Hi, is there a way when leads fill out the application that they are automatically sent to my fb group or another url page?

Does anyone have any best use cases for integrating a VideoAsk into paid ads? Is there a smart way to integrate a VideoAsk into Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc?

Hi,there. I have linked the Video Ask answers to be uploaded to Google Spreadsheet. There was no back button in Video Ask, so I had to link to the URL to return to the previous question.Going back to the previous question and re-answering it will not be reflected in Google Spreadsheets, but the initial answer will be uploaded.Can you make it so that Google Spreadsheets are overwritten with new answers?   

Hi, I am using videoASK as an integrated solution into my wordpress website - my videoask has multiple steps and i would like to save the responses to my DB as a unified video(combined form multiple responses) one video for each user. can i collect a multi step videoASK reponse as a single video or must the concatination be perfromed with external SW solution? In order to save the videoASK responses to the DB assiciatd with my website - must i first download the the responses and than upload to my DB or is there a way to save them directly to my DB?Thank you in advance!

There is a funnel where the country code needs to be auto populate beside the phone number field based on user IP address.How can this be achieved? Please provide a solution.

Hi. We want to send our VideoAsk answers to HubSpot using the HubSpot integration. Everything is fine until we have to choose an option to match with any HS field. This is the message that appears in the select field: “There are no fields available to select - please contact the integration administrator”We checked already that the contact form option is activated, and the email field is mandatory.  This is happening with all our videos.  

I have embedded a VideoAsk in my Typeform. It appears with rounded corners. Is it possible to remove the rounded corners and have square corners instead? 

Why aren't the conversations being recorded when the form is filled out on Facebook? The pixel is integrated. There are no events in the events column. The ad set never leaves the learning phase because the events are not triggered.

I have an existing AI that I’ve trained to do multiple things. It can answer questions based on my knowledgebase. It can schedule in my CRM, and create new users. It can also answer account questions from information stored in the AI. It would be awesome if I could connect it to Videoask via webhooks.  

Hello team, I had a question!Lets say, I have contact details of 100 people that i know and i pass this contact detail in the URL of the VideoASK link so that i would know which lead is performing what action in videoask. Now based on the contact details in the URL, i want to redirect the candidate to a specific URL - which is unique to the lead!So every lead has different URL that is unique to the lead.How to do this in Videoaask?

Hi I’m having issues with the videoask event tracking I am using both the GA and GTM integration in Videoask.For GA4 I have set up an event tag that fires when any of the events are sent to GTM and this is all working fine on the GTM sidethe below screen shot on the left shows GTM where all the events are sent and the tags fired, but the GA4 debug view (on the right) has on registered the “videoask_presented” event but it has not registered any of the other events that have been set through GTMthe other issue I am having is that all the Google ads conversion tags that are set to fire on these events are all makred as “still running” so the conversion is not triggering.  Any insights into these issues and how to potentially fix would be greatly apreciated. thanks

The thing is just that one of the 2 Video Ask shall be a “mandatory” answer meaning respondents must answer via video in order to move on. Is there any way to have a video ask embedded as mandatory question?Thanks for your help

I have an online health and coaching platform for women. I'm looking into integrating videoask but have the following needs 1. customer can submit her videoask and get a link of her submission which she can view without logging in to videoask2. We pass her name and email from our react app without she having to enter3. All conversations between coach and customer via videoask is neatly threaded within our application Optional; 4. We can do a JS call back to send these links via our chat support tool (crisp)  I have looked through the Dev hub but not sure if above is possible. Any ideas?

Hi there, guys!I’m trying to set up an API connection with Videoask. I've registered a new dev app to use live tokens. But can’t get a temporary authorization code due to these errors: “Error getting the bot detection challenge. Please contact the system administrator”“{"crossDomain":true,"method":"POST","url":"https://auth.videoask.com/co/authenticate"}” So I’m sending https://auth.videoask.com/authorize get request and it returns an html. But when I’m previewing this page these errors above occured. Seems when I click Login that should redirect me with URL contained auth code as a parameter but it doesn’t work :( I’m using the same credentials as for the account where the app was createdCan anybody help with that?

We have reviewed the documentation, but we could not find any specific endpoint for this purpose. Could you please assist us with this?

Hi,I’m using VideoAsk on my Wordpress site where members have to be logged in to access the page. Since it will only be logged in users who can use my VideoAsk, I want to avoid having them to type in their name and email in the contact form. How would I go about passing the Wordpress username and email data variables to VideoAsk? I know how to actually set up the variables in VideoAsk, but I would like Wordpress to fill in the values automatically. Thanks!

is it just me  when i try to connect google sheets to my videoask - whenever the input is a text response i only get the “answer id” and not the actual responce. where am i gong wrong ??

Hi,I’m using an iframe version of my videoask within another iframe and despite trying everything, it seems like the redirect URL at the end will always open in a new tab.I’ve set the redirect type to “self” as suggested on the documention.  Any guidance?Thanks

HI There,I’m looking for a way to pass a contact ID or unique session name through multiple video asks that are redirecting to each other.it cannot be the email, but something that has to do with the time it was created (that is unique to the moment in time they begun the session). Any thoughts?

Hi I am attributing scores to each answer and using video ask as something my clients use to practice exercises.So for example, they complete 3 exercises, they accrue 3 points.I’ve tried to link to sheets but it doesn’t seem to have a field for the video ask score from their response.Tried in zapier and theres no field to pull from unless I am missing something?
