Integrate your typeform

Hi Typeform community!We have embedded a Typeform on our Shopify website as a critical step of our customer journey. Everything is working fine on desktop and iOS. However, on Android, bad new → when our customer reaches a ‘Number’ or ‘Text’ question, it zooms in (big time) and the experience is strongly degraded. Hi everyone,I'm using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and, when creating a new lead inside the CRM, i have to choose some data from a dropdown list.Now, i'd like to "import" that same dropdown list from the CRM in a Typeform question, so that i will be able to send that answer inside the CRM through Zapier (as a customer property) when the Typeform is submitted.Is it possible to do this? What should i do?Thank you!

at the time of integration,salesforce admin email address not received typeform package link? i have tried multiple time but not receive mail..please help me

Hello,I am an Outsystems developer and I was creating a program to run a survey.I come across Typeform which I like a lot, there is a concern.I need a system to store my Questions and assign some score to each questions, furthermore I need a score for each answer.The total result of each quetionnaire is a calcualtion of each answer score by the question value.all this done for several Questionnaire to get a final results. For this this I was using a programming system but the user front end is not so attractive.I was considering connecting Typeform to Outsystem (there is an integration to embedd it) but I would need to have access to Questions table as well as results for each quistionnaire (json or anything).I was thinking to use MySql integration but have no idea of how tables are exported to MySql.Do you have any idea or suggestions? thanks Giulio

Hello!We are currently using the basic integration but have a question regarding further options.Can we integrate a form with Klaviyo in such a way that we can create tags based on the responses of a type form? It would be nice if the answers people give would be added as tags to their profile in Klaviyo so we could build email lists based on their answers. Thanks for your help.

I am able to connect a typeform to our Zoho CRM account, but there are some fields in our Lead form that are not appearing when I try to map the fields in the typeform. At least one of my custom fields is showing up, but not others. Anything I can do to troubleshoot it? Is there a way to manually refresh the fields that Typeform reads from Zoho?

I noticed that if somebody exits a quiz their email is not being sent to mailchimp.In my typeform they go through 4 screens and if they don’t press “submit” on the last screen I lose a lead.How can I prevent that. Ideally the email would be sent even if they exit.A lead costs me about $30 and I would like to to avoid unnecessary losses.Thank you

Hi Everyone - I have a typeform and I have just connected the MailerLite integration via API.Everything works (Connection, Group, Email). But when I go to test the form - the details submit and then never turn up in my MailerLite subscribers list?Not sure what I have done wrong or if anyone else has this issue?

Hi, Im trying to connect convertkit and type form. I have my api secret alreadyI have created a form with email and first name in convert kit to be able to connect with my typeform question (first name and last name). I don't know what i'm doing wrong, that when I try  to connect them, first name and email, those options are not displayed in my options from the convert kit formI don't know if my convert kit form is wrong even though first name and email are not custom fieldsMaybe im doing something wrong in typeform?

The number of complaints i received per day vary, like 5 complaints of Feb 16th, 2 on 17th , 7-8 on 18th, you get the gist.I would like to make a report using Bar graph which displays a simple formation of number of complaints received per day (ex. 5,10,15) on the vertical axis by dates (eg. Hi - Does anyone know how we can embed typeform into autopilot to pre-populate email address please?

I’ve installed the Typeform integration on Intercom, but I can’t get it to save any blocks I create when replying to a conversation.I select ‘Save for later use’ but when I go to add a block the only option I get is to Create a new block. I am also having an issue with hidden fields not feeding through. I update the list of hidden fields on Typeform, yet on Intercom it is only showing the hidden field I had previously. Does the integration take a certain amount of time to update? Or is this a bug? I’ve tried refreshing the browser and using a different device. I’ve also re-installed the app on Intercom a couple of times, but I’m still having this problem. Any advice would be much appreciated!

G’day,We are currently trying to integrate Typeform with Microsoft Sharepoint via MS Automate.The purpose is to send a PDF that is submitted in Typeform to a specific folder within Sharepoint.We have successfully created an integration between the Typeform and Sharepoint, however, when Typeform sends the folder to Sharepoint, the file attached is a document with a weblink to the PDF, rather than the PDF itself.Does anyone know if it is possible for the PDF to be sent rather than a document with a weblink?

I am getting this error when I try to activate Form Field Mapping in Salesforce. Cannot Activate MappingCan't Map Same Salesforce Field To Two Questions: undefinedI tried multiple scenarios but it didn’t allow to activate mapping even if one single field is mapped. For some of our forms integration works correctly, but for some of them it doesn’t allow to activate mapping. Issue is the same as it mentioned here -  

Hello,We have an integration through Typeform - Zapier - Affinity.We create a note with all answers of applicants in Affinity and the file is displayed by a URL. The URL since yesterday started to fail, with the message: {"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}It was running fine all the time, but yesterday started to fail.Can someone give hints on how to solve it? Thank you!

Hello, We’ve seemed to have lost connection between our Salesforce/Typeform integration because we’re no longer seeing form submissions populating on our Salesforce records. So far I’ve tried reestablishing the connection but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to do the trick. Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi, I’m lauching a NPS campaign with an email sent by Intercom containing a typeform link. I want to retrieve user information about who has fulfilled the survey so I wrote typeform link with hidden fields using Intercom user datas. Hello.Hoping someone can assist.. I have a new client that I am engaging with and have created a number of Typeform surveys for different departments but have only now just found out that their IT have blocked the use of Typeform due to some previous breach of privacy issues.I now have beautiful Typeform surveys that I want to get out and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to use the surveys but in another format like editable PDF or something?So frustrating.. *sigh

I have a form that collects the contact info (Name, email, phone, etc.) for multiple contacts within the single form. Is it possible to set up the integration with Mailchimp so that each of those contacts can be created as audience members in MC?

I’m trying to create an NPS-style email on Typeform that would integrate with our CRM in Hubspot. From there, I’d like to assign an ‘Advocate’ status to those that score the company 9 or 10.  Anyone done that (or has any ideas)?

Hello,When trying to integrate Salesforce and Typeform, I enter to the two admin emails and it says the email was sent, but after checking the inboxes to confirm the integration there is no email. Does this happen to anyone else? How can this be fixed?
