How to set automatic Pop-up

Hi everyone, I need your help with a particular thing. I’m trying to set my Typeform as Pop-up on my website but i need to know the way to make it automatic, i don’t need the “Start” button. How cai i fix this? I would really appreciate your help. Best regards!

Logic jumps not working correctly

Hello dear community I would like to ask for your help. I have been tryin to create a perfect quiz, however my logic rules do not work, as shown on the mapping, which seems correct there, But when I press “No”, instead of directing me to the “Thank you...”part below, it is directing me wrongly.What might be the reason?Thank you in advance.

The publication of my survey stops at question 6 or 7. Yet I have a total of 17 questions. WHY ?I paid the professional option with unlimited questions, so I don't understand why the survey stops after the 6th question ...Could you help me more? THANK YOU

Standard Embed Scroll Bar

Hello, I am trying to place a standard embed within Webflow but finding that the embed displays a scroll bar, despite setting the div height to 100vh etc. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks!

URGENT !Dear All, We’ve recently created  a Typeform that works on all browsers except for some early versions of Microsoft Edge. Does anyone know from which version of Microsoft edge and on does the actual version of Typeform work ? Many thanks Katerina

I want to be able to distribute my typeforms to a group of people via some sort of app where I dont have to collect anyones contact information to push it to them. Does anybody know of an integration or application where I can accomplish this?

Side tab embed not working

I’m testing out typeform, I’m on the trial version at the moment.  I’ve created my survey and selected the side tab embed. However after I pasted it on my website the side tab didn’t slide out, I was just redirected to the survey url page. Am I doing something incorrect?  Trent

Copied survey keeps showing original artwork - even though I have published with new artwork- how to fix

I copied on ald typeform survey and changed the questions and artwork. I has been published. When I share the link to FB, it shows the OLD/ORIGINAL artwork. How can I fix this?

Zoho connection

I’m trying to connect typeform to zoho. When I hit ‘connect’ and select zoho, I receive a pop-up saying that I am missing a question in the typeform asking for email, last name and company name. I don’t see where to go back and add these in. I referenced the help page and the instructions they gave didn’t explain how to navigate to the settings to make these changes and I’m not finding it on my typeform. Can anyone direct me to where to find the field to add these 3 questions?And, is there a way to not include ‘company name’? My business is direct to consumer.

UTM Tracking codes on embedded conversational forms

I know that there’s the ability to embed utm codes on regular embedded forms but I noticed that if you go for the “Conversational” option and then get the embed code, there’s no option to add utm tracking when you click on the “advanced” as you would with other embedded forms. Anyone know if this is just a missing feature or if there’s a work around to adding tracking to conversational forms.

Form link is not working

Hi there. I need help. The link that I am copying to send to clients is not coming out as a clickable link when I copy and paste it to an email. It is coming out as a link that the client has to copy and paste themselves. This is not ideal and does not look professional.I have also edited the URL preview and non of that is showing up when I send the link.I am on the most expensive paid plan.

Accessing to a previous form to modify it

I would like to be able to access again the form to modify my previous answers. Explain myself: I use the form to make and assesstment ex-ante and ex-post and would like to provide the client with a link to his ex-ante answers to allow him to modify it the answers if appropiate. Would be possible to generate a URL to the specific Form ussing the ID? any other way to solve it?

Meta Preview changes not being saved

I made a quizz and want to share it on facebook. I used a template to create my quizz, and on facebook the picture shown is the template cover - not my Welcome Screen.  Anyone knows where I can change this, or do I have to do everytrhing all over again

Issues with the survey

Hey, guys!I developed an inner survey at my company, but I'm facing some issues. The survey is prolonged (people complain about the pages' delay), and the percentage is not correct. The survey is not full until 100%. The final question stops at 90%. I tried to reach the support team, but I could find any medium. Could you help me, please?

If i have a question for file upload, do the user has to connect with an account before fill the questionnaire?(For example, on Google Form the user has to connect with a google account to fill it. )Thank you very much for your help!
