Why the link is not working?

Today’s scenario: you have a link to a typeform on your website or social media post/bio AND you send the link out from your CRM/ESP to folks in your email list. I'm using the free version of Typeform. I made a typeform and sent it out to people to fill in. And after that I changed the url of the form from the options available for free version. I know that the previous link will redirect the users to the new url, but,My question is:If somebody opened the typeform from their previous link on their browser and kept the tab open for several days, I now changed the form URL but they still have the old url tab open on their laptop. Will they be able to submit the form from the old url? 

Is there a way to add a block of text to the response summary report (the one that’s created when you click “Generate a report” under the “Response summary” page)?I’ve customized the cover, logo, and theme but really need a way to add some introductory description text.

HI, I have seen a few similar posts, but none quite the same or helped me solve the issues. I have a simple survey that leads to an ending and has embedded this into my wix site. The survey works fine, but the redirect URL link I have set doesn't do anything when I get to the end. When I test the survey through the Typeform site, it works perfectly and redirects. Just when embedded, it doesn't work anything happens when you click the button.  The same applies if I auto-redirect with no button. It doesn't go to the URL. It just stays on the survey. How to see replied emails after completing the survey?

My quiz looks correct on my desktop but when I share the link and view it on mobile, the choice section (3 different option buttons) are scrambled. The choices should be  (and reflect as such on my desktop):A TrueB SometimesC False But on my mobile they reflect randomly as:A SometimesB FalseC True A FalseB TrueC Sometimes Why is this?

Typeform isn’t allowing me to click the “publish button” - Would there be a reason for this? I am using the free version, but my quiz has under 10 questions. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t allow me to publish. When I click it does nothing. Thanks!

Hello,So I just joined the community and I’m creating my firsts surveysI created one which already reached the limit of 10 responsesI would like to get more answers, even if they are in a separate formSo by this logic, If I create a duplicate with 0 answers, I should be able to get 10 more responses there, but it doesnt work, it says that my form is closed :SIs there a way to activate my duplicate form to get new responses? 

My question is do you give the rank and badges immediately  or continuously as you participate.   

When I post the link for my quiz in the LinkedIn direct messaging I get a Black image with the words Typeform.  How do I change this to reflect the cover image of the quiz  

I upgraded to the Plus plan immediately after paying $29 for the basic plan. So I paid extra $30 because the plus plan is $59. I have not been upgraded or even given an invoice yet my card was charged for that amount. Is this a scam or what?

How do I disable submissions for an embedded form? Hi,I created a quiz, and toggle on the social share option at the end of the quiz. Therefore it can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, etc. And when a user shares his/her result, the score variable as a text is visible. I think it’s not okay.Let me show you:  As I googled, I stepped into this thread: So, I just realized that it cannot be shown an individual user’s result on his/her own social media profile. It’s a pity, and I think it is major hiatus, but as for now, I can only acknowledge it.But how I can change what is shown in the – for example Facebook – preview? I didn’t find an option for this at the dashboard.If it cannot be change either, am I think correctly, that the first sentences of the end sequence are shown as a preview? ‘Cause it means, I should place the test result variable a little bit further back, at the end screen’s texts, right?Let me show you how it is look like now my end screen:

With the release of iOS17 has anyone else noted an uptick in URL parameters being stripped from survey links you send customers?We noted more respondents trying to fill out surveys with null values in the variables - I think it is due to iOS17 Link Tacking Protection but haven’t been able to actually replicate it on my end. Is anyone else noting this?

Hi, I’m new in using Typeform but does upgrading mean that your survey gets shown to more people or is it down to capacity sizes? I’m trying to find people to do a survey around self care but it’s really hard to find anyone to do it so that’s why I’m asking.

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well.Since 2 days I encounter an issue, we embedded in a webview our typeform in our mobile application. The link of the typeform is working on devices (computer, mobile) if we click on it but when we’re in the application and needs to be redirected to the typeform in a webview there’s no typeform. We’re redirected to the home page as if our typeform doesn’t exist. Our developer checked if there was an error but there isn’t one.We are losing a lot of answers from our users and I really hope you can help us. 

Hello everybody,Iam so pissed off because I build a long typeform here and now after all I made I learn that actually only the 10 first responders will be aloud to participate. It sucks. Is it this world we want to build? Why not inform people BEFORE.? Because they would run away?
