Typeform conversations

Hi! I’ve solved my branching doubts with other discussions, but I’m stuck with a new problem. In Q2 I have a Multiple selection question and I want to show follow-up questions based on this one. I’ve been working on the multichoice choice branding logics and everything was working OK until the followup questions jump back to a different question branch.  I’m not sure if I’m explaining well enough. The question would be: How can I complete the branching if the rest of the followups are in a previous position? 

Hello, In our webapp, we use typeform to allow our users to create forms via the create API. However, we are facing UX and flow issues and we would like to know if there is to integrate the form editor directly in our product. Please note that I am not talking about integrating the form but the editor itself.I mean that, in our app, we would be able to create/edit forms using the same interface that we can find on typeform’s app, instead of replicating the functionnality via API. Thank you

Hello, I read this article on how to customise launching my popover. Right now, when a user come to my page, survey displays after 2s (exactly what i want). but i want to change this behaviour more. the next time user opens the page (if they already submitted the survey), i don’t want to display it again. i’m passing the user’s email via hidden data property. Can I somehow use this information to stop relaunching the popover?  Thanks in advance

Yesterday when I open the insights panel, the number of submissions & responses is the same. But when I open it today, the number of response is higher than submission report. Where is the remaining 24 submission, we got their full response it just wasnt reflected in the analytics.

1. Why can't you set a different background for each question? I think this function can be changed, and a button can be added to change the background.2. Click on the design, and then all turn white, is there a bug here?

I have attempted to map fields from Hubspot with Typeform via the integration. Each time I try to map additional fields (over the standard fields assigned), I get a server error and no changes are recorded.I have tried to do this on a variety of different forms, and experience the same issue.Before I log a support call, I am keen to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue or if this is a known problem between Hubspot <> Typeform?

Hello,I am trying to re-start some websites I have using typeform.  I have upgraded the membership again (it lapsed for 2 years) but the typeforms are still not working on the sites.  Any help would be appreciated.

I created a form and had all my videos uploaded to it, when I changed the background to one of the gallery backgrounds, it removed all my videos and when I click on the add video again, it continues to say arrrggg unable to upload videos try again later.  I closed program after multiple tries and it still refuses to allow any thumbnails of videos we can choose for our forms.

I have to work on my forms but clicking on them this message is shown. By the way, refreshing the page nothing change. This is happening only to me whereas my colligues have still access. What’s that?

Is it possible to set default hidden field values? For example, if a hidden field `source` is not defined in the form link hash, is it possible to define form logic that will give the field to a non-null value?Related questions:Is it possible to define and/or compute hidden field values based on user input? Is it possible to pass hidden field values to a form using POST, rather than the link hash format?

Hi, i am trying to change the payment to a new credit card. But I can't seem to change it. When I enter the new numbers, a master card pop-up shows en it just goes back to the page without changing the credit card details. I am on a professional plan.Kind regards  Martin

Can anyone help with the result “No Response” being show in a typeform. I have made a few changes to the form but even when i have gone through the new format and answered the questions i’m getting No Response coming up on the form itself. Is there anything i can do to see these answers? Thank you in advance.

I set it up so that all questions are required to be answered but even if most of the questions are not answered, when the person hits “Submit”, the record is saved as a result. I cannot use incomplete submissions and I need to set the survey so that incomplete submission will not be saved to the Results file. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks in advance.

When I preview my typeform and click ‘submit’ after finishing all the questions no results are recorded.What am I doing wrong?

In my typeform, I have a dropdown list of our team members that the person filling out the form can select from. I would like to have an automation that sends the typeform submission to the selected person via email. For example, if the customer selects Person X as the recipient, the typeform could be extracted to Excel (or PDF, or a directly in the email, I suppose) and emailed to Person X right away...and the internal team member would not need to log in to typeform in order to grab the responses.Is there an automation I could use to enable this? Has anyone else built this out before?

I have a problem with the logical editor interface. I make the parts more transparent for me (move them) with the logical editor, but when I click through to the questions tab and then back, the system changes the location of the parts. This makes my work confused to me. My question is, can this be switched off somewhere? I really like the system, now this is the issue that is deciding whether to subscribe or not.

I created an online ordering form an included a Stripe payment question at the end. It was working fine for quite a while and I was really happy with it however it has now stopped working. Anytime a customer submits their credit card details and clicks “Submit and Pay” it says This typeform can’t process payments right now. Contact the form creator directly for more info.I’ve tried recalibrating everything but stills returns the same message. I even created a different form with a similar Stripe payment question and still no luck.Is this just a temporary Typeform issue?

Hi there! I’ve created a Typeform and want to integrate it to my Klaviyo account. Is there a way though to integrate different answers/responses to different lists in Klaviyo in one TypeForm?I basically want my customers to go through a different email flow in Klaviyo based on the answer they submitted in the TypeForm. Thank you!

I have an Ionic app (runs Angular 4) and in one view I'd like to embed a typeform using the typeform embed sdk. For some reason adding the following code results in a zone error:Error: Zone.js has detected that ZoneAwarePromise `(window|global).Promise` has been overwritten.Most likely cause is that a Promise polyfill has been loaded after Zone.js (Polyfilling Promise api is not necessary when zone.js is loaded. Hello Community, I would like to know if I can have my files BEFORE I connect uploaded to Dropbox/ One Drive. It seems like Dropbox and One drive will only have my files AFTER I connct :(Please help me!

Do I get more templates when upgrading from free to basic?I’m specifically wanting to create a qualifying application from an application template, but there are only 4 of them in the Free version of Typeform.Does anyone know if there are more available when I upgrade to a paid subscription?Also, is one able to add questions to a template or when it says “8 question”, am I limited to that when using a template.Thank you in advance for your kind response.Most grateful, Scoty

We want to use Typeform to capture feedback as they look around our system.The side bar type options slide away nicely but when you click back on them they restart the survey fromt the first page.  We want to just hide the Typeform panel and reshow it when the user clicks it again.Is there a way to do this?

I’m trying to ask the following question…In preliminary tests we discovered it was optimal if the respondent could see all of the options at once, as to be able to clearly comprehend between what options they were bucketing their time into.Looks like the ideal question type would be if the matrix question type & number question type had a little helpful baby together.I see similar queries here, here & here but they were all some time ago. Is this possible now? If not, what’s the best workaround? Thanks,
