Hello community! I’d very much like some help with how the system might be able to remember answers from a symptom checker/questionnaire. Ideally, at the end of the questions, the answers can be downloaded to the pts email as a pdf or integrated into the online account with Carebit (the booking software). I don’t want patients to have two login at the beginning, because I don’t want any barriers to getting them to enter the funnel, but if they do book to come and see me I’d still like access to the answers that they gave during the questionnaire. Essentially patience will come to my new website answer a few questions I have a diagnosis made and hopefully book in to see me but I don’t wanna lose the data that they’ve input.Hope that makes sense!

I have upgraded my free plan to basic but i cannot publish my form. I am not using any paid features on my for and yet it keeps telling to to upgrade. Please look into this immediately as I’m struggling. It is not showing any paid features being used. I have already removed the Redirect URL feature and yet it refuses to publish my form. We are students or reseaerchers and we have a limited timespan to finish the thesis . So we urgently needed a subsection maybe in this typeform community to fill the questionaire for each other.A few points maybe termed in  the Title:Number of items of Survey;Due timespan;Rewarded or not.and please paste the URL below .You fill the survey and you may reply by citing the URL. If anyone know where  to  find an online community that “fill the survey for each other” works, please tell me. Help! I have set up multiple questions on my typeform but it will only allow me to publish 3. I have paid for unlimited questions? Is there an option I am missing??

I have a quiz that has 4 possible answers.  I have a total of 6 questions.  I have assigned 1 point for each correct answer.  I’d like to request that each participant complete 5 correct questions before moving to the next part of the course.  Can I request that each participant accurately complete 5 out of 6 questions correctly before moving on?  Can the quiz be taken more than once so that the participant can pass the quiz?

Hi. I am building a Typeform for people in local authorities to use when they want to know about possible ways to improve their town centres. It will have examples, some multiple choice “quiz’ questions and facilities for asking for recommendations.I want people to be able to go back to the Typeform as many time as they wish. Is this likely to be a problem? Will they be prevented from going though the Typeform multiple times?

Hi guys, This problem has been mentioned several times before but I was wondering if anyone had a solution. I want to use a full-page typeform. The Typeform looks great on web browsers using PC/mac. Unfortunately, when accessing the Typeform on mobile there is no ability to scroll down to press ‘next’. I tried changing the typeform from ‘full page’ to ‘standard’ and this enabled scrolling, but the spacing was terrible on mobile (had to scroll way too far) and there was a significant sacrifice on the web browser Ux/design. Is there a fix to enabling scrolling on full page typeforms for mobile? I feel like this is quite a fundamental flaw.  Thanks, Luke

Hello, I’ve spent hours creating my perfect forms. I finally got them embedded into Wordpress (Divi theme), but they look absolutely terrible on mobile. When I try it with the full page setting, the spacing is all messed up and you can’t even see the form. When I try it without the full page setting, you can’t see the whole form on the page. I'm new to Typeform and was really hoping it would be straightforward. Responsiveness should be a given these days! 

We want to implement a feature where Customer would have an option to Dismiss the Survey Form by clicking on the "Dismiss" Button. And if he/she does "Dismiss" the Survey Form, then we want that Neither the Survey Form Nor the Survey Trigger Link be displayed to the Customer for XX amount of Days (Example 30 days).Does Typeform supports this kind of feature? Or do we need to add custom solution within our Storefront to hide/display the button based on cookie.

Hello when I share my 10 questions typeform to my contacts, at the opening only 2 are displayed do you have a solution? Ps: The typeForm is published 

Hi !I’ve made a survey with 464 questions ! Those are price estimations on a specific topic.It’s long so I’d like to let people stop the survey whenever they like and restart later at the point they stopped.So, I wan to know if I can edit a personalized link to the questionnaire starting at questions 233/464 for instance ?Thanks !

Hi there, I don’t know hot to figure out this issue. My survey is published, but people can't access it.

I am able to publish it, and it allows me to enter through the link for a while. But after another attempt, the “Sorry, you can't access this type form until its creator says so.” message appears. I tried re-publishing it but the same thing happens once again. 

Is it possible to create personalized single-use form links for a mailing list of individuals? We are running an election, and want each member to get their own link so that each person can vote only once.We don’t want to pre-fill responses, just want to give each member a unique link. Ideally we would also be able to message reminders to those who have not clicked through.Thank you for any suggestions! 

Dear Community,I have a website in English and German and a Typeform embed. I need to open a different Typeform ID depending on the language. I successfully embedded a Typeform on our website, but I’m having issues opening the correct popup based on the language. I can see on a browser console that I’m successfully getting the Typeform ID depending on the language of the website, but I’m not able to set this attribute to the Typeform embed.Here is the script I have on the website:<!-- Select Typeform form based on the language. Hi, can someone tell me if I can export a quiz as a SCORM file to upload on a LMS such as moodle?

Hi ThereI’m new to Typeform and wanted to ask if it possible to set different forms, in the same account, to submit to different emails?… or would I have to set up individuals forms with the likes of Zapier to re-direct, which of course is big job if my client has multiple locations/centres.Thank you for your time.Regards Saff

I’m trying to embed my typeform as a chat box. When I try to embed it normally (not chat box) there is alot of code and the integration works perfectly. When I change it to a chat box, it doesn’t work on my website and there are only like 2 lines of code. Is there a bug with typeform or is there a special way I’m suppose to integrate it? I’ve incuded it below. Made my form, click ‘Connect’ for Canva which opens a new website with Canva (It doesn’t open the app). Then Canva says I haven’t created any Typeforms yet.  Ive tried Chrome, Safari and the Canva wrbsite & app. Same thing each time. I’ve disconnected the Typeform app from within Canva & re-installed as a previous post suggested. 

Hallo, I created a Typeform and my boss bought the (basic) upgrade for her account. How can I transfer the Typeform I created to her account? Transfer of ownership doesn't work, as her account already exists. I cannot find any option to contact the support team, as that part of the website is bugging, so I hope to get an answer from the community. Maybe also important: my account is connected to my Google account. I already tried to set a new password to separate the social account from the mail address, but that doesn't work. Clicking the “set a new password” button just sends me straight to the log-in page.
