Typeform conversations

Hello!In my typeform, there is a multiple choice question that, depending on which answers are selected, I want to lead to either 1, 2, 3 groups of questions in a row before returning to the central logic path of the survey. Do I need to create a separate logic for each possible set of answers?Here's the question:Q2: Which role/s do you see yourself inhabiting in the TC ecosystem?There are 7 response options, they can choose as many responses as are true for them.I have specific conditional questions for some of the response options, and I want to make sure they see all the questions that are relevant to their responses. Then, all respondents should return to the central line of the logic map (Question #7). Thanks for your help 

Hello! We make monthly forms to survey the organizational climate and in the latter we had a new respondent who has low vision and asked to adapt the typforms to facilitate his response. I would like to know if you have this option to have audio and if so how to perform the configuration.

I sent myself a test message of my typeform questionnaire.  I notice the email has a “thank you” message that needs to be edited.  I have not found a way to do that.

Hello,I’ve been asked to integrate a dynamic element that will be present in the URL of my typeform and make it appear in the Results tab as if it was a field.For example if my typeform URL is “xxxx.typeform.com/variable=12345/xxxxI’d like to collect that “12345” and have it as a field column in my results.Keep in mind that I’m not the one adding this “12345” manually to the URL, and the number can be different every time but it will always be formatted in the same way (in the example : variable=12345) since it’s collected from another website which redirects to my typeform. Is it possible to do so, and if yes, how should I proceed ?Thanks

The self notification email that I receive for each response on gmail does not spread out all the fields in long responses (many fields) and some fields are hidden under 3 dots (…) and remain so even when shared.   If I click on the dots, all the fields appear but if I share the email as pdf for example, the response is shared as compact and not expanded. The receiver therefore cannot see the hidden fields.  Also some fields appear dark black (normal) and some appear light in colour (do not know what it means). I think these 2 issues are related. 

The size limit for uploads it is really limiting for us (any picture today has 5MB and the user is not willing to spend time reduzing photo sizes).So I am thinking to create multiple uploading questions. For instance, my process requires uploads of +_ 50MB and multiple pictures. Therefore I am thinking to create 5 different questions for uploading. Is that idea, of having multiples uploading questions, works fine on typeform? Thanks a lot

I have used the template from GoogleDocs to import my multiple choice questions, but need to assign a score to each multiple choice response.Is there a way in which this can be achieved?On the screenshot below, I have 130 multiple choice questions to build, each response from A through to E has a score from 1 through to 5. I cannot find an easy way to import these scores automatically for each question  

Hi all,I have been creating a quiz on type form over the past few weeks and as of Friday it will no longer save my progress. It keeps saying “not saved” below the quiz (although sometimes will randomly save), when I click the publish button it will continue to say “not saved” or that “someone else is working on my quiz and I’ll lose all my progress” (note that no one else has access to my account, so that’s not true) and then the publish button fades so I can no longer click it. it will normally save the work I do within the first 30 seconds of logging it, but that is all. Any insights??Thanks!

My org decided we want to purchase an enterprise plan with Typeform. Things were going well… We met with a Typeform sales rep, they gave us a demo, we liked what we saw, they said they’d get us a quote… then they ghosted us. That was two months ago. Since then, we tried contacting the sales rep directly. No reply. Both I and one of my colleagues filled out the “Contact Sales” form on the Typeform website to restart the process. Also nada. For various reasons, we’ve already decided we want to go with Typeform and switch from our current survey platform (SurveyMonkey) even before getting the quote, and we are basically throwing our money at Typeform. Does Typeform want business? Does anyone have a phone number or contact info of an actual human being at Typeform?Thanks in advance.

I’ve connected Mailchimp to Typeform and I was wondering how long it takes for the entry to be send to mailchimp. I’ve received a confirmation that the entry in typeform has been received, but the data doesn’t show up on Mailchimp. P.s It’s been an hour and my mailchimp hasn’t been updated yet.  

Is there a way to prevent the Typeform integration from retrieving the same response more than once? We only want to retrieve responses from our Typeforms once. Once they’ve been retrieved, it’s not necessary (or helpful) to retrieve the same response over and over again. Currently, the Salesforce integration is retrieving the old responses it’s already retrieved and creating hundreds of new records, regardless of our mapping key settings. Some of these responses are 2+ years old and have never been updated since they were originally submitted.All we want to happen is:NEW Typeform response submitted Salesforce retrieves NEW response New record created. Done.I can’t determine why we can’t simply set up the integration for this scenario. 

Anyone know the best way to get full customers into Stripe and then still bill through Typeform?  Currently when you bill through Typeform it only makes a guest account where you can’t request other payments or setup subscriptions. What a headache….

Hi,I am playing around with forms, and experimenting. I will likely need the Business plan.There’s the option for a “Short text”. Imagine that we have three of these - First Name, Last Name and Nickname.How can we have three different placeholders? I know the “Messages” option from the Settings, but what if I want the placeholder to include instruction. It’s native.F.e. on the nickname one “It should not be abusive language”.Thank you.Also, is there a way to make a short text be between two lenghts, f.e. 6 to 60 characters, or only maximum lenght one is avaiable?Happy Wednesday.

Hello, I want to build a simple system where this happens:People submit a question alongside their email A team of experts all receive this question through email, SMS and/or Whatsapp alongside a direct link to reply back with videoask 2-3 experts from this team create a videoask and reply back to this individual This individual receives video replies from the expertsI understand I might need a mix of tools, integrations and zaps for this. I have one typeform that asks for the respondent’s email address at the beginning and again at the end (we did this on purpose). Is there a way to pre-populate the email address they used at the beginning to the question at the end, so they don’t have to type it again?

Is it possible to prepopulate fields? I looked into hidden fields but it seems to me you can only use them in the descriptions.
