someone can help me. Thank you!
I am new to Typeform, evaluating it for a use case for a non-profit I am working with. Wondering what’s possible with the salesforce integration. I would like to collect name and contact information in a form and then lookup the salesforce contact record to see if they already exist. If they do, then I would like to fill in the address information and ask if it is current. If not, then continue and have them fill in the address information on their own. At the end, if the contact existed, I need to create an opportunity. If the contact is new, then I need to create a lead.Can anyone tell me about similar use cases and how you handled them?
Hello, I have a Typeform survey and instead of asking the users for their emails, I use a hidden field (Since I already know their emails.)I would like to use that hidden field when integrating with Mailchimp. In its current form, the connect integration does not allow that. It has to be an actual question of the survey. As shown below:Is there a way for me to use the hidden field instead of an actual survey question without resorting to using third parties?Thanks in advance!
I need to pass the value of a hidden field to Make.com which saves Typeform data to a SQL Server database. I will use this value to map to other data in SQL Server,Webpages on our site have unique IDs such as :?case=9576A93E-E644-4D5B-971A-E99CC061D542I am saving this value to a hidden field: data-tf-hidden="case_id=<?= $CaseGUID ?>"The value of this hidden field is not being posted to my integration app, only the answers from Typeform.Am I missing something? Good Morning All, I hope someone can help me with this query. I can see that ‘respondent codes’ can be used in conjunction with Mailchimp in the help center but I wanted to see if I can achieve the following with our Wordpress set up. I am using zapier to migrate new user data from Typeform to Wordpress and thats working great. However, we run different competitions using Typeform so want to bring those new users over with a tag or identifier so wordpress can identify them as entering x competition.Can I embed code, url or something in a typeform page that will allow wordpress to recognise the source and tag them accordingly in our back end? Hi everyone,Quick question, is it possible to use a Typeform questionaire within a Whatsapp conversation? We are testing out options with a WhatsApp chatbot and rather then linking to a Typeform questionaire, we would like users to be able to take the questionaire (which we already made in Typeform) within WhatsApp, within the same converational flow. Would love to hear your thoughts.
