Share your typeform

Hi, I would like to allow people who have completed my quiz to share a link that contains a thumbnail that informs them that they have successfully completed the quiz. However, the link they share should not lead to the quiz itself, but to another form I created for lead generation. How can I use the link to the lead generation form as the link for the social share icons?I updated my shareable image days ago and it still shows the ugly template image, which means no one will share my form. This is a real business killer - you really need to fix this urgently please!!!There are still so many limitations and bugs with typeform that at the moment I don’t see it creating the value that I’m expecting for the money I’m paying :((still shows the middle of the next screen, doesn’t start at the top on mobile view etc.)

Hello, I’ve just updated my type form & saved & published it. Just went to check all the questions were there & they are not. We are getting negative feedback from patients filling in a typeform questionnaire that has a date of birth field.  To select the correct date requires scrolling back by month to get the correct year.  Cannot scroll just in the year field.

Hi, I personalized my link on the share page, but the result is not showing up on pages like WhatsApp web while it does on pages like Facebook, any idea of what the problem might be? thanks!

I tried taking my survey to test it out and now my answers are stuck in the form?Is there a way to clear them?Will this happen again when another person takes it?What am I missing?

HI,  I embed the form on this page (https://www.travelessence.de/weihnachtsquiz) but I end up with a big white gap below. I can see it is due to the padding. See the picture below. But I don’t know how to resolve this. Who can help?  

Hi Everybody,I am trying to launch my survey through email - i.e., with the first question visible to respondents in email - using Sendinblue.  I take the code and the preview looks fine (first image below).  But when I send a test email the full question doesn’t show up.  I have tried changing the colour scheme to ensure there’s a contrast, but without success.  I have sent the test email several times to both Gmail and Zoho accounts.  Please could you advise what’s wrong here. Preview:What the recipient sees:

why does my form in standard embed on mobile look like this? 

When I embedded the code into the Shopify notification email, the button color changed. Does anyone have the same issues? This is my design. This is how it looks on Shopify.  

We would like to change the background color of the text box so the placeholder text can be seen and read as well as darken the paper airplane graphic on the send button. We tried the CSS below, based on manually changing it in the Google Chrome dev tools. Yet, the colors do not change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hi community, first post here. I love Typeform and the amazing possibilities it creates.  Here’s my query:I’ve created a survey that measures employee engagement, leadership levels, and potential for high performance inside any given workplace/company.  I’d like a way for company clients to be able to opt in to conduct this survey at their workplace, and receive the data output that was collected from their employee respondents.  Easy enough to do this if we set it up manually each time.  A bit time consuming though.  I’d like to ask the community if they know of any way I could automate this.  The ideal flow would be:Company Person (CP) opts in via CTA button to do the survey at their workplace.Mailchimp integration sends CP email with embedded Typeform asking user for company name, number of employees, desired start date of survey etc.CP submits this above survey and a survey instance is created in Typeform for this specific company such that any responses collected will be for this

I don't think it's possible to do, since, if so, I think I'd find articles about it :-) Can someone tell me definitively that I cannot embed a Typeform into a Zendesk Help Desk article?Thanks.Paul

When link is clicked it now loads page saying the questionnaire is closed but I have not closed it.

Hi there,I need to personalise and send a survey 200+ customers.Each of the surveys is personalised with “fname” and “sname”.At the moment I am sending individual emails to each customer and having to copy and change a personalised link to each one. It takes forever!Is there an easier way to do this? Maybe using an integration with an email client or database?Thanks for your help,Keir

We just shifted to the new embed code for Typeform and if you scroll to the bottom of this page you can see that the embed is showing the entire website page, not just the typeform: https://get.popmenu.com/restaurant-crmDoes anyone know why this would happen or how to correct? I just get an error like this every time:I’m just testing a one question multiple choice survey.I can’t seem to raise a support request. Perhaps because I’m not on a paid account. But if this function doesn’t work, there’s no value in getting a paid account. Is there something simple I’ve overlooked or does this function just not work (I see it is Beta).Thanks.
