Typeform conversations

Folks: it’s the first day of Fall in the norther hemisphere… and there is an outage at Typeform in the responses area. I have a couple of things that I recommend to all my clients that you might find useful, just in case: subscribe to the Typeform status page where they outline outages and issues - you will get an email notification if something happens always connect your typeforms to a Google Sheet so that you have a copy of the responses in the spreadsheet - regardless of other integrations. this is a good way to make sure you have a backup copy of your data. Take precautions and be prepared for outages. Even ‘the cloud’ and SaaS solutions we use in our business process ecosystem can go down.. what’s our backup plan if that happens??  just sayin’des

Hi, I’m trying to integrate an Airtable base to my Typeform, but it is blocked at one question and I get the message : “Mmmh, not a perfect match, try to match it better...”I actually don’t understand how.My question is an opinion scale from 0 to 1, I chose a single select response on Airtable with options 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.Where did it go wrong ?Since I couldn’t move on from this, I changed the question type to Multiple Choice on Typeform, not allowing multiple selection, and created the boxes 0 to 5.It is still considered an opnion scale when I launch the connecting with Airtable (the yellow icon), I logged off then logged in again, it doesn’t update the question type, and it still tells me the match is not good.Any idea, someone ? :))

We have been using Intercom integration of Typeform for a while now.Lately, all our intergrations that were being sent to users have crashed.As seen below, the typeform block is not loading at all.Kindly help! 

Hi there! I’m trying to connect a typeform with my Mailchimp account, but always get stuck in the same error message. When typically there is a question where you choose the audience you want to integrate your typeform with, with me, the page says that I do not have any Mailchimp lists, and suggests to create a new one. However, clicking the button to go create a list, allowed me to create a new list, but the list sill doesn’t show in the integration phase. When I already have a list in Mailchimp, the page still says I don’t have any lists in Mailchimp, and the button to go create a new one guides me to Mailchimp’s page with paid plans (as the free plan only allows 1 list/audience). Anyone got tips or tricks, how to make the Mailchimp list visible for Typeform integration? We have tried several times already, and the issue did not happen with a different Mailchimp account for some reason (but that account we cannot use for our purpose). Here’s a screenshot of the error message, if that

Hi, I want to create a Typeform where the output of Google Sheets formulas are displayed within the forme.g. if they type in that they have 200 employees, and I know that 10% of employees quit each year, can I display as a statement that - statistically speaking - 20 of their employees will quit in the next year?Essentially, I want to perform a calculation that displays a % of the number they input back at them…Is that possible - I assume it is with Google Sheets integration?  Is there a way to check in the "Insights" or "Summary" section how many individuals completed at a specific ending?Since Summary displays the breakdown of all user choices, I assumed it would make sense to be there, but I don't see it there.I mean, I'm sure I can figure it out by examining the responses and user filter logic, but I'd prefer a more straightforward approach.

Hi!I am creating a self-assessment test with typeform. After running the test, I would like the participant to see all the answers provided, specifically:- the right answer (if the participant got it wrong)- the wrong answers (given by the participant)- a comment explaining to the participant why that answer is wrong. Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks to all for your time, hope you can help me!

I’m new to Typeform and just created a quiz which was easy.  It’s a marketing lead magnet where I’m offering leads an analysis of their social media.  I want to show the score on the last page of the quiz and then I’ll have a link to a PDF where they can review what their score means.  My only problem is I can’t figure out how to show the score at the end of the quiz.  TIA

It’s been a year since this post ‘announcing’ the Microsoft Teams integration I can recall only seeing a couple of posts about integration with Teams. Is there anyone doing this? Are there any issues that you face with the integration or has it been seamless?? just checking the pulse of the Community on this issue..  des 

Hello, I am trying to convert this self-assessment quiz into a quiz that will help students understand their strengths and weaknesses in different areas of executive function (EF).  As you will see in the link I shared, each question is linked to a different area of EF, so I am hoping that the Typeform could add up their scores for all the questions in EACH area and then give a breakdown of where the student rates themselves in the different areas of EF which are:  Response InhibitionWorking Memory Emotional Control Sustained AttentionTask InitiationPlanning and PrioritizationOrganizationTime ManagementGoal-directed PersistenceFlexibilityMetacognitionStudy SkillsSelf-advocacy I get SO confused when I try to build this. The data on INSIGHTS on 9/18 yesterday was normal, why did the data on 9/18 return to zero this morning?The current data of RESPONSES is normal, but the data of 9/18 alone is zeroedBest Regard.

Hello!I need to send the draft of the survey to my manager before the survey is sent to all employees. As I am new to Typeform I just need to know if I click the publish button I can email the link for the survey only to my manager. No one else can see that the survey is live.Many thanksMelita 

I have a typeform survey that is mapped with a custom object in salesforce. The custom object records are not pulling the survey responses submitted in typeform. There seems to be a connection missing from the survey and the custom object records. 

We are a language school and we use a typeform for our English level test. To discourage guessing, we have an “I don’t know” option on every question. As there are 50 questions, it would be great if we could jump to the end after 10 “I don’t know” responses, so that a lower level student doesn’t have to go through all 50 questions. Is there a way to do this? Thank you

Hello.We are using our own CRM program attached to the typeform.Applications submitted on the type form are registered as CRM through webhook linkage.As of May 24, there was an error in the webhook answer.Applications received after that time will not be transferred to the CRM.(*Attach pictures)How can I fix webhook response error?

Hi! I’ve solved my branching doubts with other discussions, but I’m stuck with a new problem. In Q2 I have a Multiple selection question and I want to show follow-up questions based on this one. I’ve been working on the multichoice choice branding logics and everything was working OK until the followup questions jump back to a different question branch.  I’m not sure if I’m explaining well enough. The question would be: How can I complete the branching if the rest of the followups are in a previous position? 

Hello, In our webapp, we use typeform to allow our users to create forms via the create API. However, we are facing UX and flow issues and we would like to know if there is to integrate the form editor directly in our product. Please note that I am not talking about integrating the form but the editor itself.I mean that, in our app, we would be able to create/edit forms using the same interface that we can find on typeform’s app, instead of replicating the functionnality via API. Thank you

Hello, I read this article on how to customise launching my popover. Right now, when a user come to my page, survey displays after 2s (exactly what i want). but i want to change this behaviour more. the next time user opens the page (if they already submitted the survey), i don’t want to display it again. i’m passing the user’s email via hidden data property. Can I somehow use this information to stop relaunching the popover?  Thanks in advance

Yesterday when I open the insights panel, the number of submissions & responses is the same. But when I open it today, the number of response is higher than submission report. Where is the remaining 24 submission, we got their full response it just wasnt reflected in the analytics.

1. Why can't you set a different background for each question? I think this function can be changed, and a button can be added to change the background.2. Click on the design, and then all turn white, is there a bug here?

I have attempted to map fields from Hubspot with Typeform via the integration. Each time I try to map additional fields (over the standard fields assigned), I get a server error and no changes are recorded.I have tried to do this on a variety of different forms, and experience the same issue.Before I log a support call, I am keen to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue or if this is a known problem between Hubspot <> Typeform?
