Hi, I’m lauching a NPS campaign with an email sent by Intercom containing a typeform link. I want to retrieve user information about who has fulfilled the survey so I wrote typeform link with hidden fields using Intercom user datas. I doesn’t work, i didn’t retrieve the datas i wanted. Here is how I built it 👉 https://studentpop.typeform.com/to/XXXXXX#email={{Email}}&customer_name={{customer_name}}&last_order_date={{last_order_date}}&business_unit={{business_unit}}PS : I used the same key structure between intercom and typeform to be sureDid I make it wrong ? Thanks for your help.  

Hello, So far I absolutely love the the look and feel of the forms. That being said, I can’t seem to find a way to add a slide/page that simply has text and a continue button. The welcome screen is actually prefect but it will only let me use one of these - I need multiple throughout the survey.  Any help or work around is much apprenticed.

Hello, all! I am running a distribution where participants sign up using our Typeform. I need to be able to close it the day of and reopen it the day after the monthly distribution so that I can collect responses after it has happened, but not during the event. This will help to ensure people don’t show up who we don’t have the resources for. All this to say: Can I close and then reopen a Typeform? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

The documents:https://developer.typeform.com/responses/reference/retrieve-responses/bed-sale mentions an excluded_response_id field but the param doesn't seem to be available. In fact it's not showing here.My use case is to retrieve only the responses that I have not seen yet (aka new responses) and this flag makes perfect sense.For example:self.typeform.responses.list(form_id, excludedResponseIds=["<id>",])The response I get back isTypeError: list() got an unexpected keyword argument 'excludedResponseIds'

Can I get a count of responses for a form without needing a Business subscription? If so, how?

According to the documentation, the query parameter fetches all responses whether matching the string in full or part. My scenario is a bit different, I want responses only to be returned if and only if the entire string is matched and that too if they are an answer to a specific field (I’m ok with using the fields param to specify the field id).Is there a way I can achieve this?

I am on the basic plan and have a 10 question form. When I click “publish” I get the following error message:After “refreshing page” it goes back to the original form and when I try to “publish” it gives me the same results. I thought the error was a temporary one on Typeform’s end but I have tried it over the last week a dozen times and It is always the same error message. Am i missing something? Do you think its possible to create a Pet Name generator through Typeform? I have a pet insurance client and would like to build them something exciting. and then at the end it fires off an email with the name generated?  With typeform can you have your own URL? So in essence your own landing page created through Typeform?

Hello, I am collecting payments on my first Typeform on my new account.  I am attempting to finalize my second type form for a new organization on the same account but there it is not in Classic Editor and I do not see any option to add a Payment Option for my clients.  Do I need to upgrade my account or open a new type form account? Is it really not possible to collect payments on two different type forms on the same account? Thank You!

Hello. I saw a tattoo consultation template form on the main site, but it doesn’t show up in the workspace search function. Is there a way to import a form that won’t make the leap from main page to workspace?

Hi there, On this page, I can read:answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days My question is: When does the 15 days span start?Does it start the time the respondent start the typeform?Or does it start the last time the respondent loads or edits the form? Thank you for your help!Patrice

I’m building a dynamic question that you can pass in the choices in the url.  But when i try to reference a hidden field in the one of the choices, it doesn’t pull up the hidden field menu.This is in the new builder

Hi there,I understand how to add any variable collected from a Typeform on my redirection url, this one is quite simple.But, the “@” on the url is converted in symbols and I would like to keep it.For instance, test@test.com becomes test%40test.com on my url.Any idea how I can keep it?

Is there a way to let someone add multiple products to their order?  I built it out that way, however the numbers and items aren’t correct on the order review page.  

There are several features that I’m missing in the Google Docs importer, which would improve my form creation experience tremendously. Mark a question as required Add “other” option Multiple Select option  Add scale values  Creating a question group Is any work being done on widening the importer’s features? Hello.Hoping someone can assist.. I have a new client that I am engaging with and have created a number of Typeform surveys for different departments but have only now just found out that their IT have blocked the use of Typeform due to some previous breach of privacy issues.I now have beautiful Typeform surveys that I want to get out and wondered if anyone has any ideas on how to use the surveys but in another format like editable PDF or something?So frustrating.. *sigh
