Typeform conversations

Hi,I am wondering what our customer see when we hit the response limitation, can they continue to submit(but we cannot see result)? or are they not allowed even to submit when the form reached limitation?We are currently just on trial so considering use Essential plan first, which has response limit 1000/month. If I could know what our customer actually see when the form hits limit, it helps to improve our customers’ experience. Thank you.

Even if I turn on the toggle the Quotation Marks is not appearing.I also checked if my “answer” color was not the same as the background.It works on all the form except  this oneHow do I fix this. 

Hello, is it possible to add 5 type boxes under one question? My question prompts responders to list 5 words that come to mind when they think of X. I can add one short/long text box however it would be easier for responders and for me to collate answers if there were an option to have multiple free typing text boxes. Thanks for your help

Typeform collects users' IPs while filling out a form? Is there such a feature when creating forms?Also, does it collect data about the device from which the form is submitted?

Hi,I am curious to know if there is any chance I can change the reference id for the subsequent questions inside a matrix for an individual question instead of the block. I only get the option to change the reference id fore the particular block only. Please let me know if we get something on this.

I went in on the back end and set up trigger and action and when I tested it I never received anything. I am on free plan is that the issue? Best regards

Hi, i am using embedded code to implement the typeform in my own website page and it’s coming nicely.But my problem is i don’t know how to insert the form data into my website database. 

Hi there. Hope to find help :)I was hoping to set up a feature which would allow the user to see theirs answers after completion. I dod follow instructions in the help section about quiz outcome in logic panel but it doesn’t work at all. I’m adding as much endings as there is questions, select all the answer to each ending, but after publishing, not any of those endings appears… Does anyone already came through this kind of problem ?  

Hello:I own two Typeform accounts.How can I copy a survey template in one account and paste it (or transfer it) to the other account?  I would rather not re-create the survey in the other account.Thank you.

Hello,  We would like to add an audio option within our research survey. We’re interested in using in two formats:Using our (pre-recorded) voices to take our participants through a brief exercise. And also to aid those who may have sight problems.  Allowing our participants to respond freely with their voices instead of typing a response in the short or long format options.How can we go about doing either (ideally both) of these, embedded within our (Essentials) Typeform? Thank you for your help! Silke & Nigel

Hello community! I’d very much like some help with how the system might be able to remember answers from a symptom checker/questionnaire. Ideally, at the end of the questions, the answers can be downloaded to the pts email as a pdf or integrated into the online account with Carebit (the booking software). I don’t want patients to have two login at the beginning, because I don’t want any barriers to getting them to enter the funnel, but if they do book to come and see me I’d still like access to the answers that they gave during the questionnaire. Essentially patience will come to my new website answer a few questions I have a diagnosis made and hopefully book in to see me but I don’t wanna lose the data that they’ve input.Hope that makes sense!

Hi everyone.  I’m looking for a poll/survey template that I would as a pop quiz-like interface.  Ask a question and after someone answers, they are shown the correct answer and how everyone else voted. Any idea how to set this up would be appreciated

I have two connected forms in my typeform account. The first question is a ranking question, which is displayed/embedded in an email. After clicking, they go to the typeform ranking question and after answering that question, they skip to the next form. I have added the score from the ranking question, the emailaddress and the name of the person as hidden values.Now some of the data I have in my second form does not show up in my first form. So people seem to be answering the second question only and the data from the ranking question is missing in the first form.How is this possible? Any suggestions?

Hi Type Form,We are excited about the features and possibilities of TypeForm and would like to use the service for a client. However, the corporate design specifications of our client are very strict, so that the design of buttons and the choice of fonts could be a criterion against TypeForm.Is it really not possible to include a custom - minimal - CSS? Not even with an individual business super account?I would be very happy about a positive answer.Regards,Anja

I’m using an embedded typeform on my site, but the ending doesn’t appear. Can someone help? My site is this: https://trypastel.com/  There’s another thread on this topic that was resolved by using the latest embed code (which I’m using), so I think this might be a different issue.  More context -- I’m using a Carrd site, and the button is created with an embedded script.  Thanks, Typeform community!

Before our initial phone/Zoom outreach, I have a sizable questionnaire set up for all new customers to complete. There are many various sorts of questions connected to certain goods or services we provide, and I have logic built up to skip through portions of the questionnaire if they do not pertain to the individual doing it. Recently, a few forms have been submitted to us in which we only received a portion of the questionnaire, and it always appeared in a different location (even if there were subsequent needed areas) 

The responses from the survey are not automatically updated (reflected) in the Google Spreadsheet, even though the integration has already been set up.Please advise.

What is the maximum number of questions one form allows?

I registered for a free account and was charged a large sum of money. Please help, as I did not want this program!

Hope this issue hasn't been covered but I was unable to find the answer.I have logic set up to only answer question groups if they are selected, however after answering the first question in a given question group it does not bring you to the second, but rather the next step in the other previously selected options.ie.What health concerns would you like to address?Gut healthBone HealthEnergyIf I select Gut health and Energy I am taken to those question groups. However, once there after the first question about Gut Health I am taken to the first question about Energy. Thanks in advance!   

Hello! I am newly join the typeform, using my Github Student Developer Pack. I got the basic one year plan for free and I want to ask that I add my card to the payment method now the question is,Q1. If I am cancel my subscription do I have to pay the next year subscription charge except from this year?Q2.If I am cancel the subscription right now can I lose my subscription?If anyone knows please let me know….this will help a lot.Thank You

I have upgraded my free plan to basic but i cannot publish my form. I am not using any paid features on my for and yet it keeps telling to to upgrade. Please look into this immediately as I’m struggling. It is not showing any paid features being used. I have already removed the Redirect URL feature and yet it refuses to publish my form. Hi everyone,I created a Typeform outcome quiz this week (think of it as a personality test for startups). I’ve been trying to figure out how to which ending screen that respondents received. But I can’t currently see this is the results tab. Any idea how I can see this in results (from previous posts, it looks like it’s possible)?

Hi - our last question for the survey is the person’s contact information, such as first name, last name, phone and email. However, the ORDER is set toFirst NameLast NamePhoneEmail… is there a way to CHANGE the order? And have Email as the FIRST contact information that needs to be filled, then first name, last name, phone? Thank you
